Comfortable to sleep through my pregnancy when I had to sleep inclined. From the very beginning the middle seat was firmer than the rest. Not a deal breaker especially for the price.

The sofa cushions are very stiff. I'm hoping they loosen up a bit with use and become more comfortable. Also, wish it had separate movement for the headrest.

It's not leather, and the build quality doesn't feel like it will last for decades, but it looks good, is very comfortable, and reasonably priced.

The couch is fine, colors are good so far. It doesn't "keep" the dog hair. so overall we're happy. We just really don't like Ashley Furniture. :)

Being somewhat OCD, I am a stickler about cleanliness and it will be easy to maintain, which is another reason we purchased this particular model. The sofa looks nice, is comfortable and meets all the criteria we were looking for.

So comfortable and sturdy. You don't sink down into a hole when you sit down and it's easy to stand up from sitting position. Hope it withstands my six year old sons roughness. The color is a little darker then I expected from the picture (online order did not see in store before purchase) but very nice. Delivery was a breeze and arrived exactly the day it was expected- I thought that was great considering how everything is going with shipping these days.

We are enjoy our sofa. We did not have a recliner prior, so this is a step up. Watching TV is so much more enjoyable and falling asleep is more comfortable. I like the color and material. The love seat is power, I didn't think about the location to an outlet. I'll have to put run the cord under the carpet so it's not exposed. I purchased at the McDonough, GA store, the sales people were great, Trey and Sawyer. Delivery and set-up went smooth.

I waited to leave a review after having my couch for almost 1 year so that I could test it out. A couch is expected to last 7 to 15 years but I am already looking at replacing due to comfort level and support wearing down. The footrest is very flat and doesnt have a lot of cushion or support, anywhere you regularly sit becomes indented and the fabric begins to wear very quickly and is itchy on the arm rests and spots that have been utilized frequently. Generally this couch fell flat of basic expectations for comfort, length of use and my overall satisfaction. I wish I had spent more on a La-Z-Boy when I bought this.

Not overly impressed with the sofa and theater seating. We should of looked underneath when buying. It's not made very well, no supporting frame work or solid wood. Both were bending flexing and twisting like crazy when they brought it through the doorway, i thought it was going to snap in half. Cushion stitching is off 2 inches from the other seat. It's stiff and not as comfortable as what we sat on in the store. Not what we saw, and thought to be purchasing. \nAs it sits in the room, it 'looks' nice. \nSad knowing its delicate and not a structuraly sound piece of furniture. Disappointed in this 3G purchase.

I have enjoyed the sofa for the most part. I have noticed some areas where I set the most have gotten squished down a bit and wondering if I can get some stuffing and find a way to insert more stuffing.

Found what I was looking for at Ashley. Reclining sofa and loveseat. I have 3 dogs and needed furniture that was sturdy as well as comfortable. Looks great and dog hair resistant. I like to lay on the sofa to watch tv, usually it's uncomfortable on a reclining sofa. This one has even seat cushions not “bucket” cushions and it's great. Very happy with my purchase.

I waited at least 1year for the right price on this set & am glad I finally purchased this power recliner sofa & the power rocker recliner!! They are very comfortable, I love the oversize look & feel of the material!! The home delivery was easy & quick!! I have in the past & will continue to use Ashley's for all my furniture purchases !!

We absolutely love our new sofas. We purchased 2 in the lighter brown color that truly look quite classy. Buyer beware, these sofas are quite heavy. It took 4 stromg men to inch them into into our home and into our living room. My best guess is 300 lbs per sofa so it might be wise to pay the extra set up fee.

Just as described, very comfortable, family friendly, purchased on line without seeing it in person. Great choice for our rec room. Delivery was in a timely manner & the delivery guys were professional and courteous. I'm very happy with sofa & love seat.

I love my new sofa, I can't wait till the rest of my furniture arrives. I have the matching recliner coming and a coffee table with two end tables. My sofa is beautiful and it is the soft leather, feels great. I would definitely recommend this item.

material is very hard to clean. looks faded. Tthe sofa is comfortable though.

It's really hard to get each end to recline and to close once opened.

I purchased online last month. I got a little scared reading the reviews after. But we really like it. Yes it is more on stiff side not soft but feels great to us. It will soften more with each use as it is already.

Our delivery was scheduled between 8am and 12 pm. At 6:15 am my phone range with an automated message that the sofa would be delivered in 45 minutes. This was fine, but a bit of a surprise. The delivery guys were great - very efficient and friendly. This sofa looks nice, but I am truly not sure how well it will wear. The recliners are very comfortable and do not extend back too far into the wall. The section in the middle is a bit of a “hump.”. The pieces do not fit together completely and you can see a gap in between the cushions. I recently visited another furniture store (Kane’s) and saw a similar looking sofa that was the same length but it had two side-by-side recliners. SO much more comfortable and I truly wish we would have seen it first. I would have bought it over this one! Only time will tell but I can’t give this 4 or 5 stars. Also, the price came down significantly after we bought it so now I have to go through the hassle of asking for the difference.

This is a very comfortable piece of furniture. Very good quality for price point. Soft brown color is very appealing to the eyes 👀 would recommend. For mid range cost and his is a good value.

Ordered online without seeing or trying it out and I was not disappointed. Very nice and comfortable. I bought the Fossil color and it is a very pretty color. Very satisfied with my purchase!

So far, so good! Have only had the set a week or so but so far everything seem to be as expected. Color and style are just what we wanted. Will update this review if any problems develop.

We purchased this couch and the matching loveseat in the beginning of 2022 - in the first year we had to have someone come out to fix issues with the piece on four occasions. The interior frame is made from particle board and has too many weak spots. The tech “patched” up spots in the back and it held for about a year…but now the frame has completely snapped. My son was leaning back (on the reclining sofa) and the whole back portion just snapped back. It won't sit correctly anymore. We expected our new couch to last more than two years…so while it's pretty comfy, the poor craftsmanship have made it a nightmare and now we are looking at either buying a new couch after just two years or playing someone to come fix the shoddy craftsmanship. So disappointing.
