This is exactly what I was looking for as far as the price range and all of the options for my eight-year-old nephew. He has been using my a spare, yet much older phone as a way to take pictures. However, they older phone doesn't have the same features as the cameras on newer phone do. This camera, unlike some other digital cameras, has the ability to share the photos via Wi-Fi. And it also has a screen flips out so that it also becomes a great selfie camera and uploading. It has the built-in zoom lens, but also comes with two additional external lenses that can be mounted for macro and wide angle. These lenses give him the ability to really explore his photography hobby. It also has the flash built in, but also has a hot shoe mount on the top if he wants to expand and use an additional external mic. It's lightweight and compact enough that he has no issues managing it. Even though I purchased this for a very mature eight year-old, it would definitely be a great option for any adult to use as a travel camera instead of having to risk using your personal phone.

My 85 year old dad wanted a digital camera to carry with him when he goes on walks or around his large property. He dislikes using his mobile phone because he swears it runs down the battery too quickly. At this price point, this was a good choice for me to gift to him. \n\nWith auto focus and a 3 inch display, he can certainly see what is in the shot. He only uses 4k hd but that can be adjusted. There are 2 bonus lenses that would be nice but he is not using them either. It is easy to recharge and I can quickly transfer the photos with wifi or an app. He thought the instruction manual was quite good.\n\nI added an inexpensive padded strap for around his neck, but that was a personal choice. The photos are looking great, and at this price point, it is easy to recommend this camera.

This camera is easy to use and usb-c rechargeable! Hallelujah. It's also really nice to be able to share wireless to my android phone. I love that the screen flips for vlog type content and just making sure you're in frame. Plus, it comes with a macro and a wide angle lens. A lot to like about this camera choice. I will say the quality should be higher, especially with low light video/photos. So make sure it's a nice day outside and the quality will look much better. The overall quality for the price, with what you get, is phenomenal. I have a case, memory card and 2 lenses already, and bought a tripod for a complete setup.

This camera is great for beginner to intermediate level photographers or individuals of the like. I do wish the zoom quality was a bit better but it does the job. I like that this camera has a selfie feature so you can take photos and view the image before capturing it. The macro lens is a great addition. The buttons have a nice feel to it as well and the camera looks a bit vintage but it doesn't feel that way. It's fairly lightweight and can fit a small purse. There are two areas on either side of the camera where you can hang a wrist or neck strap along with a carrying case so it doesn't get scratched.

This is such a nice camera and it is easy to use. I love that the display can be flipped out to the side so you can easily take a selfie in perfect focus. It is great to have the 2 different lens you can switch out depending on the type of photography you are doing and the auto focus works really well so it allows even beginners to take good quality pictures. This camera feels substantial, comparable to one three times its price. The features are similar to more expensive cameras too. The photo quality is great. What I like most is that my children can take great photos with this on their own, whereas more expensive cameras require more steady hands to get a clear image. You can make many adjustments to the settings, but we've mostly used this as a point-and-shoot camera and love it for that. We've gifted other camera around this price point, and none of felt or looked this nice, so I'd definitely recommend.

I'm a beginner in photography, and this is my third handheld digital camera. (I just used phones before. ) It is above and beyond any of the others I've used! Crystal clear images with sharp colors and a really nice zoom function. It comes with two lenses so I can do different angles and zooms and get some really nice pictures that I couldn't do before. The carry bag is perfect for traveling. And the battery lasts a long time! I charge it between uses, but I haven't had it die on me yet, even when using it all day. I like the flip-out screen too.

I started to make and upload videos earlier this year with my phone. They were ok, but since I am consistently making them, I decided to invest in an actual camera.
