I bought this to save money in comparison to the actual Tylenol 24 caplets that comes in a bottle. This item is a bit pricey, should be at least at a price range of .99 cents to 1.49.\n\nWhen I took this to relieve a minor headache and body aches, the side effects, after taking this for 1 hour, your head will begin to spin, like getting vertigo. This is my experience. My head started to spin, and I was getting dizziness, which took me out of commission for hours, in which I sleep it off.\n\nI dispose of this item, because this item may not be the real deal. Now, when I took the regular Tylenol caplets in a bottle, no issues, but the one that I bought, took me out of commission due to vertigo and dizziness. I dispose of the entire content after just taking 1 caplet. I will not recommend this to any1 for that matter. Again, my experience. Your result may vary.\n\nDo yourself a small favor buy the Tylenol that comes in the original bottle. Pay a bit more, and be comfortable thereafter. \n\nrm

I bought the 100-count Tylenol Extra Strength 500 mg Acetaminophen Rapid Release Gel Tabs. They were a tad more than I wanted to pay, but unfortunately, it seems like everything is being price-gouged to make use of the recent inflation. We use Tylenol for headaches and joint/bone aches, which is usually quite effective. Once in a while, Tylenol doesn't help much, but it always takes the edge off. I was happy to find the 100 count bottle of gel tabs as that bottle will last us a long time. We take the gel tabs with warm/hot tea or water and it seems to melt them faster so they absorb faster for us, which offers us quicker relief. Maybe it's just all in our head. 🤣

This is one of the best over the counter pain medications available you can get. Especially if you can't use aspirin, Nsaids. I've been living with pain for years. About six years ago a physician told me about Tylenol. "If you take it the way the label suggests, it could be a better pain killer than some very strong prescriptions!"\nI didn't believe it until I got tired of feeling drugged. Tylenol Extra Strength is terrific when my back aches, neck pain, knee pain. I have had many accidents and surgery, I stopped with prescription pain relievers after getting addicted. I use this mainly for nighttime relief, it gets me relaxed, eases the pain and not addictive. I should have stayed on Wall Street and just made money and no accidents, however, being young and adventurous, I had to work for NYPD, NEW YORK TRANSIT SYSTEM, AND TRANSIT POLICE. When I have to take something to reduce fever, I use Tylenol. Other types are just much too rough on my stomach. \n\nMy favorite Tylenol is the coated that tastes a bit cherry, especially if I'm nauseous. But these fast-release ones are great, too. When I run high fevers, I get pretty scared, and the doctors always give me Tylenol in the Urgent Care or Hospital. I just trust Tylenol more, I guess. I think the brand has a reputation for being trustworthy and caring about patients.

I have taken multiple medications for headaches and any other generalized pain. I have been using Tylenol Rapid Release for as long as I can remember being out. It works quickly and it is easy to swallow. It is a gel cap type and has no taste. I have used Motrin and it causes me to have stomach upset and heartburn. It has never caused a scratchy throat or drowsiness. I have significant GERD and take several prescription medications for this and it has nothing related to Tylenol.

These are the real deal, they truly work fast! I had surgery 10 days ago, and do not like narcotics so I took Tylenol as an alternative. I took the regular extra strength that do work, but take about 45 minutes for me. I bought these and took the first two tablets about 17 minutes ago, and I'm already feeling the effects of the pain medication working. Tylenol is safe, and it is my go to for any pain. This is coming from a person that does not like taking medication, generally.

These are definitely rapid relief at least for me. I use them for joint pain, muscle aches, and anytime I have a fever. They worked fast because of these little holes drilled in them. I keep enough of them around. I can put them in my purse and I keep them in the medicine cabinet. I do not want to be caught without them. Nothing worse than a nagging headache that you cannot get rid of, but these do the trick. They start working on me usually within 20 or 30 minutes.

I am a 76-year-old disabled Vietnam Veteran with many injuries and pain is a constant companion unless I take 2 of these pills. I need to relieve the pain somewhat in order to sleep. The Veterans Administration always sends me this medicine when I need more but I was traveling and needed some quick, and I am so lucky Walmart had it on the shelf. It is not addictive but strong enough to cut the pain so I can sleep. If you want the pain to go away-buy this item.

For some reason the regular extra strength Tylenol takes forever to start working for me, and even after it does it doesn't totally dull the pain, so it's not really worth it. These are the exact opposite though. I started to feel better about half an hour after taking it, and by an hour in, I had no pain at all anymore. Kind of wild what a difference the gel kind makes, but I'm definitely a believer now. Reasonable price too.

Tylenol works for stress headaches I get and my doctor recommended it over other items on the market. The ingredients are listed on the packaging so you should read those and consult your doctor if you are on other medications to make sure it's safe and what the side effects are. It's the only pain reliever of this type that I use. I do not use the generic ones if possible, I always use Tylenol extra strength, rapid release gels. These pills provide the quickest relief, especially if I have an ibuprofen to take with them. I'm grateful that this is available and that Walmart will actually deliver it to my door. I have been using these tablets for many years and absolutely love how effective they are, I love how small the bottle is and the packaging is great. I also really liked that. The tablets are red just in case if you do ever drop them, they are easier to find. I also enjoy the size of the pill as they are small and easy to swallow due to the coding they have as well.
