We purchased this set for its looks, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the dishes clean up after oven roasting vegetables or meat! Just a little bit of soap, warm water, and gentle pass with a sponge, and they are clean. I was further happily surprised at how well they retain heat after coming out of the oven and sitting on the countertop for a couple minutes, as plates get assembled. Much more adept at keeping food hotter compared to my standard class Pyrex baking dishes. Plus, they are stunning. We got the blue set, and they add functional elegance (and a pop of color!) to any meal presentation - whether you’re hosting a sophisticated dinner party for guests or just want to feel a little fancy for a regular old weeknight family dinner. Would highly recommend adding this set to your repertoire, they’re so good you’ll end up using them more than expected.

This is my second Staub purchase. I love the fact that I can cook with my oven set to 450 without damaging these baking dishes. I have a new oven and these baking dishes will help me create great dishes that are cooked perfectly. Everything cooks evenly. . They clean beautifully with minimal effort. The color almost matches my new glass front refrigerator. I must advise Not to ever add cold water to the hot dish. I found out the hard way. Fortunately, my dish only had a crack and my meal was saved. I hurt throwing the dish away. With care these will last a lifetime.

I found these pans at my local store and was blown away by the beautiful and vibrant red color and decided to bring them home. To my absolute delight they have been some of the best baking pans I have ever used and many of my favorite dishes like homemade mac and cheese have never tasted better nor looked as appetizing being housed in such a beautiful pan. The baking dishes are exactly what I was looking for. Great sizes, nice weight to them and the color is beautiful. I have a few other Staub items so these match perfectly. I used the large baking dish already. It stood up to the heat and was easy to clean. I do feel like I have to be very careful with the large one so that I don't chip or break it. We are solid Staub fans in our family, and have quite a few of the cast iron pieces. I finally realized that while we enjoy the pots in the kitchen, baking dishes are the ones that are more likely to be served at table. Sure enough, being able to bring out pies, scalloped potatoes, shepherd's pie, etc. in matching stoneware makes a huge difference. Different material, but just as high in quality, and of course beautiful.

I wanted a casserole dish that was broiler safe and had safe, ergonomic handles- the large one fits the bill. I like how lightweight the large one is, for the size. I also love that they are broiler safe and it can take on high temps. Not sure what I'll use the other sizes for, especially the smallest one, but they are nice to have. Used the large one twice so far and happy with it.

LOVE these baking dishes! The color is gorgeous (I went with the dark blue, which is almost a blue-purple), I like that they nest to be stored more conveniently and are safe at higher temperatures. I already made a pasta bake and it turned out great, barely any sticking with long term baking. I can’t wait to make my focaccia in the second smallest pan and see how it turns out!

I recently purchased the Staub Rectangle 3-Piece Baking Set, and overall, I’m very satisfied with it. The variety of sizes makes it incredibly useful for baking different dishes, and the quality is excellent as expected from Staub. However, I was a bit disappointed with the color. I thought it would be a brighter, more vibrant yellow, but it turned out to be a bit duller than I expected. Aside from that, it’s a great purchase, and I’m happy with its performance in the kitchen.

Besides the beautiful light green color, I love the size of each dish in the set. The even heat distribution is excellent especially when baking something that has an odd shape. I also really like the handles. The handles are sturdy and I feel secure when removing the dish from the oven. Clean up is breeze, too.

I bought the 2 pc set, but returned it because my wife wanted a bigger dish. I bought the 3 pc set which includes a larger dish. My wife absolutely loves all of the pieces. They are beautiful to look at and bake things extremely well. The best part is the clean up is easy on these dishes.

Immediately out of the box, they felt solid. I got these because of Americas Test Kitchen, and though at times they don't test many popular options, they were definitely correct in their review and recommendation. Love these. I have yet to use them in the broiler so I can't speak to that.

This is a well designed set of three casserole dishes. They hold more than the conventional Pyrex glass casserole dishes and the casseroles I’ve tried so far came out nicely crisped on the edges and easy to remove. Cleanup is easy as well!
