Satisfied with the product and service,I recently installed this outdoor waterproof light in my backyard, the length is just enough to cover the whole deck. Easy to adjust the color and brightness via APP, DIY mode adds a personalized atmosphere to the party. Especially for family gatherings or holiday celebrations, the lighting effect is dazzling and stable, and supporting Alexa voice control is even more convenient. Even in rainy days, its waterproof function performs excellently.

I wish I could've given a higher rating because I love the idea of the lights…BUT upon getting them and getting them setup, the remote doesn't work (even added a brand new battery.) the app doesn't work (even with making sure mine %26 my wife's phone is up to date, along with the app.) we still can't connect to the lights to change colors or anything. Tried reaching out to support, but was told it would be an $80 charge FOR A 30 MINUTE CONVERSATION. That's wild to me. Brand new lights, and can't change them from any color but the preset white color. Beyond frustrated, esp after spending so much time getting the lights installed. Then continuing to get spam texts from a “product specialist.” Rather than someone willing to help me with something I spent $100 on.

I received the lights but can't believe there was no power source included. I had to go to another store to purchase that. No where on the site did it say anything about it not being included. Was very disappointed that it wasn't included.

lights DID work great for about a week. I went through the long process of hanging them and now have to go through the long process of removing them. they no longer turn on. Looked ok before they took a crap on me. light up great and have a bunch of different pre sets. but all of that is worthless when they just stop working all together. wasted a lot of time now hanging, taking them down and now have to find something to hang again. they use a USB for power like a phone charger that I would definitely NOT call outdoor safe. probably why they stopped working.
