I have owned only Keurig coffee makers since 2010. Not counting the one my husband dropped and broke and the 1 that got taken out by lightning, that's 2 in 15 years. These little machines have longevity as long as you do the recommended maintenance on them.\n\nThis machine, in particular, replaced my K90 Elite (the one my husband dropped and broke). I must say, this machine BLOWS the K90 out of the water. My first cup of normal hot coffee swept me off my feet, and that's saying a lot! The biggest reason I chose the K90 was the ability to control what temperature my coffee was brewed at. This machine does it all and PERFECTLY without any input from me. My first iced coffee from this machine had my mouth doing happy dances. It was the perfect temperature for iced coffee. Unlike the K90 that brewed the iced coffee hot, this machine brews it, then COOLS it before it reaches your cup COLD!! No more watered-down iced coffee because the HOT coffee melted like 40% of your ice on contact because it was hot going into your cup of ice. With my Stanley cup and the way this Keurig brews my iced coffee, I come home at the end of the day with like 60% of the ice STILL IN MY CUP!\n\nThe rinse function on this machine is AMAZING, also.This machine automatically runs a short rinse cycle after each cup, but whenever I switch between flavors or brews of coffee or tea and hot or iced, I can run the rinse cycle to clean all of the previous grounds and residue off of the everything in the cup chamber. The ONLY drawback to running the manual cycle is that it uses 12 ounces of water, and you can't change that amount. The size of the machine is definitely on the large side. You need a fair bit of space to fit it, which may be a drawback for someone with limited counter space. It did not fit on top of my K-cup drawer that my K90 used to sit on.\n\nOverall, this machine is WAY better and worth the price difference of the K90, in my opinion.

Let me start by saying we have only been using this K-Brew & Chill for about 2 weeks. We replaced our K-Supreme plus, which we had problems with from day one & made horrible coffee. Compared to that machine, the brew & chill is awesome! The coffee, hot or cold, tastes so much better. We didn't realize how bad the coffee tasted with the old machine until now. The coffee does not splatter all over the counter. The cold coffee comes out cold enough to drink without adding ice. Prior to purchasing this maker I did have a few concerns, one: the maker running like a refrigerator to keep the cold component cold & two: the amount of liquid in the drip tray from the rinse cycle. What we have learned is that the fan that runs to keep the component cold is not hardly noticeable, so the noise is not a problem. Whether it will make a difference to our electric bill is yet to be seen. The drip tray will hold enough liquid for about 2 rinse cycles. It seems to only automatically run a rinse cycle after a cold brew is completed. You also need to wait to remove the used k cup until after the rinse cycle has completed. So I just have gotten into the habit of emptying & rinsing the tray after every cold brew. Not a big deal. We love this machine so far but only gave it 4 stars due to only having it for 2 weeks & not knowing if our electric bill will go up.

The coffee tastes a lot better with this brewer than our previous Keurig Platinum that we had for roughly 10 years. The ice coffee turns out very high quality as long as you don't brew over ice, which regardless of what they say, it does water it down a little bit. BUT since it brews and chills the coffee, you don't need ice and it tastes great! Only complaint is the cooling function is supposed to turn off and on as necessary to keep the chill-water cold, but it stays on constantly. I know I could turn it off, but don't want to since it would not be ready at a moment's notice for ice coffee.

we love our new Keurig! it works so well and so fast with hot and cold brew. my only complaint is that we cannot find a pod for fresh coffee grounds that fit this machine specifically. we tried multiple, the 1st one we tried blew coffeee grounds all inside the machine and had grounds for daysss in the coffee we made after. it would be great if a specific pod was listed in the label or the instructions so we knew which one to buy cause ive spent over $20 trying to find the right one. otherwise we love it!

I have been enjoying the new Keurig cold brew. However, there is one aspect that I find somewhat disappointing. The only drawback I have encountered is the lack of a digital display to assist in remembering the settings. To change the carbon filter, also to set the machine to high altitude that was available in previous versions, so far I like the way the machine operates, especially for cold brew, quite tasty, i would recommend the machine

Love this updated Keurig. Love having the option to brew hot or cold without having to dilute with ice or brew over ice. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that you can’t brew cold in a reusable K Cup to save on waste. You can brew hot in a reusable K Cup. Would be nice to see Keurig brand coffee in a bag with a reusable K Cup for cold brew. Saving landfills from plastic cups. Let's be honest not everywhere will they recycle the cups.

This Keurig really knocks it out of the park! The hot function brews delicious coffee whatever time of day. The iced chill function is absolutely fantastic! The iced chill keeps the coffee at the cooler temperature needed for perfect Iced Coffee at home. Not watered down from having to use a bunch of ice to initially cool it, then having to add ice again after it gets melted after brewing. This machine actually keeps a tank of water cooled and ready to go, making it the perfect temperature for your favorite iced coffee. Yes it takes a bit to initially cool down the water, but the wait is so worth it. This Keurig is the best one yet. I am recommending it to anyone who loves coffee hot and iced, and the iced feature is the best! Totally worth the investment. Oh, and use the Dunkin Cold K Cup, you'll be glad to save money from having to go get coffee elsewhere.

I bought this to replace my smart Keurig. I like how it chills the coffee without needing too much ice or any, to water it down. \n\nThe hot side does what I've grown to love and except from Keurig. It gives me a great cup of coffee. It has different sizes and offers me a strong setting. \n\nThe drawbacks are: no heat settings like my smart brewer (hot, extra hot, etc), it's a lot bigger. It also needs to continuesly run, so it can be loud and it puts off heat. \n\nThis part is a good and drawback. It does a cleaing cycle for you after a cold brew. However, \n it goes in the drip tray from the bottom of the machine. You can do 2 cycles before dumping. Just dont forget. \n\nAlthough it has its drawbacks, its still a good machine if tou like your coffee cold and not having to use much or any ice. \n\nI do recommend this.

my husband and I absolutely love our iced Starbucks coffee, but we thought since needing a new Keurig we should order one that makes iced coffee, and I know this was worth it, but I don't like that it took about 6 hours for the cold to be charged but using complete cold water it does speed it up, and watching review we thought the cold water in the back was what the Keurig will use when you brew cold and the tank Infront is for hot but it holds the water in the back and uses the water tank in the front for both hot and cold so I'm still trying to figure out how to drain that water to replace it with clean cold water because using spring water is better using water from the foist, but overall happy.

Love this machine! My previous machine had the “over ice” option I thought that was so cool and great. But then the machine crapped out after a year and just stopped working. So I got this one and it is AMAZING. Better than I expected. I like that it has 2 tanks. One that keeps water chilled for cold brew and ice coffee and just a regular tank for hot. And It has a rinse cycle that cleans itself. I was hesitant at first about the machine before getting because previous machine with the over ice option was good but when brewing over ice it just melted the ice so it just tasted watered down. With this machine you do the cold brew option and it's perfect! Would definitely recommend

I bought two for iced coffee drinks and ended up returning both 3 days later. It IS way better than the other brew over ice options that produce a very watered down and lukewarm drink. There is no comparison this makes iced coffee WAY better. It is BIG, so plan for that on counter space. I was thinking of buying a side table and making a separate coffee bar to get back some counterspace. What drove me to returning them is how the water is chilled resulting in noise the machine makes constantly. It's using a fan chiller that runs 24-7. There is a quiet button but the reduction in noise is hardly noticeable. This just makes too much noise pollution and I no longer had a quiet kitchen and living room. Mine was not faulty. The refrigerator runs but only occasionally when it needs to chill. I wish this keurig model just chilled properly with a compressor that could run on and off on occasion when needed, rather than this very slow to chill and gimmicky fan that runs 24-7. It does make great iced coffee though so if you can look past the noise then it's worth it. I'm going to try the hyper chiller freezer cup instead.

Very interesting technology combining both hot and cold. Congratulations to Keurig for cracking the Cold Coffee nut, need to a place to start and build upon, that’s what great companies do. \nSome notes from the initial experience. \n\nHot coffee seemed watered down, not as hot as other Keurig Brewers and volume was less than standard 8 oz (all drinks selected at 8 oz.)\n\nFor the Cold beverage, surprised that the system required 6 hours to create the chill bank for cooling the coffee, that’s a long time to wait. The first beverage was nice and cold however each subsequent beverage was warmer. The user is only able to brew 4 beverages, the system goes into the chilling mode and takes 6 hours to completely recharge the chill bank. Keurig added a nice rinse feature to minimize cross contamination from one coffee flavor to another. Not sure how well it handles all of Keurig’s flavor. \n\nAll in all a fine machine with technologies to be improved upon. Caution not to lose site of what made Keurig a strong brand and company, it’s a Good Cup of Coffee every time. \n\nGood luck, look forward to future systems.

This is THE brewer you have been waiting for. No more brewing coffee over ice to make iced coffee, or worse, brewing it the night before so you can have an iced coffee the next morning. My wife had used our old brewer maybe three times in the last three months, but has now become a daily coffee drinker thanks to the convenience. \nThe brewer is sharp looking, the pitcher with a handle is a winner too. Hopefully the energy consumption is not too high with the chiller part running all the time, but otherwise this really is the best all-purpose brewer you can find out there.\nPaired this up with the Keurig frother and we're living the latte life now!

It's buried in the FAQ but you have to use K-cups. Disposable do not work for the Chill feature. K-Cup has announced they are developing a disposable k-cup for 2025 that will work with the system. If you use Kcups then the coffee does come out chilled, like, not even close to room temperature, but much much cooler.\n\nThe science of the machine is that the hot water goes into the Kcup and then suctioned out of it which takes the coffee through a cooling process. That's why the disposable cups don't work because the suction is not possible with their design.

This promo came at a perfect time as my other, smaller K-cup was on its last leg. I do more chilled drinks than hot, often, so LOVED the idea of this chill feature. Having got it and now used it quite often, I am SOLD! Absolutely fantastic appliance! It chills just as it says which is a major benefit over other models for those of us who like it hot -- AND cold. I highly recommend this to others with similar tastes and interest. It also does well with cups more often associated with hot drinks, but now chilled.

This is, hands down, the best Keurig there is. The difference in the “brew over ice” feature and the new “quick chill” feature is night and day. The quick chill really does make it as cold as a coffee shop, and retained full flavor of my pod I used! I also appreciate how the engineers of this went out of their way to make it practically maintenance free. The only thing you have to do after initial set up is empty the drip tray, the area under your cup, every 2-3 cold brews you make.

The instructions were not so clear so I went to Youtube and watched a few videos on how to use this product. Over all I love the 2 in one feature. If you want Hot and Iced beverages I recommend this product. It's a little bit pricey but it work Great. Remember you get what you pay for. Every Keurig products are good that I have owned. I am hoping this product will last mem years to come. Just remember to Rinse from hot to cold beverages! Love Love this Keurig!!!

I love this keurig. I purchased these hot cold keurig and it never used the whole k cup and it made it hot over ice and melted the ice and had to add more ice. I purchased this one with chill tank and I absolutely love it. The chill take makes my drink cold don't melt the ice and uses everything in the k cup so drink isn't weak. The only thing is it goes in to rinse cycle after every use so you cant make 2 back to back for larger cups.

Love this coffee maker. It puts multiple holes in the kcup for even distribution of the grounds. There is multiple size options and temperature options along with a "strong" brew option. I have not tested the iced coffee feature yet, but I am excited to try it. It has a separate cold-water reservoir that the coffee filters through to cool it down, so it doesn't melt all your ice. I thought that was neat!

I really can't believe how this machine keeps the cold drinks so cold. It is great! I had an older version and within a few minutes, the ice in the glass would be gone. Now, it stays until you are finished and then, the ice is still there. It is crazy!
