I bought this pan especially for use in the Breville convection oven. I am used to cooking pizza directly on the rack in my electric range oven, but Breville advises against that practice. I was skeptical, but it works great. I use the convection setting and set to the recommended cooking temperature and time on the package. I do not alter because it is a convection oven. I tried the pizza setting for the oven, but I didn't like the results. I also use this pan to cook little quiches from Trader Joe's. Fantastic. The pan is heavyweight and truly nonstick. Well worth the price. Use for anything that should bake directly on the oven rack.
