I am very pleased with this turntable. It looks great and was very easy to set up using the operators manual. The sound with the included cartridge is very good, I have it plugged into my my phono input and therefore am not using the built in pre amplifier. Having been using a manual turntable I really appreciate the automatic feature, it operates very quitely and it is enjoyable just pushing the button and watching it work. I am very positive about it and have nothing negative to say about it

I think It's A great turntable. I'm 65 disabled, music and collecting audio components is my hobby along with repairing them when they break. I have A feeling I won't be working on this anytime soon. I read some reviews and watched some unboxing on the tube and the ones that had less then a good to great review I don't agree with. The very best thing is falling asleep on a day dreaming day and not worrying about the turntable shutting off.

The assembly for the turntable is easy, you just have to follow the simple instructions and it’s ready to go. This is my second record player but my first one over $100. The design is simple, yet sleek and sturdy. It has some weight to it, which is good. This definitely has more to it than my previous one. I still need to read all the instructions to get the best sound and use but overall I am loving this turntable.

I have one and find it to be a steady, great sounding turntable. I play mine through a Rotel A12 amp to a pair of Klipsch RP-600M speakers. I like most music genres but listen to classic rock mostly. I did install an older AT90E cartridge with a nude eliptical stylus. I had purchased a new Debut Carbon EVO but the Denon/AT90E combination sounded better to my ears.

Got this as a birthday gift for my partner. L don't know much about audio quality, however lots of review time and recommendations from friends lead me to this beauty. Needless to say, I'm happy to have the sleek player out on display in our home, and the sound-play quality is much better than our last turntable.

I replaced an old Sony table with this model a year and a half ago and using the same Ortofon bronze this turntable sounds significantly better, very simple setup and the automatic mechanism is flawless can't beat this table for the price

I can't comment on the preamp since I have never used it, but most turntables with built in preamps have ones that cannot measure up to an external preamp, or one built into a good quality receiver or integrated amp. \r\n\r\nThis would be a great turntable if it had a tonearm latch, RCA output jacks (not a lousy built in wire), a grounding wire, and better shielding. Nix the bad cartridge it comes with, and perhaps the built in preamp, and put the cost of those into these needed improvements.

I boug a Audio Technica an I returned it after I purchase a maratz from amazon did like it but I when back to my Glendale store an finally bought a DenonDP 300F excellent item for the price!!

I would recomend this to any one that did not have at least 1k to spend on a better turntable this one plays great I have a sweet set up and my klipsch speakers never sounded so good

The "overall dimensions" say this is only 13.8 inches deep, but they are wrong. Even with the lid and hinges removed, it is a full 15.0 inches from the back of the hinge brackets to the front of the start/stop buttons. I measured my cabinet before purchasing and thought I was clear with a 14.5 inch capacity, but no, I had to cut holes in the back of my hi-fi cabinet to accommodate the hinge brackets before it would fit.

I choose this over an Orbit based on price. The style is simple but functional, looks good on my entertainment rack. Sounds pretty good, I will upgrade the needle soon.

Excellent turntable for the money. Striking looks, automatic works great, and it sounds wonderful. Straightforward setup. Very impressed.

This turntable works like a champ (at this price point). As my first turntable it is easy to set up and I love the auto off feature it offers. The only inconvenience part is the length of the phono cable. I definitely recommend it if you look for a solid turntable at a affordable price range.

I bought these for a small 10ftx10ft room with limited space for cabling or a sound system. I installed them in the corners 4" from the wall with the 'wall-proximity' switch pressed. The listening position is about 9ft from each speaker and the sound is wonderful, in the same class as the Polk LSi15 speakers in the living room. I enjoy listening to jazz, chamber music, symphonic, ambient-chill and these produce a detailed stereo image and very musical sound especially the mids for piano, guitar, sax. I couldn't be happier with the result. Although 'open-box' these were in perfect condition and I feel I got great value for excellent sound quality, and still got full warranty. I used rubber from old inner tubes with sheet rock to add extra acoustic barrier behind them. In the next room it sounds like speakers playing in the adjacent room and not as though coming through the cavity. Note: be sure to leave at least the specified 1.25 cubic ft in the cavity. The only "equipment" I need in the room is my smartphone to stream Spotify/TuneIn over a Chromecast-Audio connected to my AVR with full dynamic range selected in the Chromecast settings. Another pair of these work great as surround speakers in a Polk LSi home theater system, filling out the sound for an immersive effect close to the cinema experience. I really like the fully automatic feature, and it sounds great. Too bad the stylus broke prematurely, not just on mine, but on my Son's also. I think Denon might have an issue with faulty stylus's on this model. And they don't cover them under warranty.

Decent auto turntable.\nlooks good.\neasy to use.\nsupplied cartridge/needle is not very good replaced with REGA Carbon and it sounds so much better

Recently purchased (2024Mar20) and while setup was pretty easy itself, there were some issues I did not expect.\r\nIssue one, the speed was set incorrect for the 33 1/3. Had to puzzle out if this could be fixed (it can), and then gather up the tools to do so.\r\nIssue two, the tone arm does not seem to lift high enough to properly use the Automatic functions for Starting and Stopping. And there does not seem to be a solution for this issue.\r\nWhen starting automatically, it basically drops the needle into the side of the vinyl and sometimes pulls itself up onto the top. Does not sound good, cannot imagine it is good for the needle itself. When reaching the run out groove, it returns, but lifts just high enough to drag the needle all the way across the vinyl to the tone arm rest. Not good.

I've only had the TT for a week and I love it. No complaints nice turntable!!' Sounds great glad I bought it!

The Denon 300F is a fantastic fully automatic turntable that delivers hours of listening enjoyment without the work of a manual turntable. I purchased this turntable several years ago for my wife who needed an automatic to replace her manual Pro-Ject in her home office. The turntable has not had any issues and has worked flawlessly since purchasing, which prompted me to purchase this second one to add to our receiver downstairs. Setup is very easy out of the box and only requires a few minutes to set up and balance the tonearm, especially if you have a turntable stylus force scale. For vinyl collectors, there are good turntables and there are great turntables and this falls under the latter. As with anything, quality does cost, and this turntable was luckily on sale at the time from Best Buy at a great price. If you are interested in purchasing a fully automatic turntable that delivers, then consider the Denon 300F from someone that has purchased 2 and has not been disappointed with either purchase. Great deal on an upgradeed turntable. Only thing was I had to get a electronic weight to get a good weight on the tone arm. But that would be any turntable, this was my first time setting up a counterweight. It sounds great, plays my worst records, the 2M Red cartriage sounds awseome. I love the automatic feature, just press start and take a nap. The arm goes back into place at the end of the record. It does get fingerprints on it, but when you wipe it down, it sure does look good.Great deal on an upgradeed turntable.
