I love this chair but it it too rigid on the head rest which pushes my neck slightly forward preventing total neck relaxation. That is why the 4 instead of 5 rating.\n\nI love the feel of it and that it is big enough to scoot around in and get comfortable.

Very comfortable. Larger than expected, but not complaining at all! It fully reclines back to allow you be able to "lay down" if you want to. So far, it's been a great purchase for the price.

Mostly great, sits a little high off of the ground, I am 6' tall and my feet don't completely touch the ground at lowered position. Maybe as the cushions settle it will improve.

The coverings seem much thinner than they used to be—so that is a concern… but they are comfortable. Our space is not set up for taking photos at this point. Thank you

It is so comfortable and the color and feel is perfect for me. It is larger than a traditional recliner with wide cushy arms which do make it more difficult to reach for things from the chair. It also does not allow you to have back upright with legs up all the way, so for activities that you may want that are difficult. I plan to adapt as it is very comfortable on my bad hip, back and neck.

This chair is terribly uncomfortable. I bought it because of a knee injury that requires elevation. Howeverâ€"-I am unable to close the chair when I want to get out of it. It requires too much force. I have to climb out and then push it down with both hands, and use all of my weight to do it. And once the chair is in the closed position, it tilts forward so much, at such a wrong angle, that using it just as a rocking chair is impossible. I'll slide out of it. In the reclining position, there's no way to lock it in place. Too many design flaws to make this purchase worth it. I'm considering returning it.

I purchased this recliner along with the sofa! I wanted to let everyone know the power recliner also is a rocker!! The title is misleading only the manual one states rocker recliner! As my review for the sofa says I am extremely happy with this purchase!! I waited for probably 1yr for the right price & now that I have, I am extremely happy!! Incredibly comfortable

I like my new recliner, the only complaint I have is I wish there was more head and lumbar support while in the sitting position.

This recliner is perfect - the color is exactly as it appears on line, the material is very soft and the chair itself is VERY comfortable. It was a father's day gift or my husband and he absolutely loves it. He has trouble sleeping sometimes due to back pain, and has gotten some really solid sleep in this chair. I absolutely recommend this product.

Comfortable chair. Myself as well as my over 6 ft husband fit in it comfortably. It is also very soft.

All good except I wish it was also a glider, but I guess you can't have everything!

Next time I will go with power reclining it hard to un recline

We purchased two of these manual recliners. Worst chairs we have ever had. The back of the chair isn't high enough. If you just want to sit and and not recline, your head is in a strain. It doesn't touch the back of the chair at all. The only way to sit comfortably is to slide your butt forward and this brings your head lower. It takes several attempts to get is down from a reclining position. The. You have to kick it several times to get it to lock. \n\nWe complained the day after they were delivered. They had to send some out twice to look at them. They replaced the bottom mechanism but that didn't help. Per text message, we were told they wouldn't do anything more. \n\nSo we are stuck with two uncomfortable and hard to close recliners.

The first time I sat in it, it was 2:30 in the afternoon. I woke up at 8:30! To say it's comfortable is an understatement. It fits in well despite the different shade of color. AND since I'm 6'5” and usually wheelchair-bound, the comfort for my butt is exquisite! Great product!

It is a very nice chair but I don't like it. It's a rocker which I thought I would like but I don't. When I raise my feet the back goes back to where my chin is in my chest. Very uncomfortable. They won't let me return or exchange .

The chair is super comfortable and the sales rep Todd was really awesome. He was clearly very knowledgable and talked me through the entire process without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. I highly recommend this chair and also Todd.

Very comfortable and good looking recliner. The lumbar is awesome. In my other recliner it didn't have lumbar and my back hurt. Not anymore. Love the power recline as well. I have RA so my leg strength is gone. Also love the color as well

I had a hard time choosing recliners they were either be too narrow they weren't power or the weight limit wasn't sufficient I love these chairs I ordered two one for me and one for my husband and I love them

Love the reclining part of this, just wished it came with the option of recliner only. I didn't want it to be a rocker recliner but it only came with both and I wanted the complete set.

The recliner is make with very cheap wood and a very light chair. I'm 6 feet 210lb when I drop something on the floor to the left or right of the chair. I can't just lean over and pick it up the whole chair tilts over. I have to get out the chair and pick it up. The chair is semi comfy. I will keep this chair and put it in another room not my to go chair it's a good sitting chair just not what I wanted as a recliner.

So far, so good! Have only had the set a week or so but so far everything seem to be as expected. Color and style are just what we wanted. Will update this review if any problems develop.

Very comfortable. I am trying to buy the matching love seat and need help service exchanging the couch which is too big for the loveseat has taken weeks and still no one is helping me.

This recliner is very comfortable. I like the fabric, it's not to hot during warm days. It reclines to a full reclining position! Cushions are very comfortable. I like it a lot!!!
