I deducted stars based on the installation. The edge on the short side is a bad design I think. Also the instructions are wrong - there's no way you could do it that way. I put the long edge, then layed it down, and used a wooden block and mallet, hammered the short edge in. That's pretty bad, but the worst part is that you can install it without doing that and it may seem semi OK. If there is a slight bump along the short seam that there isn't along the long seams, yours aren't seated. Try with 2 test planks. If the joint short joint is seated, it will slide back and forth easily. If not, it won't, and you can see space in the joint. Other than that they are nice looking, not bad with pattern repeating, and mine were shipped well and no broken ones amazingly. And I did figure out how to get them together and am really pleased with the outcome. I'm worried about the durability based on that install process though. Time will tell. More
