Can't get the colors I want to work very difficult

Lights seemed to check out when attached. But only one section, 36 lights worked.\nCould not get other 36 lights to work in sequence. \nMultiple times emailing back and forth.\nNo good answers from Wiher.\nSeemed to give some bad advice to try to fix.\nAppears to me that they were not working correctly from the factory.

Excellent lights! It's definitely worth it! Recommend. Our neighbors loved ours and bought some of their own!

Good quality,but half of the lights won't respond when you try to change the colors. Need to see if I can get info on how I can get this fixed.

cannot connect to the lights to the app because it doesnt say what app to use to be able to connect them to. nothing in the box to tell you about the product. just product in the bags. it would be nice to get a response back with the app information since that is one of the reasons i ordered this product
