It was great working with B&H to purchase the MS Office Product Key. Microsoft had great directions to download the software. However, I had trouble because I had a “mirror” MS Office and had to “wipe out the old product key”, which wiped out the new product key as well, so I had to uninstall the software and start all over,. In total, it took 3 tries, but I finally got it to work!

I do try to keep my software up to date, but I am NOT interested in adding more subscriptions (to my mind, subscription software is nothing more than ransomware!). I don't love Microsoft, but clients all use it, and it is worth it to me to avoid problems with non-compatibility.

After so much frustration using the cloud based version, I finally gave in and purchased a Desktop version of MS Office. It's much easier to access and I'm much more familiar with its features. I still have the cloud based version and One Drive to access MS Office files remotely if needed. Just need to remember to save them to One Drive.

I greatly appreciated the technical assistant who uploaded the product at the store. I would have found the process difficult and confusing. I am still getting used to the new version of Word, but the new version of PowerPoint has made my work much easier.

This is the microsoft office non-subscription version. buy it once for one PC. I'm not a fan of subscriptions and tend to keep my computers for a very long time so this was the perfect fit for me. inside the package is a license code and you download the software from the internet.

I bought this product for my wife and myself because we don't use office product very much at home. I thought is was a reasonable price and it was easy to install on out laptops. Just make sure any old version or expired prescription have been removed first.

It's the newest version of Office that you can actually own, despite Microsoft trying to push everybody into a Microsoft365 subscription. I was able to download it a couple of hours after I purchased the download, it wasn't very difficult.
