Everything seems to work fine, despite being the 2019 version. This is a big saving on the latest version, the 2021.

Wonderful to have a a real Microsoft office and not the naf 365 rubbish that has to be renewed every year Been using office since Office 97. Some of the bells and whistles are good some are not but thats life ! Recent loss of internet (4 weeks well done open reach) and power for 4 days shows how important it is to have software that you can still use without the internet. Being an old fart I do not use cloud data stores either so i was un affected by the recent system outages that we experienced. The downloading process was very simple to follow and the program works great. My last MS Office purchase was the 2007 version, which I've used extensively since and know inside & out, so I was concerned the 2019 version would have too many changes and a steep learning curve. I have been very pleased that this has been an easy adjustment and some actions are actually better & easier. For some reason software did not ask for the activation key although it was working. I'd already got MS 365 but I wanted to use Office Outlook Professional. So I ended up taking 365 out (I use it on four other pcs so no big deal) and starting again but with wifi off. We updated our computer and had an older version of Microsoft Office on it. We upgraded and the new program is working fine. Our problem is learning to use the new version. Although some of the Office apps are available free, you'll need this if you use the 'full fat' version of Office. Of course this package comes on DVD. Be sure to delete any existing copies of Office before installing the new set up. Microsoft have an app to do this but it doesn't always work. I used the free version of iOBit 14 and then the Microsoft app to remove a previous installation of Office Professional Plus. Professional Plus should in theory be transferable after 90 days: that hasn't happened for me on other installations.

Super piece of software. Operates beautifully. I experienced a few hiccups whilst loading it but got there in the end. Works nicely with all my older Word and Excel 2016 files. Well recommend. Great product. Worked a treat. Just wish the instructions were a little clearer on what to uninstall before installing this product. You can't install over another office program. Step by step instructions and when to insert the USB would help

I've used Office for more than 20 years through all its updates. I've only bought this because I'm having problems with my existing copy and can't find my original CD. I'm quite happy with this version.\nIts only easy to use if you have had previous training on Microsoft Office or earlier versions.

The reason for the 3 stars, is that the keyboard is hard to see. All silver keyboard with very faint blue light showing through. It doesn't show up in the light and very little in the dark unless you are directly over it. Dell's design engineer is way off on this. Sound worked when i got it. Three days later, just static. Took it in and they said it could be driver or speakers. they sent it out and it turns out that the sound went out when Microsoft automatically updated. Seems to work fine now. Time will tell. Other than that, it is a very nice computer.

It was’t quite as easy to install into my new Windows 11 PC as per the given instructions. I took me over two hours on the Windows web site to sort it out.

Although I have previous version Office 2010 which had always perform well, I needed to upgrade to newer version Office 2021. This product is excellent and I'm so pleased with this version and still has Publisher on board which I use exstensively.

Perhaps I was expecting too much, but I thought 2019 would automatically convert my 2007 Word files. It is a pain to have to convert them individually. Visio arrined within a few days. It was easy to dowmload and install. The box contains the download istructions from Microsoft with the card with the licence key. Took 5 min to install. All works fine.

I have used Office Home and Student 2019 for years and it is excellent. I had to get a new computer so had to get a new program. This has the basic programs I want....word and excel. Love the program.

I am not a huge computer geek so I chose the simplest option for my computing needs. Microsoft word and excel are all I need. Also it is only for my 1 device and no yearly fees. Very easy to install.

Authentic Office Home & Business 2019, easy to install, fast, really useful and the price is absolutely top. Perfect if you only need Word, Excel etc and not the whole Exchange Subscription.

Having had mine lost on my computer I never thought I would find one the same nowadays, but I did. It is everything that I had before, thank goodness I am too old to learn new ones.\n\n

Great product especially as it includes Microsoft Publisher. No disc but comes with product key and was very easy to download to computer using the instructions.
