I really liked it because it is modern and the best in technology since with its hybrid heat pump it helps you save electricity as it recycles hot air reducing heat loss, it also has a series of load configurations such as: towels, bedding, sportswear, etc. Something that caught my attention is that it does not have the annoying ventilation system, this makes it look much better and I do not have to worry about the space in the back of the dryer, it only has a small hose that you just have to connect to the drain of the washing machine and that's it, plus its smartThings application makes your life easier and more practical from the comfort of your home, you can change or reschedule the way your clothes dry. I was a little worried about the steam that this dryer would emit, thinking that over time it would smell bad or breed bacteria or something like that, but it turns out that it has a self-drying cycle that serves to dry the dryer drum which will help keep the dryer always dry. sometimes I use sensor dry, it helps me dry my clothes well without exceeding the electrical energy helping to save money, it has a large capacity and is very spacious inside, it also emits a sound that helps you know if your clothes are dry, this sound system can also be silenced if the noise bothers you, this dryer is very complete since it always keeps you informed of everything that happens with it, it also tells you when its filter is dirty, something very important that you should keep in mind is that the door can be changed in position for better comfort so you can open the door in the direction you like, I am very happy to have this dryer in my home, it took a while to arrive but it was worth it.

This dryer was made with large families and exhausted parents in clear focus! I love that I can just throw the clothes from the washer in, and trust it to have the right settings to dry without much more than hitting "start". If we had an upstairs closet, the ventless option here would warrant serious consideration for us bringing it there, so the family could easily pull items as needed. Since there is no vent, the water tank becomes the only hassle - but its not much of one - it requires a bit of care if you don't have an adjacent bathroom or laundry sink, since it is about 2.5' long. As others have said, it would have been a great option to have a setting to push the water out an optional hose (since it likely shares a room with your washer & the drain is most likely there already!\nMy other suggestion is a better lint trap - this does a good job of collecting lint; however, the booklet design of nested filters makes cleaning it out a hassle vs older dryers where you could merely roll up the accumulated lint from the single-sheet mesh screen without ever leaving the dryer\nFor each of these i'd deduct one star; however for the ease and benefit of the mobile application, energy monitoring/savings, and sensor drying, it grabs some back. \nI'm giving this 4.5/5 stars - only because it's such an obvious benefit that could have been realized to flush the tank automatically, does it not quite gain back the last half star.\nOtherwise, I'm happy with this upgrade to the look, feel, and intelligence of the laundry room!

I enjoy being able to select my own dry time and even increase the tie it takes to dry my clothes, the Quick Dry feature is my favorite because I don't have to wait for hour(s) or even lengthy minutes to get my clothes dry.The drum is large and being able to see inside by using the drum light is a very nice feature. It does not have a vent and uses heat pump technology to gently dry your clothes without over drying using a 360 air flow. This technology will save me up to 50 percent energy. I use the Smart things app for all my kitchen appliances and adding my new dryer is perfect for making my home a smart home. The smart things app will let you know when your clothes are dry. I can also start, stop or delay the cycle, all from my phone. I love the “filter notification” on the panel and that the filter is a double filter and decreases dust. I appreciate that the door is reversible since my home installation was built backwards with the dryer first and then the washer. It's not well documented but there is a flue clog test which should be run before putting this into production. The dryer wasn't working well (early shutdown, damp clothes, etc) when I found out about the test. My first test run showed 90% blockage. Worked to get the pipes squeaky clean which brought the error code down to only 80%. We have an attic vent with a hard right up angle and reduction to 3" where the dryer vent hits the wall. I bought the stackable set, electric. When stacked, these units are very tall. The dryer buttons are 6' 6" from the floor. I had to buy a step stool for my wife to operate it. She's 5' 3" tall.
This next part you need to be aware of, the electrical connection is at the top of the washer. If your receptacle is attached to your baseboard, you will need an 8-foot appliance cord to fit comfortably. Good luck finding one. I had to buy 10/3 braided appliance wire and a plug to make one. I love my Samsung Refrigerator. But I'm giving this review to warn consumers to please inspect your filter for small cracks etc before installing. My filter ruptured and flooded my house. The service technician had never seen this happen before, but said it could have been caused by the filter being dropped, causing cracks in housing.

With two pre teen children and two new puppies we use the dryer every single day. It does an excellent job of drying large loads of towels and bedsheets. I really like the way it can measure humidity inside the drum and adjust drying time. The Smart Things app is really helpful as well. The interface is intuitive and my children have no trouble using it as well. The lint trap captures 3 to 5 times more lint then my old dryer. It is quiet and reliable. It does not seem to have a high heat option to rapidly dry small loads, but that is minor compared to all the positives. I am very happy with this dryer.

This is my first experience with a front load dryer (and washer) like these. I stacked mine with the matching washer from Samsung and so far really love it. It was a little difficult to stack it but my husband and I managed to do it ourselves and I’m not particularly strong. The only complaint I’d have about it is that you cannot control the temperature (according to the manual and what I’ve found using it so far) unless you have it on “timed dry” and then you can specify how hot or cool you want it. Otherwise you’re choosing a setting that’ll select its own temp setting which are not suggested but set. It also has an extremely long end song. Like well over a Minute. You can turn it off but I just wish I could select a shorter song. At least it’s chipper.

This company was amazing. I ordered a washer %26 dryer set. They communicated that the original color would take about a month or so due to stock issues, offered another color. I agreed to the color change and received it in 4 days, once out of packaging the dryer was dented. I reached out via email with pictures, once they got understanding of the damage they promptly scheduled another delivery/pick up of the damaged product that came in three days. The entire company was prompt, compassionate, and super efficient. I will 100% order from them again and my experience was flawless. It was 100% customer satisfaction driven and super easy to resolve problems that arose. Not once was I met with poor attitude, bad service, or arrogance.

I've ordered this dryer over 6 months ago and waited to post a review to ensure I gave it a good test. This dryer has far exceeded my expectations. It is by far the best dryer I've ever owned. It dries almost double the amount of clothes as my old dryer and dries them in less amount of time. I love all the settings and the fact that you can connect it to your smartphone. This dryer does towels in no time and I can put in soooo many towels. Sheets are a breeze and it so big that my comforters actually dry without having to adjust it and run it 3 times. It has a wrinkle guard option, a damp sensor and so much more. We love our dryer and the sister washer! We are so happy with our purchase and highly recommend it.
