Made In China
Reviewed on www.walmart.com·TonyJ
One of the main reasons why I've spent literally thousands of dollars on AllClad products has been because they're mostly American-made, and their products that aren't are 'usually' clearly labeled as such at their website. This one (and another top-dollar roasting pan I bought) were not labeled, and I foolishly made the assumption that AllClad isn't going to be charging stratospheric 'Made In America' prices for Chinese merchandise. I was wrong. I could have called them up and asked them before I bought these pans but I took a chance and I lost. My fault entirely. Still, their lack of interest in being fully forthcoming about where their products are made wounded me, and for that they lose a review star and perhaps a customer; we'll see about that. The pans themselves are probably perfectly fine quality, but that of course is not the issue. We all 'vote' with our pocketbooks and MANY Americans try to vote for the USA whenever we can. Manufacturers are welcome to build their products in whatever country they choose; I just think that people deserve to be clearly told what choices a company has made.

I've had other roasters, from electric to Lagostina to enamel and nothing compares to All-Clad. it's worth the price. I will continue to invest into their pieces because, there's really nothing like it out there. The heavy-gauge stainless of this roaster feels indestructible, and it looks as polished and professional as the day it arrived. It's easy to clean and it roasts to perfection. I have the teapot, an electric skillet and a variety of pots. I will continue to add more All clad because it's simply the best out there.

I have not opened the box yet, this is my second roasting pan and the third set of same pots and pans. I had the first one before I met the girlfriend, we moved in together and 20 years later she is leaving to move back to the east coast. I woke up a few weeks ago and noticed she took all my AllClads with her. This is the moral of the story:\n1- The AllClad, outlasted the girlfriend and unlike my girlfriend, it still looks great.\n2- The AllClad never let me down or disappoint me (Every piece is a workhorse, you can take the roasting pan from the oven to the table and it will always be the center piece of any holiday table).\n2- I replaced the AllClad, much faster than the girlfriend (girlfriends come and go, but AllClad lasts a lifetime).

This was a replacement roaster for one I lost in a move. It's a work-horse in my kitchen! Over 25 years ago, I "invested" in a complete set of All-Clad pots and it was worth every penny. I've watched friends replace pots and pans over the years... I'm sure they've spent four times what I did by now. From consistent, reliable heat to durability, you pay for quality and All-Clad is simply the best.

At 69 I've lost track of of all the different pans I've used over the years to cook beef roasts and wanted something good that will last. The pan itself is substantial and built like a tank and is a thing of beauty. The issue with the rack is not its construction (heavy gauge wire) but its nonstick coating which is rated for 375F while the pan is rated for 500F. It's a fairly common practice with the less expensive cuts of roasts I usually cook to start the roast off at 450F/500F and then turn the heat down. Nonstick doesn't cut the mustard temp wise. All-Clad should offer a stainless steel rack that matches the pan's 500F rating. That said, I knew this going in and I'd buy the pan again- it's a quality piece .... you get what you pay for.

Essential addition to my set after using All Clad exclusively for the past 35 years, my husband and I felt the need for a smaller (in between) size pan for cooking for the two of us. We thought adding a non stick would also help round out our equipment. Little did we know this set would become our go-to for daily use. Obviously the clean up is easy, but now that we've entered our seventies, the weight is far more comfortable to use. Kind of wished we'd had this set all along!

I was gifted this roasting pan about ten years ago and absolutely love it. It is large, conducts heat well, and as a bonus still looks brand new!\n\nOne quibble, though: the rack is already flaking off its coating and rusting. I don't use the pan often; Thanksgiving turkey, Christmas prime rib and maybe an Easter ham. So after (maybe) thirty uses the rack is a health hazard. All-Clad doesn't sell a replacement, and none of the (few) after-market racks really fit.

I simply love this cookware. I've had a set for years which are still holding up very well. I got tired of going to my daughters and having to soak her “non stick” pans overnight so I got her a set. She is a big fan. Clean up is so simple. No soaking required. Buy these pans!

Used the All Clad roaster for the first time at Thanksgiving. I cooked a large turkey breast that came out beautifully, evenly cooked and brown. Sprayed Pam first in the roaster and it was a very easy cleanup. The pan is on the heavier side, especially if you have been using the aluminum toss away roasters.

All-Clad has always been a favorite brand of mine and when I saw the offer, and my husband needed a new non-stick frying pan it was great. The pans are an ideal size and for a man who only cooks bacon and eggs it works just fine. It is easy to just clean and rinse, all the baked food just slides off. The surface is smooth and has held up wonderfully. We really love these fry pans.

My nonstick fry pans perform as hoped and expected. Good heat distribution, no issue going from stovetop to oven, and super easy clean up. Full disclosure, I have not tried to fry — more than a tablespoon of oil — anything in these pans, merely sauteed, and gentle searing meat to be finished in the oven: I'm afraid the might get ruined with high direct heat and/or excessive oil use. Other than that, my only two regrets with these pans are they are not stackable and have no accompanying lids.

I am so surprised at the quality of these inexpensive pans! They heat evenly and brown foods easily without burning. I like that the sides are not too deep making it easier to work with the foods being cooked. The non stick is durable so far, and they are easy to clean. I highly recommend them as the non-stick option to add to any stainless cookware collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heavy duty roasting pan is a kitchen essential. Perfect for every day use but I really look forward to roasting a 20 pound turkey during the holidays. Comes equipped with rack to separate your food from it's juices or cooking liquid for an even cook and Perfect, crisp browning. The pan is on the heavy side and can be difficult to lift in and out of the oven with carpel tunnel but I know the weight comes with a good quality pan. The handles are durable and make it easier. It's also dishwasher safe if you are looking for easy clean up.
