I had been looking for a nice dining room table small enough for my dining room but with the ability to extend if needed. This not only fit the bill, as it has the leaf extension, but it looks just as nice in person as it does online. The delivery was smooth, they assembled it quickly and removed all trash. I will say that the finish does not look like it would fair well with hot dishes being placed directly on the surface, so I will be sure to use my hot pads and place settings. Other than that, I love the look and feel of the table. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful, quality table. When our kids visit, it's perfect for 8 people, plus a couple of toddlers. It doesn't scratch easily at all and wipes clean with a damp cloth. It is heavy and sturdy, but needs to be. We put it together ourselves and found it quite simple. It took us no longer than an hour. You definitely need a partner to help.

Chairs are nice - rather stiff but thinking that might change with use as the ones in the showroom were softer. There was some damage during shipment to the bottom of two chairs - protective fabric on the underside was torn from the box holding the legs, but it is not hurting anything visible from the top of the chair.

Easy to assemble. Worked well for Thanksgiving. They are substantial yet not so heavy that they are hard to move around. Seats seemed firm at first, but have since gotten more comfortable. Happy with the purchase.
