This is a matte black which is exactly what my 15 year old wanted for her room in our newly finished basement. She searched for days scanning the internet. We came across this and she fell in love. The bedframe was shipped and arrived within 3 days (which was 2 days faster then quoted when we checked out). The assembly was super quick and easy. Like it took us less than 20 minutes and the majority of the time was reading the instructions and organizing all the different pieces. Her bed looks fabulous and she loves it. My only two complaints which are my complaints not hers are that when you pile the pillows on you can't really see the headboard design. And, secondly the frame sits so low to the ground that you can not store anything under the bed. It has multiple touch points on the floor as well so really nothing can fit under the bed. But she doesn't think that is a big deal, I would have loved to store a second mattress under for sleepovers. Overall this was a really great price and I think it should last her for many years.

I love this new frame. It looks elegant and gives off the farmhouse vibe I'm looking for. I've seen similar styles on other sites going for twice the price. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is it's a tad noisy during the night when I toss and turn. I try to manipulate my movements so I don't make noise, but if the pillows are against the headboard, it does get a little annoying. With that said it is a great and cute bed frame for the price.

For $200, this bed isn't horrible. the quality of the metal seems good, however, when I was putting it together, one of the screws would not screw in. each leg has 2 screws, so we left it out and it seems fine without it, but the fact that the hole was not drill big enough seems odd. We tried everything to get it in. I also would not recommend this bed if you need it to be quiet. It does squeak loudly around the head board and footboard. lts not terrible, but you do get what you pay for in terms of quality. I bought this because most metal beds don't have box springs and we just bought a new set with a box spring and it looked nice. This bed does not disappoint with fitting the box spring or looks (its beautiful). 3 stars is because of the squeak and the inability to screw that screw in.

I like this bed. I love the look and feel of the matte finished metal. The frame is pretty low, which is perfect or a child, but a teen or adult would probably need a box spring or foundation mattress to add height. But whether for child or adult, I highly recommend adding additional support such as extra boards under bottom of mattress. Without the support, the mattress bows between open slats on frame.

These beds came fast and were sturdy I bought them for my girls room. My only complaint is that you have to have a boxspring for these beds which I didn’t realize when I bought them. If you don’t have a boxspring the mattress slips under the support poles and you wind up on the ground. So make sure you get yourself a boxspring.

Great Farmhouse style. Solid... does not make any noise when on it. It was pretty easy to assemble. Nice matte black. My only complaint is that it is so low to the ground that I cannot put any of my under-bed tubbies under the bed. It's a pretty low clearance. Had to find other places to store them.

Overall the bed frame is great, very sturdy! The description says it does not need a box spring, but it absolutely DOES! The mattress was sinking into the sides of the frame and is ruining the mattress. I just ordered a box spring, hopefully it helps! Otherwise, very pleased with the bed frame.

I bought this bed a few weeks ago. I was redecorating a spare guest bedroom and was in a panic to have it delivered quickly since I would have guests in for Christmas. We bought this bed for our spare room and I love it! I was concerned about the quality because of the price but it's well built, heavy and not flimsy. The metal is more of a brushed nickel. Definitely worth the delivery and set up fee.

These beds can be creaky, but this one is not. It fit together nicely and is very sold. The Matt finish is a great touch. Heads up- if you use a box spring and mattress the bed is pretty high. I might get rid of the box spring.

The look of this bed is exactly what I wanted!!!! Sooo cute. But, it’s extremely noisy and all of the support legs fell off in the first two days?? We’ve managed to create new supports but the bed is still so noisy. I wish I knew how to solve it! Also does not fit a standard queen box spring... it’s a few inches wider which is also a bummer!!!

One might look at this bed and think it's flimsy. One would be wrong. As long as you tighten the myriad screws enough, this thing will not budge. So far I'm really happy with this purchase!

This bed looks fantastic, and is made with quality parts. However, some of the holes for screws were on the wrong side of the parts. We were not able to secure the beam that supports the right side of the bed. We will likely have to drill something in to secure it. Sold our bed earlier that day and had no other options but to risk it.
