Everything seems to work fine, despite being the 2019 version. This is a big saving on the latest version, the 2021.

Visio arrined within a few days. It was easy to dowmload and install. The box contains the download istructions from Microsoft with the card with the licence key. Took 5 min to install. All works fine.

Office 2019 very easy to install no hiccups had previously uninstalled an old version as suggested by other users. very safe was reassured everything authentic
