In our office when we personalize a worker's site for convenience and ease of work, it is very helpful when we order a new piece of equipment (In this instance we went to a 2 monitor system) It was great to be able to order the adapter to make what we already had totally usable.

This adapter is a must for anyone using a desktop for HDMI projection. I'm all my years of tech usage, I never realized that desktops do not have the portable HDMI ports. This adapter was a quick, easy, and inexpensive fix to my dilemma.

I picked up two of these to connect my monitors to Dell dock WD19S 130w Power Delivery – 180w AC and they work great. The dock only has one HDMI port but two displayports, so these were exactly what I needed.

Since most new monitors use HDMI ports, and our Dell port replicators only have DVI and DisplayPort, I need these cables for almost every laptop I deploy.

No issues whatsoever--a solid signal. Had to get these to connect to my 27" Dell 1440 monitors after my KVM failed and there is only one DP cable slot on my monitors.

Don't have a big track record with this, but it works. Have an installation with four monitors. Problem report that the monitors were unstable. Installer used cheapest DP-HDMI cables he could find. One monitor loses connection, all four blink out. Isolated problem cable, replaced with this, all good so far. About a week in. Tried to find reputable cable and this seems to be it.

This cable will only work in the direction described in the specifications. It will not work reversed (HDMI output to DP++ input). Buyer beware!

Not sure why but didn't work between USB Hub (WD-25), but was swapped by tech in Laptop Center

Was concerned it might be a problem hooking up a large Monitor with my Surface Laptop, but it fit and worked exactly as planned

Product does not work. I have another adapter made by another company that does work.
