Having had the first generation Logitech Wired trackball, T-BC21 Trackman, and using it for years, I was very curious about the new Logitech Ergo M575 Wireless trackball. Curiosity solved and completely satisfied. The ergonomics are vastly superior to the previous generation. The positioning of your hand on the Trackman was challenging, in a sense, where you would need to keep your hand straight to be able to work the ball with your index to ring finger while left-clicking with your thumb or right-clicking ring finger. Eventually, that became tiring, wrist-wise, after an extended period because of the unnatural position of the hand/wrist. Don't get me wrong the Trackman was a vast improvement over the original mouse in keeping your hand in one location without having to have space to move the pointer same as the new Logitech M575 puts your hand/fingers in such a natural position for hours of painless/discomfort-free operation. Additionally, because of the perfect position you can literally use only two fingers to operate the M575. The trackball is completely within the thumbs scope of range and the index fingers ability to click or work the scroll wheel. Effortless manipulation to use for hours on end is what I have experienced. Also it has a removable ball to clean. This is a giant leap forward in trackball use. I will use the old Trackman as a backup but the new Logitech Wireless M575 Trackball is my primary piece of hardware from here forward. Extremely satisfies with this product, HIGHLY recommended.

I used to have a mouse like this when I worked IT. I love them! No desk space needed and it's practically silent. There is a learning curve with these, very sensitive even when adjusted in software. Once you've used it for a while though you'll never go back. Trackball is super smooth, I love love love that they've added Bluetooth, no more lost dongles but it has one if you need it. Battery life is impressive so far and I just leave it on most of the time. It feels well built to be plastic. I will likely get the white one too as a backup I love it that much. I do wish they offered a lefty version I'm ambidextrous at times and this is a right hand only so that kinda sucks for gaming but again it's a great mouse so no complaints:-)

I've been a dedicated trackball user for decades and this one is far and away the best I've ever experienced. Even after hours of editing audio files or photographs my wrist didn't hurt and my fingers weren't ice cold from lack of circulation. The build quality is solid and the adjustable "handshake" angle is a total game changer for my poor carpal tunnel ridden wrist. Whatever that coating is makes a huge difference too. It gives just enough friction so that your hand doesn't slide off, which sounds stupid and minor but turns out to be pretty important for fatigue. The assignable buttons are clutch and save you loads of time with custom macros and shortcuts. Don't even think twice about buying this. You can thank me later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great comfortable designed mouse, my hand fits very well on it and I can easily scroll the mouse and use all the buttons with ease and no cramping in my hands, it's much more comfortable than a standard mouse. \r\nThe ball is so smooth , it can also be popped out to clean around it. \r\nAll buttons including scroll are perfectly positioned for my hands , very easy clicks. \r\nIt's lightweight yet quality made. \r\nIt's easy to set up and great that it's wire free. \r\nIt's a very interesting design and I totally recommend it if you suffer any pain or cramping from using a mouse regularly.

I love the idea that i don't have to move the mouse just roll the ball. Was bit skeptical initially but was quick to pick up and am happy to have the mouse work this way . Switched to an ergo setup after some P.T. issues, and so far it's been good. I used to use a trackpad, so it took me a solid week or two to get used to this guy, but it feels good now. Not moving it around like a normal mouse feels different at first, but with daily use the adjustment felt fast. Hands and arms feel much less strained at the end of the day. I don't really use any of the buttons, but it seems like there are some handy features there as well (there are some good YouTube reviews that shows them all). Bought Logitech as it has been a reliable brand for me. Would buy again.

(If you have thumb issues, then grab another mouse because you'll be using your thumb frequently. ) I bought it since my role requires to use a computer for 8-12 hours. I am comfortable kow since purchasing this device. I wish they sold this mouse in different colors. I would have purchased it in pink to match one of their keyboards. I purchased it in black with grey ball since it matches the keyboard I bought along with it. Great mouse for less pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like trackballs, this is one of the better thumb-controlled balls. It feels nice in the hand and the white color is a nice touch. The battery life is great and the other 575 I've had for over 2 years doesn't seem to have the reliability problems the less expensive model did. If you don't use a trackball and are considering this, this is the best value for the money. Trackballs are more precise and ergonomic, but it does take a little time to get used to them. Having a better quality trackball will help that transition.

I already had previous version of this mouse, I had my expectations and it was exceeded. Feels very much solid and with touch you can feel the quality. Ball is very precise and easy to control, wrist is always relaxed during the usage. Difference and very big advantage is the possibility to pair with bluetooth. I use it on multiple devices and it is very convenient. Of course in case you want to you can use chip as well which was included also. As a summary, it worth more than it costs. Perfect pricing i will admit.

Much nicer and more comfy than the older models of trackball I have used. I love how easy it is to switch control between my work and home computers. The only thing I don't like about it is that the precision button is in an awkward spot and I accidentally hit it frequently when I don't mean to. But overall this mouse is the best I've ever used. I hope it lasts a long time.

It is smooth and comfy to use. It's a nice colour and has a smooth finish. I find trackpads are not comfy and clumsy and this is a great alternative! \r\nI would definitely recommend this product and have found my wrist and hand don't hurt as much at the end of the day of working from home!! I really want to like this trackball. In fact, compared to my mouse, well, any mouse, really, it's a definite step up. The main issue I have with it seems to be personal. Not having used a trackball for years, I was expecting the ball to have a measure of resistance. Rather, it's very fluid, but my thumb is so shaky that I can't pinpoint anything without dropping to extreme precision mode. So I use my trackball, "Off label"; i.e. not as intended. So, now, I use my thumb and forefinger for rolling and precision, and mid and ring fingers for clicking. Works. Weird. But no strain whatsoever. This I like. Not quite a fiver, tho.

This is my 5th in 10 years. I wear one out every 18-30 months, but that's because I use it constantly for 12-14+ hours a day, 365 days a year. (I am disabled and mostly home-bound, so I play games on the computer a lot.) A battery lasts about 6 months, if you buy the good ones. I could never be happy with anything but a trackball mouse, and this is my favorite so far, of all the brands that I have tried.

I used to use a trackball back in the 90s, and I generally like trackpads. I recently got this as a spur-of-the-moment decision, and I really like it. I got used to it very quickly, and I like being able to just rest my arm on the desk and just use the trackball. It has enough buttons for me, and is super responsive. The battery also lasts forever, I'm a week in and at over 90% charge.

This trackball is an updated version the M570, which is an updated version of a USB corded version that I used as a replacement for an older "multipin" version that I started with many years ago. Trackballs are a great way to help prevent CTS caused by the awkward wrist angle that a mouse causes. After 20 years with a trackball, I wouldn't consider using a mouse with my computer.

I made the switch to this ball mouse, it took a few days but now I love it. People said it was big but I think its just one finger too narrow in the width and that the LR buttons are too long(close to the palm). I'd like to palm the mouse more but it feels good still and is noticeably better for my arm, also Im faster and more precise now that I'm familiar with it.

I like the new features on this mouse. Very robust and hardly moves, and I like the feature of an additional wrist plate, which is at the right angle for my hand to make mouse movements. Most of all, I don't have to make many wrist movements to move the mouse back and forth, which made my hand more uncomfortable after long use of the mouse.

I have used the Logitec track balls since the days of dial up, they can take a bit to get used to from touch pad or mouse, but I prefer the control the trackball gives me for everyday use and in programs (apps for the kids *LOL*) such as CAD applications. Battery life is good, connectivity is good. I do recommend the product.

This is my 4th one to get because they work so well. I use it at work and home. Got this for my husband to use at work. The mouse can be anywhere and on any surface since the ball makes all the movement on the screen. Really helps to keep hands in a comfortable position while working or just playing on the computer.
