We purchased this set for its looks, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the dishes clean up after oven roasting vegetables or meat! Just a little bit of soap, warm water, and gentle pass with a sponge, and they are clean. I was further happily surprised at how well they retain heat after coming out of the oven and sitting on the countertop for a couple minutes, as plates get assembled. Much more adept at keeping food hotter compared to my standard class Pyrex baking dishes. Plus, they are stunning. We got the blue set, and they add functional elegance (and a pop of color!) to any meal presentation - whether you're hosting a sophisticated dinner party for guests or just want to feel a little fancy for a regular old weeknight family dinner. Would highly recommend adding this set to your repertoire, they're so good you'll end up using them more than expected.

I pre-made both Mac and cheese au gratin and a tuna casserole a few days before and froze them in the dishes...took them out...right into the oven ! ... Such a presentation on the table and they performed better than zi had ever expected...kudos! I have almost every Staub cast iron piece in the dark blue (I really mean almost every piece) and was hesitant about the ceramic bakeware....my bad...couldn't be more impressed with the quality !

I found these pans at my local store and was blown away by the beautiful and vibrant red color and decided to bring them home. To my absolute delight they have been some of the best baking pans I have ever used and many of my favorite dishes like homemade mac and cheese have never tasted better nor looked as appetizing being housed in such a beautiful pan. Five stars I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for cookware to check Staub first.

Beautiful and sturdy ceramic baking dish set. The dark blue is very elegant. The smaller dish is perfect for serving one or two people and the larger is a great size for sharing, so much so that I'll be taking my au gratin potatoes to Thanksgiving in this one! I only wish there was a lid for the larger dish to make dining table presentation a bit nicer and transport easier. Overall, very high quality product at an accessible price point.

These roasting pans are very resilient if you use properly. They are easy to clean. They are high-quality, heavy, but easily portable. They're gorgeous. They've helped me make a number of delicious dishes and sides with it. It's great for Making roasted meat, potatoes, au gratin, cobblers, meat pies, and so on. Thank you so very much. In my opinion, black or other really dark colors show food to best advantage - like a black mat around a photo. The flat black finish is a little flatter than I expected. Ideal would be a soft shine like Columbia's black pottery. Nevertheless, the shapes and sizes are going to be very useful. Ordered two sets, one set as a gift, and have not yet received the second one, so cannot yet comment on how well they bake and clean up.

I love the way these dishes are so easy to clean and how they heat and cook everything evenly. I accidently dropped my small baker and broke off one of the handles and ended up getting 2 more as replacements - but who are we kidding, I will probably will buy another set now in another color, because there is also SO many beautiful colors offered! They are such a good product, I will not use anything else.

I purchased this set as a gift for my son's future in-laws. They were at his house for a holiday party, and I brought some food over in my set of these dishes. LOVE these baking dishes! The color is gorgeous (I went with the dark blue, which is almost a blue-purple), I like that they nest to be stored more conveniently and are safe at higher temperatures. I already made a pasta bake and it turned out great, barely any sticking with long term baking. I can’t wait to make my focaccia in the second smallest pan and see how it turns out!

The smaller one is great for sides, and the larger can hold enough entree for 3-4 people. I recently purchased the Staub Rectangle 3-Piece Baking Set, and overall, I’m very satisfied with it. The variety of sizes makes it incredibly useful for baking different dishes, and the quality is excellent as expected from Staub. However, I was a bit disappointed with the color. I thought it would be a brighter, more vibrant yellow, but it turned out to be a bit duller than I expected. Aside from that, it’s a great purchase, and I’m happy with its performance in the kitchen.

I got this as a Christmas gift from a friend. So far its the cutest most amazing gift, I have received. The blue color of the ceramic is so beautiful. And the Amount of food it is able to hold is great. The two sizing makes it easy if I need to transfer any thing. This is my first ceramic thing I own but, its the most useful thing I have.

Besides the beautiful light green color, I love the size of each dish in the set. The even heat distribution is excellent especially when baking something that has an odd shape. I also really like the handles. The handles are sturdy and I feel secure when removing the dish from the oven. Clean up is breeze, too.

I would recommend this item for a person that has a small kitchen and it's only for a small family. When I received this item, I was quite surprised on how small it was. I only kept it because I liked the quality of the pans. Only thing is I wished that they were a lot larger that they were.

Immediately out of the box, they felt solid. I got these because of Americas Test Kitchen, and though at times they don't test many popular options, they were definitely correct in their review and recommendation. Love these. I have yet to use them in the broiler so I can't speak to that.
