Not so smart product purchase.

I was not able to use this product at all without help. I ended up having to pay over $400.00 for Fast Fix to install it for me. A really savvy tech person may have been able to use it, but for me it was not a smart purchase.

The installation was an incredible hassle. If it hadn't been for Iyogi I never would have gotten it running.\nIt works great with countless features. I still miss Outlook Express, tho.
