[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a back and side sleeper and this mattress is a great fit for me. It is good but too high for me to climb up to the bed. The mattress I tried on in the JC Penny was 9 inches. When the mattress delivered is 12 inches. Is there anyway I can return this mattress and get a lower mattress?
