Yeah, it's a pretty great toilet. It was delivered here in Colorado pretty quickly and the plumber who was working on my new bathroom addition was the one who installed it. The heated seat is pretty sweet. The buttons on the remote are a little confusing and wish there was a bit more information on features but you can figure it out. Considering I had never heard of this website or brand before I was a bit nervous but it is legit. I went off the reviews of others to pull the trigger and glad I did. It's gotten to the point where I don't like using any other toilet because it just makes me feel like some dark ages dirty peasant. Only other thing is that the automatic lid lift system is sensitive and will lift when walking by. Not to bad for the space I placed it in because the foot sensor is by the wall leading into the shower so it doesn't sense too much movement (see pics). Something to keep in mind if you're going to place it next to a sink where you may be getting ready. Everytime you brush your teeth it may try to suggest you have a seat. Still though, five stars.
