Fits great in space. Doors are not tight enough so they swing open too easily. Tried leveling but doesn't work. Water/ice tray is bad. Should have a drip catch tray. Print of Ice Cubes, Water, Temperature, etc. print is way to light. Cannot read at all unless you have a light up close to panel. No butter compartment. Otherwise it's acceptable and functional.

Also disappointed that you show temperature of frig and freezer but NOT actual temperature. That is what is important! Had a lot of trouble with last model keeping the correct temperature and with this model I can't even check that!

The size of this refrigerator is great: counter depth, but with enough space for everything. I don't love the freezer drawers, but everything else is good. It's pretty quiet too, without the jarring loud sounds that the previous fridge made when it was making ice. So far no complaints; I have had it for 5 weeks now.

The fridge is good quality, the only complain is that the water dispenser have a leek or something that I'll find a drop of water at all times in the compartment. That should be a manufacturers defect. I will clean the drop and it'll appear once again the next time that I go to to the kitchen and look at the fridge.

I had Limited selection choices due to height to upper cabinet, and finding refrigerator that would fit, have only owned one week, so far okay. Nothing extraordinary about this basic model, does run a little noisy , plastic flimsy, know it won't last 25 years like my last refrigerator.

So far, after 2 months I have 2 major complaints. The thermostat for the refrigerator is way off. Everything is freezing near the back of the compartment. I have it set now for 43 degrees just to get to 35 which is still too cold. Right now it is 34 degrees inside with a 43 degree setting. Second, the freezer has a top drawer that always slides out with the bottom drawer and half the time it gets stuck there. You have to put it back in the track, but it still moves forward and covers the bottom drawer every time.

This refrigerator makes an annoying, penetrating high pitched pulsing sound over and above the usual hum that fridges tend to make. When it comes to background noise, this one is particularly grating especially if you are trying to work or just enjoy some quiet. Repair folks say it is the compressor and the noise is due to the fact that they no longer use freon, so it is normal. Maybe. I was unhappy on day 2 with this, and could not work out any exchange, so seem to be stuck with it. A couple ot...

I've had the fridge for a few weeks and it does the job. Overall, it's a decent fridge that could be improved in a few key ways. The icemaker is prolific so far, which is good! However, while I love the water dispenser, the temperature of the water dispensed is inconsistent -- sometimes very cold, sometimes closer to room temperature. The temperature control in the refrigerator portion is also not as precise as I'd like... I've found ice on my veggies in the crisper drawers even with the temp...

Overall it appears to be a good replacement for our previous Jenn Air refrigerator which was quieter. Could use a separate enclosed egg bin. Time will tell as for the life cycle.

I chose this refrigerator because it fit perfectly in my space. The ice maker is a little noisy, but otherwise I love it. It cools well and the organizing bins are great.

the one feature I dont like is you cant really read the options on front of fridge ie: water/crushed ice...its hard to read the writing even when light is on

I really like the size of the fridge and the counter depth, however there aren’t many storage areas for gallons. Overall, a very sturdy fridge!

So far so good. It is a nice looking refrigerator and is very bright inside, which makes it easy to see what you have and what you need.

Freezer top drawer awkward to move in and out. But it's ok

1 Year review:\nComplaints: Using crushed ice causes dispenser door to get stuck/frozen closed. Freezer not included in door alarms, leading to thawing/frosting. Slow ice production. Good for 2-3 people, but heavy use leads to depletion and slow refill. \n\nOther than above, still performs like new. No repairs needed, and no loss of use.

This refrigerator has been a nightmare since day one. At installation, the water dispenser did not work properly. We immediately told the installer, and he claimed it was just air in the line and that it would “fix itself.” It never did.\n\nSince then, the water dispenser has continued to malfunction with constant errors and failures. On top of that, we later discovered dirty water pooling and freezing at the bottom of the fridge, with no clear source. That is a serious sanitation issue, not a cosmetic one.\n\nWhen Home Depot refused to replace the fridge after only 4 days, despite us reporting the problem at installation, we were forced to go through the GE 1-year manufacturer warranty. That process has been just as bad.\n\nGE sent out a company called A & E Factory Services to fix the water dispenser. This company is a complete disaster. They no-called / no-showed THREE separate appointments. No technician ever showed up. No one ever called.\n\nAfter wasting our time repeatedly, they then had the nerve to send an automated email asking how the service was, even though no service was ever performed. There is no real front desk, no human accountability, just AI and automated systems, so you cannot actually resolve anything.\n\nBetween:\n\nA fridge that was defective at installation\n\nHome Depot refusing to replace it\n\nGE being unable to fix it under warranty\n\nAnd a repair company that repeatedly no-shows and hides behind automation\n\nThis has been one of the worst appliance and customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We paid for a working refrigerator and instead got months of stress, wasted time, and zero accountability.\n\nAvoid this fridge. Avoid this process. And be very careful buying major appliances when no one wants to stand behind them.

Noisy when compressor running. Knocking sounds and just generally loud. Love the configuration. Easy to store tall 1 gallon containers in. Seems very energy conservative. No problem with freezing using new r 600 refrigerant. Does scatter ice sometimes. Small ice compartment.

I’ve had the GE refrigerator in my home for about 3 months. It looks great, but…it’s very noisy!! I will not ever purchase a GE again. My 20 year old Whirlpool was so quiet, but not wish I would of kept it until its last breath!

The ice maker is loud and the selves do not give enough height options cause I do not want my milk in the door shelves. Don’t like I can’t lock the self dividers in place, they just slide around in refrigerator and freezer

It would be nice if you had more "how to operate" in structions, i.e. how to turn ice maker off, more info on controls. Don't like not having actual inside temp displayed.

Bought this fridge in the color: Slate. It’s a really pretty, muted dark grayish color. I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s very easy to clean and you can’t see fingerprint residue like you do with traditional stainless. We had a problem with the fridge when it first arrived- it was making a loud and fluctuating cooling sound. It was still within the 48 hour delivery period so we were able to get someone out free of charge to replace the damaged part.

We just had our new fridge delivered and installed yesterday. I really dislike that the buttons do not light up on the front- you are guessing what you are selecting or what direction you are controlling the temp. However, we are 24 hours in- and just cannot adapt to the running noise this fridge makes. It sounds like the dishwasher is running 24/7. We thought at first it was just revving up because it was newly plugged in and had to cool down- but it hasn’t let up. Our kitchen and this fridge is right next to our living room where we spend all of our time. I have an out in my stomach thinking how much money I spent on this, and it has a nerving noise constantly.
