It works pretty well overall. Unlike most microwaves, it doesn't seem to get a ton of moisture after use. Takes a little longer than my other microwave with the same power but it heats thoroughly and evenly. \n\nHowever, I didn't realize there was a child safety lock on it, which I find EXTREMELY annoying. You have to push stop, then 0 then open it. If you don't open it right away it goes right back to locked. Plus it only took the kids one time to figure out the stupid lock. On top of that, the clock NEVER stays on the correct time. I have to correct it every night and by morning it's back to whatever time it feels like being. Annoying when I get up because I go straight to the kitchen to put coffee on. Ended up having to buy a clock.\n\nWhile these features have nothing to do with the functionality of the microwave, I find them annoying enough to take off 2 stars. I would have returned it but my home maker threw the box out.

The one big drawback to this microwave is to get the door to pop open. You actually have to press the off/stop button. Even if it runs out of time and dings, you still have to press that button in order to pop the door open. It's just a kind of pain in the butt. After using microwaves for 45 years and popping the door open open without having to hit the stop key. It's kind of hardwired into you.

I like this microwave. It's just the right size for my small kitchen. i would've given it 5 stars, except i dont like that you cannot disable the lock feature. I get why its on there, small kids, but it should have a disable option. Also the beep is so quiet you cant hear it if you're in the other room or if there's any sound at all in the kitchen. \n\nOtherwise, it's just right.

Great little microwave, and when I say little I mean tiny! It works out okay because we are building a new home with a built-in, so we will only need to use it for a couple of months. It works fine and has all the features. I was in a rush when I ordered, so just check the size in the description to make sure you aren't expecting something larger.

For a small, low-priced microwave this one rotates the dish while it cooks, which is a nice feature. Likewise, the cooking controls for time cooking, power level, etc. are well designed and implemented.\nHowever, it is very noisy. I'm okay with that but the noise may be an issue for someone else.

Doesnt take too much space, looks neat and simple. However it take more than 7 minutes to reheat a bowl of spaghetti and meat. Tried to heat up a cup of water and 2 mins made it warm only so had to do another 2 mins. \n\nI will give it few more chances otherwise might have to return.

Some may find the, "Child Lock Feature" valuable, I find it a pain. There is supposed to be a way to turn it off, but ive tried several times, and it keeps locking after each use. Not that big of a deal, because the price was unbelievably inexpensive. Great purchase! Hope it lasts!

It's a decent appliance. It's a little annoying having to click on the zero to unlock the child lock each time before opening. \nI'm guessing that's why it's a cheaper price. Not everyone has kids to worry about...should they have to pay more to not be bothered with this feature?

Bought this for my move to Guam, have not used this one. However my parents have a white one, same brand and it works as good as any mocrowave open. Love the look of this one with just the front section red, the rest is black. Good to use pops of colors within the home.

The microwave is very useful, I love the lock effect on the controls it helps with the patience in my home and ensuring everything is heated at the right temperature. My family and I love this microwave. We definitely recommend for first homes .

Nice little microwave. This is just the right size for me. My older HUGE microwave lasted 39 years, but when it finally died, I decided to replace it with this one. I love the red trim, the smaller size, the ease of cleaning it, and the fact that it's so lightweight, I can move it as necessary. I know it's only 700 watts, and for some, that may be too little wattage, but for me, it does the job with no problems. Everything heats up like it should, it has enough bells and whistles without being overly complicated (very easy to use), it takes up very little counter space, and it is attractive to the eye. It's all I could want in a microwave.

The microwave is good for cooking small items and reheating. Glass tray slides a bit. Not crazy about lock feature on door. Irritating reminder beep. But overhall, good for the price point.

If you require small & lightweight. Only 23 lbs, so you can move it if necessary. In my searching i found that these Mainstays by Walmart are a good bet if you need tiny. Naturally they're not quite as strong as the large ones, but i have another minute to spar, i'm short on space. I'm VERY VERY happy with my purchase. Mainstays has this one with a handle and one with a push button top open the door. Keep in mind that since they're fairly lightweight, you might need some scoot guard underneath to hold them in place. If you push button one is against a cabinet or a wall, that will hold it. Hope this helps somebody.

We bought this microwave because after thinking we were clever in getting a air fryer, and thinking it would solve all of our problems-we realized there’s a lot more food we like heating up in its own packaging or simply on a plate. We were skeptical about the performance of our microwave as we thought it might not heat up our foods. We were desperately wrong, this thing REALLY heats up your food. I will say this, it has to be smaller portions or foods that were made to be “instant” food. We heat up 16oz glasses of water in less than 2min, etc.. It works for us and does what we need it to!

Our old microwave went out unexpectedly and we were scrambling to replace it. I came across this little thing and I have to say we are pleasantly surprised! \nIt is small but mighty. \nIt will fit a full dinner plate in there just fine, snug but fits without touching the sides. It's very easy to use and the instructions are clear and easy to understand. \nAlso, a cool feature it has is the child lock! It is very handy if you have littles around. They can't open it and it won't unlock unless you press unlock or completely clear it. \nColor is nice and it heats food well!

I was ecstatic at the perfect size that it is. It doesn’t take up much space on the counter. It has several functions and modes to easily heat, pop and cook and various levels by the touch of a button. I love that all my plates and dishes fit and I can also defrost & thaw frozen items to my specifications. The black glass and white metal make for an eye catching modern kitchen accessory. It cooks evenly and is consistent. I love the digital pad as it is user friendly and just a light touch will do. Always remember no metal or aluminum in the microwave.

I have never owned a red microwave before so this would be my first. It is smaller than my previous but thats the size I wanted. I was expecting it to bed red all around but its red on the front. I like that handle connected to the microwave so it wont break off. The handle on my last microwave broke off. Overall if your looking for a red small size microwave then I would recommend it. Ive only had the microwave for over three weeks and havent had any issues. Its light enough to move around especially for elderly individuals and college students.

It's compact. The turn table makes a little noise. Does heat fast. I'm happy with my purchase.

This thing is small. Like can't fit a bag of normal popcorn small. Even the mini bags of popcorn won't turn evenly and burn. It'll do for a mug or measuring cup, maybe a small Tupperware of food. But the plate inside is so tiny anything bigger than a coffee mug doesn't heat evenly. I have a hard time understanding measurements without seeing them so I k ew it was small and light in store. But not being able to fit hardly anything in it was a surprise. I was broke and needed one at the time, but definitely would not buy again because it doesn't fit our needs.

getting used to a smaller microwave.

I bought this microwave in December 2025. It has been working very well so far. Initially, I had to get used to the child safety lock. I got it in hopeful anticipation that my son and his wife will have a child by the end of this year. “Keep Hope Alive “ 🤫\nFood is cooked well. I like the quick one button touch for quick warming. I ordered the red because it adds color to my kitchen countertop. I bought the additional warranty coverage. Let's see if I will need it.

As good as this microwave is it can be a problem to not be able to put a dinner plate in. It was purchased as an emergency microwave for a situation where people just needed a way to warm up food without a stove, in a place with very limited space. Unfortunately it cannot be used to get everything heated for everyone in a timely manner because of the size. I would recommend this for someone with limited space who doesn't need to use it to heat up food for a group. That being said it's a nice looking product that works well.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY: I only got 5 maybe 6 uses out of this microwave before it short circuited or something because it just wont turn on at all anymore. Even the handful of times it did "work" before it totally crapped, it caused my breaker to trip when Id try to open the door and id have to reset the breaker. then i realized if i hit "unlock" button before the button to pop the door, it wouldnt trip. so i did that the next 3 or 4 times and honestly didnt have any problems and thought it was odd what happens when i dont hit unlock first but whatever, if it works it works, right? The last time it worked, I was trying to melt down valvetta cheese. and mind you, i never heated up anything that needed more than 2 minutes to cook. it was not used in the slightest heavy duty type capacity. this time, it just lost power suddenly. didnt trip the breaker, just totally lost power and no other outlets worked either (tried EVERY SINGLE OUTLET in my house) and other appliances were working as normal. so its a microwave issue. let me conclude with saying that if the microwave has no power, the door WILL NOT open. so my cheese was trapped in a Temu safe and I had to pry it open and cut myself in the process. im not dealing with returns so its going in the trash where it and all the identical models belong. in the military, they say you should leave everywhere you go better than you found it. well i did that for walmart for sure and did it for myself the night i tossed it out in the dumpster. spend $10-20 more on a better microwave. literally.

Really like this little microwave. Does a good job. The first use was a learning curve that taught me to dial it back and shorten the time. I based it on my old, deceased one, which had less power, so I murdered my bacon. Now I know better. Don't believe the complainers about the child lock. Opening the door with it required touching exactly one extra button. A nanosecond. Disabling it took two steps and less than 10 seconds.

The fifty dollar red microwave was really pretty and I should have realized how small it was going to be. It actually is the perfect size for the use here. Coffee gets reheated and microwave popcorn gets made. Occasionally a small amount of food gets heated. This microwave is perfect for that. It seems to have a pretty high heat level for the size. I am more than satisfied with this product. Its cute as a button too.

I bought this little microwave to use because our big one over the stove had went out. Or it being small in size I was really impressed with how it functions. I have had no problems with this little microwave. My granddaughter is very excited that she will be getting this little microwave when she goes to college in the fall. It is a small smaller microwave, but it works very well. I'm very happy with it.

Such a cute and functional counter top microwave. \r\nLove the red color and it's perfect for my college kid and his apartment. \r\n\r\nBest for smaller use and reheats but takes little room in the kitchen . \r\n\r\nWeird thing was, it was shipped in the box it comes in and you would of thought nothing would be left after seeing the shape it was left on my porch but the mighty little thing had no issues .
