Most all the parts are their. I did not see the blower mounting plate. The rest that was missing,the installer should supply.

I have mine set up in my living room running on natural gas. The design is great with the remote-controlled thermostat, so nice having the thermostat in the palm of your hand. You can adjust room temperature right from your recliner. With pilot light is on, will self ignite or flame off as needed.

I like the fact that it has a remote. I purchased this stove as an alternative heat source if I lose power in extreme weather so I haven’t used it much but I did try it out a couple of times and it works great. I also think it is quite attractive in my room.

There seems to be a gas leak in the connection to the propane tank. I am trying to resolve this with a gas technician. Otherwise, it was delivered appropriately and is beautiful. I just can't use it until the leak is resolved.

Have a professional set this up for you but it works wonderful and puts out an amazing amount of heat for such a small unit

We originally ordered another model (Deluth Forge) and were shipped this model by mistake. We accepted it anyway and are glad we did. Per the attached photos, looks great in our Adirondack mountains cabin and we love the 3-sided view of the firebox. Only took about an hour for our propane fuel supply company to install, including installing a blower for us. The remote thermostat works well and is a big plus as compared to the stove it replaced. The installer was particularly impressed with the remote as well as the relatively high-end and large fire log set, which he advised was important to heat retention and generation. We run a dehumidifier to help minimize impact of vent free operation. All at a great price as compared the several thousand more we were quoted for similar stoves and installations by a couple of walk-in and online fireplace stores. I'll update this review if we have any problems with its durability. However, so far, so good!

I really didnt know how many stars to write. Getting it hooked up was no easy task. And I had an actual furnace guy do the hook up. The on the right front of the stove under the shield, would not pop or come out, it had to be pried. He also had to go and get a plumbing nipple to fit the natural gas line. Syncing the remote control to the stove itself was complicated, you had to stick a nail into the hole also under the firebox and listen for beeps to set the remote. The remote is also not clear, On and off are simple but Mode and Set I still haven't figured out, I want the flame intensity to be less. The stove is very attractive, and the heat it produces is really great. If I can figure out how to set the flame and remote control it would be a solid 4 stars. \r\n.

The assembly was easy, 2 logs were damaged awaiting response from vendor. The gas heater works as advertised, very pleased so far. The remote control feature is a plus, just wish the controller unit that holds the batteries was a bit better quality.

We had a scary experience 5 days after installing. Woke to burning smell. Pipe cap over the propane connection had failed and there was an active flame at connection. Immediately shut the natural gas off and evacuated. The natural gas/propane connections are to close. So when we attached the natural gas hose it put to much pressure on the cap over the propane side. We replaced the cap with a stronger version from our old stove. Been using a week now. No issues. Its a lovely looking stove.

Could not get the product to work need a engineer to figure out the gas problems I’m returning it way to much for me I’m going electric

Had this for a month now and I love it! I bought it to replace an older model gas fireplace so installation was easy. I like it as a back up gas heating source I can use if the electricity is out. I love the remote feature for adjusting temperature and on/off and how nice it looks on my yellow pine floor. No need for heat resistant pad underneath. Exceeding my expectations!

The BLUEGRASS LIVING 23,000 BTU Vent Free Dual Fuel Gas Stove is Great. It looks beautiful while it is burning, and I love the remote control that you can set the room temperature with. It comes on and goes off when the room temperature is reached. It has been installed for almost 2 months now and everyone that comes in loves it.

Picked up the stove and had it in place and working in no time. I ordered the fan a couple of days later. When it came in I installed it myself and had it working in no time \nGreat units really enjoy it

Very nice gas fire place. Easy to setup and get running. Only odd thing is it came with a 6 volt plug in. Don’t know what this is for.
