Do not buy!\r\n\r\nThis vacuum is horrible! It is heavy and hard to maneuver plus the adjustments on the suction height are very limited and terrible suction. I have had it for 7 months and cannot think of one thing I like about this vacuum...oh, wait, it does have a really long cord. \r\nI have to keep the height low in order to get enough suction to actually pick anything up and then it is terribly difficult to push. Then I go back over the carpet with another crappy Bissell I own (Sanitaire is owned by Bissell, go figure). The Bissell picks up plenty that the Sanitaire has left behind.\r\n\r\nTo compound the problems of a horrible (and expensive) machine, the company has a very strict return policy and a warranty that only includes repairing or replacing - so you can get another crappy vacuum - whoopee!\r\n\r\nI will never spend money with Bissell again.\r\nI only hope to be able to update this review with the company offering a refund but so far they are refusing.

This thing really cleans well. It's not quiet by any means but it really vacuums well. The beater bar agitates rugs and carpets so well that you can actually see the dirt being vibrated out. Then there is the suction. This thing sucks so hard that it can be like a workout using it. It's Awesome!

Height adjustment extremely difficult to turn making unit nearly useless. Avoid this product and manufacture. Forced redo review by Home depot.

The belt cover bends up into the belt and breaks the belt.
