Our previous GE Profile gave us 20 years and was still working great. It was showing wear on glass top surfaces and the touch pad. We researched numerous models and ultimately decided on another GE Profile. Our local appliance store actually had a better price than the big box guys, including free installation and removal of the old stove. Easy to use and navigate; so far bakes true to temperature (I do a lot of baking). We opted for the dual oven which we like. We're also experimenting with the convection oven; takes some time to adjust recipes to master it. So far, I've found the oven to bake consistently and true to temperature. We're being extra careful with the glass top surfaces this time, using a special ceramic cleaner on them. The knobs are easy to navigate and we like having the warming area surface. The burners have good space for multiple large pots and two can be adjusted to the pan size. The only minor things I see are the control knobs feeling a little flimsy and the need to be very careful when removing things from the upper oven (not much clearance and it's too easy to bump your hand or arm on the door or a hot surface). Overall, we're happy with this purchase and are hoping for another long GE Profile life span.

My range's actual rating would be 4.75! There are only two minor issues that prevent me from giving it a five-star rating. First, the burners and oven run slightly hotter than I'm accustomed to. They all seem to run slightly higher, and I have to adjust my cooking methods and recipes accordingly. When cooking in the ovens, I would watch over my food carefully and usually reduce the temperature anywhere between 25 and 50°. I do this especially with first-time recipes. Secondly, like all ovens, there is a multi-glass set up for each oven window. There is an outer glass and an inner glass, and space between both. There is a slight opening at the top where, when you're cleaning, some drips or debris can get in between the glasses. I haven't investigated how to open up the metal piece at the top so I can clean between the glasses so I have a clear view of what I am cooking. I am hopeful that there are instructions somewhere that will allow me to access this area between the two glasses so I can clean it. Other than those two minor issues, I enjoy cooking with this oven and the power of having two ovens to cook meals simultaneously is outstanding. I will never go back to a single oven!

I absolutely love this range and all the thought that clearly went into designing it. The remote connectivity is incredibly useful, the little 'one minute warning' beep on the timer, the cheerful little chimes and beeps, the fact that the oven lights stay on until you explicitly turn them off, and the no-preheat air fry is AWESOME. \n\nI absolutely love having two ovens. They work fantastically well and have made making multiple dishes at the same time so easy. I can get rid of my crummy old countertop air fryer that was impossible to clean. \n\nMy only gripe is that the burner outlines don't match the actual heating elements. So if I put a pan on the stove that matches the size of the outline, the actual burner is smaller and won't heat my pan correctly. I've adapted to this without major issue and still love the stove, but I do wish that the outlines more accurately reflected the size of the burner.

Excellent cooking range! The convenience of the double oven is tremendous. The ovens pre-heat very fast. The cook top has a lot of flexibility in accommodating different size pots and pans. The added features equal or surpass those of our previous range. We use the meat probe a lot, the proofing feature and the steam clean feature is infinitely better than running the regular cleaning mode as I believe our previous range's control panel was eventually damaged by the high heat of the cleaning cycle. The only feature that causes a few problems is the glass cook top. Although beautiful, it creates limitations on the use of certain cookware such as cast iron. Additionally, the fear of scratching and damaging the glass from drops of heavy pans is there. But, we'll do our best to get used to what we need to do to keep it from being damaged. Overall, very good appliance!

However, I\u2019m also looking forward to the holidays when I\u2019ll have both ovens at my disposal. I read one review that complained about the glass cooktop staining. However, I\u2019ve had multiple glass cooktops, and they\u2019ve all had this issue! So far, this one has been just as good if not better than every other one I\u2019ve had. It\u2019s been installed for about three weeks, and I don\u2019t have any staining at all. You just have to stay ahead of it with the proper glass cooktop cleaners. I love having the multiple sizes of the burners, as so far, I\u2019ve had the perfect size for every pan that I\u2019ve used! I found the touchpad for the oven to be very intuitive, and didn\u2019t even have to look at the book to see how to use it. Even the clock was easy to set! So, as long as it lasts well, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a slide in with a double oven.

I have had this oven for a few weeks now. I love the layout of the burners. I am able to use all of them at the same time without any issues with space. Being able to use the top and bottom ovens at the same time is great, too. I can have them working at different temperatures. I do wish that they had their own lights. Turning on oven light turns both on, when sometimes only one has something in it. One other small thing is it only has the ability to use cook time on one oven at a time so if both ovens are cooking, only one can have the timer going. It is easy to clean, but be careful not to scratch the glass top. The space in the top and bottom allow me to do everything that I need to do. I do a lot of baking and cooking, and have found this to be efficient. Things cook and bake evenly without any issues. I love that the controls are on the top rather than on the doors, it makes it safer for children.

I absolutely love this stove! Love the double ovens and look forward to cooking for family functions! Since it's only two of us, I tend to use to small oven more frequently. Love how you can lock the oven control so it couldn't be turned on accidentally by children or pets such as a kitten learning not to jump on counter. I would rate it a 4.5 if I could. \nMinor complaint would be unable to shut off or reduce the lighted control display that reflects the time & control locked. And sometimes need more elbow grease to clean the burners with stove to polish. With that said, I would purchase again & recommend this stove!

The look is amazing! The functionality is good too. The ovens take a little while to heat up. Not sure if that is the power from the house\u2019s fault, or if the oven it self has a self regulating feature I am unaware of. But the controls and the configuration of the controls is great. My older kids that cook have even commented how easy the cooktop and oven is to use. Can\u2019t wait to try to test the capacity with a turkey. We love using the air fry feature as well! I give it a 4/5 because of how long it take to actually heat up. But it\u2019d be a solid 9/10 if I could give it a half option.

I am very happy with my new GE Profile double oven range #PB965YPFS. I also bought a GE Profle microwave and they sun beautifully! When I turn on a burner, the light is programmed to turn - very easy. I bought a black sliding roller rack for the oven prior to receiving because GE recommended it for my oven - great! However, the racks in the oven came warped, sharp edges, rough, etc. called GE and they sent replacements. They came and are the same. Please let me know how I can get black oven racks. I am willing to buy. Just need model #s.More

So far we like this a lot. It replaced a 15 year old GE Profile that the board was going out. Alexa connectivity is good once you figure out to set the SmartHQ program first. The air fry pan is not included and is out of stock. No documentation comes with it, you need to download it and print if you want a hard copy. Once you do the is not very much helpful information. The bridge burner does not seem as functional as the old model, but we will see when we use it more. I am sure that we will like it just fine as we continue to use it.More

It drives me a bit crazy that the options are so sensitive that they engage if you practically look at it. I do, however I love that the lock option is so sensitive you just rest your figure on it to lock/unlock (you don’t press it). If you have the oven on \u0026 lock it, all turns off. I initially had to adjust the oven's temperature with an oven temperature gauge, both the top & bottom. GE needs to check these ovens better for this! This is the only complaint is the quality control at the factory! For the price we paid, I'm happy with this stove/oven. 2 things I wish were different: the top oven is not convection and doesn't bake perfectly even, and the cooktop is very difficult to clean. It resists scratches well, I've had for 3 months and no scratches yet but there are stains just from having pots cooking. I've tried everything in my cleaning cabinet and nothing gets it looking new again. I wipe up splatters right away, and keep it covered with a silicone mat when not in use.

I recently repalced my 10 yr. old convectional oven with the GE 30" slide-in. I wanted an oven without the wasted drawer on bottom. I love the fact that you can bake 2 dishes at differnet temperatures however I have not used the bottom oven yet. While Baking in top oven there will be a steam that is released along a back panel on cooktop and I have to run my Vent A-hood which is different than anything I have ever cooked on before. I give this product 4 stars because of this reason.

I like having the double ovens is the only reason I rated it as high as I did. The top oven does not bake evenly. A tray of biscuits will cook unevenly from front to back. The inner size does not fit two cookie sheets parallel yet it’s the same size as my old oven that did? The front left burner should be larger since most right handed people would use it. The air fryer should be on the top, in my opinion. The digital knobs are less convenient to work than manual knobs.

The stove heats up fast! The oven cooks food well and heats quickly also. The venting in the back can get food stuck inside of it when cooking on stovetop which is a downer. Also when using stovetop grease can get all over the control panels, wasn’t something I was thinking about when chose this one over the backsplash model ovens. Overall tho it looks great and way better than what I had before.

I love the range. It has 4 eyes to cook on and 1 for warming. The range has a double oven. The top one is smaller and preheats quickly. The large bottom oven also does air fry. My only complaint is the glass top on the stove cracked In less than 5 years for no apparent reason that we know of. GE helped me get a new replacement range at a fairly reasonable price.

Great oven but I did notice if you are baking cookies or pies in the top oven I have to lower the temperature by 25 degrees or they would burn. Timer on this model is a little confusing to figure out at first but once I did get it figured out I like that it dings when you have 1 minute left on your time. I love the sleek look, double oven, and burner sync option. Oven preheats up quick and is easy to clean. The only thing I don’t like is the sensitivity of the button panel. We realized really quick that we need to lock the controls after every use for safety. I wish it had a feature for control locking all burners not in use.

Love the look of this range. It's beautiful. It's also dangerous and badly designed. I bought it because I wanted a double oven and didn't have the space for a wall one. I loved that it had a convection oven and a air fryer. Except they put the convection oven and air fryer on the bottom so the oven I use daily is the one nearly on the floor. This doesn't seem like that big of a deal until you realize you bend over to open the door putting your face directly in line of a extremely hot steam cloud as soon as you open the door. There is no way to lock the oven when it is on so if you have small children this could be extremely dangerous. Unlike a conventional oven that would force a child back and under it due to the door design this is so low a child could tumble into the opening if they tried to open it. Thankfully I don't have children but I even get nervous with my dogs around it since the hot door is practically on the floor when open. Even though it functions well and looks nice I do not recommend this oven at all due to it's thoughtless design.

I was so excited to get this but became disappointed so quickly. It was not clear that the air fry and convection is in the bottom oven. I wanted it to be in the top. I am replacing a counter top convection oven to have more space. I would not have gotten this oven if I had k own that.

Unimpressed so far… The burners seem to take quite some time to heat up… And there is no indicator light to tell me which exact burner is still hot after I have turned off… so that’s a burn hazard. My less expensive LG heated up quicker and had 4 hot surface lights, one for each burner.

The range is excellent, however when we purchased it, we didn't take into consideration the dishwasher hitting the 2nd handle. Be aware that the stove sticks out more than a traditional stove and be sur you ae plenty of clearance if you have a dishwasher or fridge nearby.

This was a nice purchase one major complaint is that GE does not include air fryer tray or wreck. They offered for $50 on their website. When spending over $2,000 for one of their products the least they could have done is included it.
