Awesome connections and easy install. One line connector for remote. Fits easily into Cobalt factory location as well. Easy to program initially if using one or two zones. Opportunity with multiple zones and ensuring quick transition from one source to another without having to select for each individual zone (or at least I haven't figured it out yet).

Great Remote unit for the PMX-2 for a boating application!

This is a very nice head unit! The pros: It's got great sound and can do all kinds of things over the stock stereo on my Harley. It works with the handlebar controls, bluetooth to the phone and will take a thumb drive to store music. Did I mention great sound? Yeah, clean and crisp sound. It really is plug and play. VERY easy install. I used the original stereo with the stage three amp and speakers and then used this unit. Big difference. Having fade control is nice along with equalizer settings. The cons: This head unit can do so many things that the menu gets complicated. Not something you want to be dealing with while negotiating traffic on a motorcycle. There is no automatic volume control, so if you have aftermarket exhaust like most Harleys, you will feel the need to turn the volume up and down quite a bit while you ride. It is very expensive. Yes, it's probably the most sophisticated head unit you can get for a 98-13 Harley and EVERYTHING on a Harley is expensive but the price is something to think long and hard about. Other: If you want to do this right, Be prepared to also buy a Rockford Fosgate PAUX. It takes the place of the cigarette lighter and gives you a place to connect the USB and Audio In jack. The USB will also work as a phone charger.

Great sound and look. Sits back a bit from bezel and at a slight angle on my 2008 Electra Glide so not flush compared to OEM but still looks fine. Alternate mounting holes would help. Updating firmware was a pain until I realized you cannot use newer high memory USB. Must be max 32 gb and formatted to fat32. Handle bar controls work great. USB media is a bit clunky but otherwise Bluetooth works well. Sound is greatly improved over OEM Harman deck.

Great product to upgrade your current OEM system, basically plug and play. I installed 4 RF speakers along with their 400W punch amp and the results were a much cleaner sound at riding speed. Being able to fade the sound more to the rears and setup a customized EQ in the menu is a def plus along with the larger and simplified buttons and dimmer on the display make this a much cleaner and easier to use system. The price stills seems steep but overall very satisfied with theults so far re

My only complaint is that they say it's plug and play but, that isn't necessarily true. After getting it all hooked up, I had no sound. Come to find out that it isn't compatible with the stock Harley amplifier so, I had to go spend another $500 to replace the stock amp. Would have been nice to know from the start...

Didn't matchup with factory bracket and you can see with the photo how much it's off. Riding a 2013 Electra Glide Classic. Make sure you put the xm antenna somewhere around windshield for better reception. Other than bracket I'm pretty happy. Ride Safe!

Product was asked described and met expectations. Some functions, like changing FM frequencies, require multiple steps.
