This freezer is great! I have never seen one like this for home use before. The curved glass top is awesome. The freezer was easy to get operating. Basically, it is ready to go right out of the box. It really had a lot more storage space in it than I thought that it would have. We put all of the frozen fish and wild game in it from our kitchen freezer, and we still have so much room that I have ordered a 1/2 a cow from a local farmer. We also plan to put ice cream treats in the top basket for our grandson for when he visits. The baskets are sturdy and just the right size. This freezer is perfect for what we were looking for to put in our garage.

This is a showcase freezer ... the glass top allows easier view/access to bulk frozen foods and to check thermometer (not included). Smaller size , heavy caster wheels this unit is perfect for apartments. Comes fully assembled ... just plug in turn the temp setting located lower right side to max freeze and you’re all set. 1 year post warranty it would not maintain 0 degrees unless run at "MAX" (Use and Care Manual says "Do not keep the knob at this point for long periods of time."). I tried to have it serviced locally but could not find anyone who would touch a Premium. I called Premium Levella and was told there was nothing wrong with the unit because "water freezes at 32 degrees F" and I "purchased it for the wrong purpose." Freezer temp for food storage should be at or below 0 F (-18 C). Someone tell Premium.

I bought this freezer to fit in a specific spot -- because of an existing shelf on the wall in basement. Sliding doors work much better than a lift-up type door(s.) It seems to be solidly built, and has a good set of wheels to move it around as needed. The glass top is a plus; 2 windows that slide inward, rather than opening on hinges. There is a little wiggle to the windows - hopefully by design. There is a slope to windows, discouraging you from stacking things on the glass top. Inside, the 4 baskets are snug, and it takes a bit to maneuver one out to get to bottom of freezer. If basket was fully loaded -- it could be even tougher to move one out of the way. The inside walls seem thin -- and I am leery of banging / breaking with rougher usage over time. The temp settings is a knob on bottom of right-hand side ( i think.) Not ideal. The motor is a little noisy, but fine for basement. Manual was not included -- i found eventually on website. BestBuy scheduled and cancelled delivery 3 times before finally making delivery. Great little freezer ! It\u2019s small but deep and has a basket and a shelf . It has a temperature control on the front with 7 settings . Very happy with this.\ufffc.I have to buy hot dogs to out my dog\u2019s medicine in twice a day so I try and stock up when I find them cheap but I had no room to do that becausemy kitchen refrigerator does not have much freezer storage so this is absolutely perfect

The freezer is not well designed in regard to the sliding glass doors. There is no tight seal so we have to constantly defrost as frost builds up quickly in the middle back and front seems even when not opening the freezer. Also, there is always condensation on the glass we are constantly wiping off. It works well enough but I would not buy again or recommend.

I love it so much!!! There are wheels that allow for easy repositioning and they lock. The glass does not fog and there are 5 removable baskets that stack when not in use. This deep freezer is great

It's perfect just what I wanted now I can get my fresh berries and have them Frozen and have berries for the winter

Yes, it's a great for the size freezer. But the glass doors are a mistake. The constant water buildup on the glass is bad enough, but the seal between the doors allow all that moisture to build and ice house. The attached image shows just one month of buildup for frost. I've been stumped as to how to prevent this. The doors should have been lift instead of slide. I like the side and operation. But the opening is just horrible. Did they even test this first?

Bought this freezer a few years ago, I like it at first but I’m finding it accumulates so much ice build up I’m constantly thawing it out.

Product is okay but delivery took longer than they said.

So we’ve had this in our finished temperature controlled basement and within the first month it started frosting up and a year and a half later it won’t go below 40° and Home Depot or the manufacture can’t fix it so it will end up in a landfill. One more thing that you hoped would work, but ends up being a piece of pre-calculated garbage.

lowes left me hanging with a new nonworking unit- lowes won't even replace it for me. premium sent a tech out to fix the unit which they didn't fix. now premiums phones have been busy all day..I'm stuck with $750 chest that cools down to 65 degrees...LOL NEVER AGAIN!!!

I love this freezer! I've always wanted a stand-alone freezer as the one in my kitchen fridge always seems to be full. I recently got this model and I'm glad I did. At first I was concerned about where to put in my garage, but it fits perfectly in a space I had in a corner. It holds so much more than any standard refrigerator and I'll no longer have to worry about where to put big things like large bag of ice , Frozen desserts or a frozen turkey.
