i used to buy the kitsch razors (if you like these cheap tj Maxx / marshalls and you can usually get them for so cheap!) but honestly i grew sick of buying them so often! I bought this on a whim and won’t go back! this one is sharper than the other ones and it’s nice to just buy the refills!

Overall use is pretty great and doesn't scratch my skin compared to other cheap plastic facial razor. This is the first time I have had a metal facial razor and that's sustainably great! Otherwise it is counterintuitive on how it comes in a plastic case; I know it's important to showcase the product, but we could do that by keeping one in a display case. An alternative would be to sell this in a clothed pouch. \n\nAdditionally, I love how there are three additional blade refills that come with this and a separate purchase for refills! \n\nI know some reviews have said that it's a bit difficult to remove the blade, which initially I agreed, but it's not impossible to remove it. When I first tried, I used my pair of beauty scissors or you could also use some tweezers to push the blade out with that little plastic tab (make that metal too!). It's actually okay that the blade doesn't come out too easily because who knows if it could come out while you're dermaplaning your face yikes!

Love it but leaves my skin a little sensitive after wards. The little notch that helps take the razor out broke tho, and now it won’t come out so…gotta think about that

1. Still no refills available in Canada (I see another reviewer says she was able to buy them recently, but maybe only in the USA? ) 2. Refills quite challenging to insert (plastic separates from metal) and renders it \n\n\nuseless

I love this but I got the 3rd blade stuck in my razor. Bought a new one again. But it works great for me. I’ll keep going back to this. Go for it but be careful until you get used to using it.

There is a learning curve to using a facial razor and this no exception. Too bad there wasn’t a video accompanied with the ad. Three most important things to remember is 1. Use on a clean face 2. Hold skin taunt when shaving 3. Always use a “calming” moisturizer afterwards to keep skin from burning. It doesn’t give you as close of shave on those hormonal chin hairs as other methods.

I love this thing. I see a lot of reviews saying how people scratched themselves up or they couldn’t get the blade out to change it. Well here’s what I do and I don’t have either of those issues. I use this with very light pressure and a facial oil to avoid scratches. Do NOT use this if you have active acne lesions. I wipe the blade with rubbing alcohol before use. After use, I take blade out and wipe with rubbing alcohol again to clean. I do not keep blade in the handle for storage. That ensures it doesn’t get stuck with rust.

I loved the feel and quality of the tool….until it came time to replace the blade. I cleaned it each time I used it but the blade was somehow stuck inside and would not slide up. I’m not sure if gunk kind of lodged it in there or what, but I got two horrible deep cuts on my fingers trying to get the blade out. I literally had to superglue the cuts closed. It was so bad. Oh, and I still wasn’t able to get the blade out after putting my actual blood sweat and tears into muscling it out. It’s not worth it. I always try to get sustainable products that I can replace just part of instead of the entire thing, so it was extra sad to come away with some bad injuries and have to throw the dermaplane tool away.

I used to buy the disposable razors, but wanted something more sturdy and sharp. I got these and the refills during the vib sale and am happy with the results! I will continue to repurchase. I would say these are fairly easy to use if you’ve used face razors before and know what to expect. I would be careful and light handling and you’ll have great results.

This metal razor is perfect for cleaning up brows and upper lip. I still have not had the courage to try it on my entire face but it’s definitely something I’ve been looking into. I haven’t had much luck finding the refills in store

This is a great facial razor. It gets all the tiniest, wispiest facial hairs and leaves my skin super soft. I purchased the facial razor along with replacement blades after the two reviewers before me stating that replacement blades are no longer available. I think they might have been out of stock? The razor handle and the blades are great quality. I practiced changing the blades a few times before use and had no issue. I plan to remove the blade in between uses and let it dry out completely before reinserting to avoid it getting stuck the way some reviewers experienced.

This is a great product EXCEPT for replacing the blades. The plastic tip always breaks off. I cut my finger extremely deep trying to get it out. I’ve cut myself deep twice now and it’s just not worth it.

Love this low waste option. I love the heft of the metal handle, it is sharp enough for me. Make sure to use an oil or some sort of lube. I also love that you can buy replacement razors here. A great buy!

VERY hard to change blades. I think mine is permanently stuck. I've tried an array of tweezers, nada. It worked well, so maybe I should have changed the blade sooner.

Great little tool but the whole purpose of buying this was so I could remove and input new heads rather than buying an entire new product - literally impossible lol. I actually tried to do it myself and cut my pinky really badly. Left it alone and just now came back to try and change it out again after watching a TikTok video how to. I still can’t and now the plastic broke off on the area where you’re supposed to be able to lift and change out the razor. Thought hey maybe mine is defective so I came back here to buy a new one….after seeing all the other reviews with the same problem I’m gonna find something else and it’s a fault with the product overall. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

a MUST HAVE much better than buying those disposable ones and substantial. the metal has some weight to it so i’m able to have more control when using, doesn’t irritate my skin at all

please get this. i have been reborn. i have just come out of the womb. my skin is BABY SOFT… and my makeup has genuinely never worked better. please ditch the cheap eyebrow razors and invest in this you will NOT regret it. this

I have tried this with cream, oil, facial cleanser, you name it. Each time, I am left with razor burn and cuts on my face and no smooth shave. I don’t have peach fuzz. I have prickly PCOS facial hair that I am undergoing electrolysis for. The blades have jagged feeling edges. Just terrible. I will stick with my billie or Athena club razors.

I've had this for over a year now and it has made such a difference. Super easy to use, clean and change out the blades. I've never cut myself with it and works great on super small areas where I only have a hair or two I want to shave

This is the smoothest Dermaplainng tool I have ever used. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I like how the blade removes the hairs without pulling on them. It’s extremely smooth I will be buying again. 

I love this razor! If you find the blade is too hard to pull out...I put a drop of castor oil in the part where the replacement blade goes, then I put the blade in. The next time I change the blade it slips right out. I usually use a wash cloth to grip it just so you don't get cut though...but it takes off all of my peach fuzz and makes my face smooth.

It definitely works! I've never used one before, so I just went in. I got little shaving cuts all over my face, so if you're new to this, PLEASE watch an instructional video and use a light hand.
