This changed my life! I live in an old condo without washer dryer hookups. I have plenty of closet space, but to have a proper line ran for a full size washer dryer was quoted at $3k! And that's without the washer dryer! Yes, a full sized separate washer/dryer would be faster and have a larger capacity than this unit, but this unit isn't made for people who have a full sized laundry room. This is for people who have limitations, whether it be space, power, or hookups. It's also a fraction of the cost. The closest comparable individual units in capacity and compact size is the Bosch 300 series and that's $2k for the washer dryer. I'm able to hook this machine up to my kitchen sink and then wheel it away into my closet when it's not in use (I purchased a heavy duty furniture dolly separately and picked up a quick disconnect attachment for my sink from Home Depot). Yes, the full cycle takes 5.5 hours to wash and dry, but it works perfectly. The people complaining about the machine most likely overloaded it or expected it to be as fast as a dedicated gas dryer. I now run a load while I'm at the office. I set the delay for 4 hours before I leave for the day, then when I get home about 9 hours later, the cycle has just finished and I pull the clothes out before they get wrinkly. Capacity examples... I've washed a set of king sized sheets (fitted, flat, and 2 pillowcases) and two large bath towels in a single load. This morning I threw in 9 t-shirts, 3 pairs of jeans, 3 pairs of shorts, 9 pairs of socks, and 8 pairs of underwear. All will be fresh and dry when I get home in a couple hours :) The unit also looks and feels much nicer than the other low cost washer/dryer units. Only complaint is that the detergent/fabric softener dispenser isn't clearly labelled. I still don't know if I'm putting the detergent in the right slot, but I haven't had any issues with clothes feeling crusty or unclean.

This is a great product for a small space! We have only owned it for a couple of weeks, and are very happy with it so far. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the comments about the drying time are true. We have mainly done small loads, because of the comments about taking (extra) time to dry the clothes, and even still, we usually need to add drying time to get the clothes, towels, etc. fully dry. BUT, don't let that stop you from buying, for a relatively small, combo appliance, this one gets the job done!

So far am pleased with this compact 2 in 1 washer/dryer combo. I remodeled my small bungalow ans went with this units I could coax out a few shelves for linen storage. \r\n\r\nWe are experiencing a lot of lint build up after only 7 weeks of use. I called tech support and it does not seem this machime has a lint trap? Is there something I'm missing here?

It was a bit tight getting through our 5th wheel door. Had to remove closet door, but fits. Definitely takes longer for the dry time, but enjoy the convenience. Smaller loads is key. Unit seems well built, color is nice, several functions. It does shake the RV until it levels the load or if heavier items. Overall we like it and happy with our purchase.

This washer/dryer combination could be better if the only way to dry your clothes doesnt take 4 hours. The other option will not dry you clothes and thats already an hour and a half. I have no issues with the washing cycles. Price should be cheaper.

The washer & dryer combo is truly convenient to have. Even though it takes longer to dry it’s definitely worth the $.

I had a different brand W/D combo (that I wouldn't recommend) for 7-8 years. Replaced it with this one. Huge upgrade. Combo units aren't for everyone but if you are okay with running smaller loads and longer dry times, this is a great unit. The drum is bigger than my last one and this one has much better features/options. The only downside to this one is its kind of noisy. Not just during the spin cycle but also during the washing and drying. All considered, I am very happy with this W/D. However, I would not recommend buying it here. The shipping company they use is terrible (google "Pilot Air Freight" and read the reviews). They lost my mine TWICE. I finally just gave my business to the hardware store with an orange sign. It cost a little more but they had it on my doorstep in a week (I waited over 5 weeks before giving up on wally's world). So this is a good product but I had a terrible shopping experience.

I would recommend this to any one who has a small family this is a lifesaver it so Quiet it doesn’t make any sound it shakes a little when is on has been high speed but you don’t even know it’s on clothes come out extremely exceptional with cold water! you might have to put the dryer on twice but it’s worth it nice and fresh does everything that wash machine does in a laundry mat Love how it really looks too it was bigger than what I suspected I can get a Queen comforter put it on dry twice come out beautiful. We ordered and received delivery on time (in fact a day earlier than expected!). Have already completed 3 loads and really impressed. If you run the machine based on the instructions and run it as designed it really seems to clean the clothes better than other washers we have had. The dryer takes a few hours so just be aware... but so nice to not have a heated dryer any longer! We also have an outdoor drying rack for towels and larger items to dry and you can run it without the dryer if you want. Only had a few days now and will update this review if needed... but so far like this unit a lot. Wish I had gotten one years ago - as it estimates energy use at $11 per year!

This laundry machine is quite the little nightmare, possibly forged by the devil. Beginning of wash seemed fine then all of a sudden it seemed possessed during the spin cycle in the last ten minutes as it tore free from it's spot and "vibrated" three feet to the right. Unfortunately due to appliance shortage and the width of doorways apparently an afterthought in the construction of my home, I am stuck with this demonic appliance. It does wash the clothes, but I will not be trying the dry cycle anytime soon. It also arrived early, but that seems to be where the positives end

In order for your load to actually dry, you need to have under half a load for that to occur. So it does dry, just not properly! Also, this washer/dryer has created many arguments in my home because it is low, it walks the short hose out of the wall, and it isn't a very reliable brand. I'm happy with the washer portion if I can figure out how to get it to stop walking and dumping water all over my floor! Also, if you demand a refund, they'll give you a refund but charge you $1,200 for shipping and handling both ways! So I'm still trying to figure out what to do all!

I was debating on getting a washer/combo unit but since covid and having to work at home/homeschool, this has been a LIFESAVER! The key is to not put a large amount of clothes, if you do please be aware drying will take longer. In addition, for those of you who will need to use a sink if you live in an apartment i was able to hook it to my sink using a hose connect that i got from home depot for $15. Only cons i would say is the lint builds up around the rubber by the door but just clean it after every use. A pic of the amount of clothes i was able to wash and i have a house house of myself and two children.

This front load compact washer, for its size, has a large capacity (2.7 cu ft). The dial selection for load type is simple to use. The washer performs quietly for a front load washer during the spin cycle. unlike another brand's (name rhymes with 'Laytag') front load compact washer. There is a Touchscreen portion to choose, for example, water temperature and spin speed. The touch feature isn't consistent; you press, but it doesn't select, or quickly moves to the next choice. Fortunately, there aren't that many choices and it cycles back. I've had this machine for 2 months and am pleased with the purchase.

We purchased this for our fifth wheel. On our first trip out I washed 8 loads of clothes and a thin queen comforter twice without difficulty. Easy to use, many different options, quiet and vibrates a little when using highest spin cycle. Purchased a small washer and side spin dryer but takes a lot of work to use and clothes are not dry. Now we can take less clothes and not going home to loads of laundry to wash. I do have a single washer and dryer at home and compares nicely except combo takes longer dry times for larger loads. . I cant believe how great this works made our lives easier.

Well, I was a little apprehensive about buying this little washing\ufffc machine in my mind I said it\u2019s plastic and it probably won\u2019t work well. Well this has definitely exceeded my expectations and I absolutely love it love it love it. It fits so nicely because it\u2019s small and I could move it anywhere cause it\u2019s so light and after my kitchen is remodeled I will have it in a set place so it drains directly out. I recommend this for anyone that has a small family and doesn\u2019t mind doing a few small loads a week. It is perfect so I givethis a 10 star

I love love love my Magic Chef washer dryer combo. I live in a huge building with dozens of tenants. I purchased the machine at the beginning of COVID because I have always wanted one AND it reduced my anxiety about running into people in the laundry room who were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing. My unit has hookups for a combined washer/dryer and this fits perfectly. I absolutely love it! Now I can wash smaller loads daily rather than lugging big piles to the laundry room. Also, it helps me feel safer at home.

Totally set it and forget it. I have the load delay timing so it is done right when I get home from work. Pull the stuff out and fold it, woks great. The drying takes a long time but that is expected for the way it works being vent-less and all. I don't have to time my stuff in the laundry room at my apartments any longer just set it up the night before and when I get home from work the next day everything is finished. Takes my laundry time from 2 hours to 10 min. My load size is about the same as the laundry room in my apts.

I would not recommend this unit. The warranty is only a year. That's about all yu will get out of it. Mine may have lasted 2 years. It's not worth the money. I am regretting buying this unit. I am now just 2 years later having to buy a new one. It will not be a magic chef product for sure. My 1st time buying one and my last. I added a video so you can hear hoi sounds. It want completely shut off either. I have to unplug it.
