The ordering and delivery of the product was without issue.\nMy rating is about vacuum itself. I chose it because it has minimal bells and whistles. Perhaps Sanitaire went a little too far in that direction. The handle is just a metal tube with a very simple rubber sleeve over the end. It needs a little more shape to allow one to grip it comfortably. But my major concern is the lack of a firm connection for the suction hose to the head. Because the suction hose serves as the tool hose and suction to the head of the unit, it must be "convenient" to change functions. But since it is under some tension due to the stretchiness of of the hose, the friction attachment is not strong enough to hold it in place. The hose frequently detaches while I am moving the vacuum back and forth over the carpet. Of course this results in loss of suction which I only notice when it stops picking up anything.\nI would not recommend this model.

In the description of this product, it says you will receive two spare belts, I got one and it also said five spare bags, I got one inside of the vacuum cleaner. Had to order bags and belts separately. There is nothing worse then needing a spare and not have one. the buying process and shipping was great. Real heavy and a crazy long cord.

Strong auction. Solid build. Long cord. However it is rather laud - be prepared for that, especially in the areas with high ceiling that tend to magnify noise.

It works very well. But we have not used it much yet. I'm waiting to see if it holds up any better than our previous ones.

A little too heavy, and the cover cracked when putting it together. otger than that, it worked pretty well.

Nice and light weight

I love it BUT the only thing i would change is ,I prefer the 50 ft cord, this only has a 25 foot cord. Had I realized this I would have just replaced my old Sanitaire.It is lighter & easier to use but I miss the long cord (my living room is 30x40) I guess most people would not notice.

Our last one of this model lasted 24 years. This updated version has a longer and thicker power cord, an user-friendly heavy-duty handle, and replaceable brushes for the beater bar. Now to see if this one lasts 24 years.

The backless vacuum works really really well. It has different floor settings for different levels of carpet. It is easy to maintain by an easy pop off bottom it is also easy to change the belts, clean the brushes.

Best vacuum ever! Im thrilled at vacuuming just because I know my vacuum cleaner is going to work! This is a must have for any small business, especially if you have to clean yourself or if you have a cleaning team.

This is a very great tool to use for all purpose when it comes for cleaning. that is why I love it. the only this is don't give it to children's to do the jobs of a grown up person. it is heavy for a child.

Great commercial vacuum with removeable cannister. The cannister allows one to see how much debris and dirt have been collected without filling the bag up so much and the trash clogs up the vacuum.

I bought this a few weeks ago, it seems to work fine. It was not clear on the website that it was a shake out bag as it was pictured with replaceable bags. I probably would not have purchased a shake out bag. It seems to work okay, we shall see how it is after some use.

I have a carpet cleaning business and have been using this model vacuum for years. Disson, Oreck, etc. all gimmicky, over-priced junk. This may very well be the last vacuum you buy!

The Vac works perfectly, however the plastic hook where the cord and the dust bag hang from, snapped off easily, since it’s a commercial vac, it should be made in metal, not plastic, so now the plastic thing it’s held in place by good o’ duct tape.

This is a great lightweight commercial vacuum. We use it daily and love it. It seems very durable and is also very easy to use. It was also available for a great price on jet.com.

This is the only vacuum that truly picks up dog hair and doesn't clog!! I've bought several vacuums in the past that the hoses get clogged and I end up throwing them away

Needed a vacuum with adjustable beater bars, have ruined two other vacs on plush carpet.\nThis filled the bill. Hope the bags aren't hard to find.

Was really surprised how well this vacuum picked up all the pet hair in one clean sweep! The extra long cord came in handy,too.

Have always used Hoover vaccums but f do o to declining quality I took a chance. So glad I did! Great lightweight upright vacuum!
