So far this washing machine I've only used for 2 days so it's really hard to make a review on that but I will tell you for those two days it has been extremely wonderful having this I haven't had any problems with it spinning out or anything like that like most folks said and some of their reviews that gave a one or two star I haven't had any drum issues knock on wood I will come back in a month's time and update this to let you guys know truly what I think in the next 30 days of what this wash machine can do the five star today is for the two days that it has done an outstanding job that I've had it I will update in 28 days which will make 30 days all together with the two I just posted about it's a very nice washing machine people are complaining it takes so long for it to wash I don't mind I just throw my clothes on quick wash and I just walk away I come back in 3545 minutes and she spinning out and I'm on my way to put the clothes into the dryer so that doesn't bother me as far as other folks on here thinking that it doesn't clean their clothes good I'm not sure why they said that but it has cleaned my clothes excellent for 2 days but like I said once again that's only 2 days I will change my review after 28 more days to let everybody get an update on this washing machine but so far so good I love Samsung products I normally have good luck with them we shall find out. The only reason im not giving a full 5-stars is because of the time it takes for initial startup. I understand, due to the electronic sensors, it takes a little longer to initialize, but I do wish it would start washing as soon as the cycle starts. That being said, I absolutely love this product! It has thorough wash, rinse, and spin cycles. Each wash setting is customizable.

Since we have had this washer, it's done nothing but do what a washers supposed to do. The agitator works great in making sure all the clothes gets washed and comes out looking and smelling clean. The only compliant or issue I can make is how the loads get unbalanced. Have since learned using auto level and have had no issues. Great washer and great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine works extremely well and looks nice. The top is clear glass and the deep barrel is quite large. It has every setting you can imagine and I love that as you choose which setting, it changes the timer so that you know exactly how long the load will take to wash. To add detergent, there is a convenient pull out tray that shows you exactly how much liquid to put in and also has a space for liquid fabric softener. Once you start the washer, the lid locks and if you need to pause for whatever reason, there is a convenient button for that. It is very quiet when washing and I can barely notice when it is on. After the load is done being washed, a jingle will play to notify you that it is complete. My clothes are washed perfectly and the washer itself holds a very large amount of laundry. After a few times of use, the washer will also conveniently notify you to do a washer cleaning cycle with a simple press of a button. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

We knew we wanted a top load with an agitator and this was a perfect model for our family\u2019s needs. It really cleans clothes efficiently . We use it nearly everyday and it\u2019s so easy to use. We are so happy with the results from using this washing machine. Our old machine was giving us issues with oil stains and also the fur from our pets was not removed by using previous machine. We no longer have those issues with this machine. We are so impressed. We love the settings and ease of use. Even our older parents figured out how to use the machine even though it was not a dial control option like our previous machine. We look forward to hearing the song at the end of each load. Additionally, we love that the lid locks which is very child safe. We would definitely recommend to all our friends and family members and are considering purchasing a Samsung dryer soon.

Dropped a star due to unbalancing when washing blankets but I think this is all modern washers now as I have another one different brand, insignia and it has same issue if not worse.

I went from a front load washer that was a hand-me-down and dirty from the start, to an impressive, quiet and high-performing washer from Samsung. I love the ease of getting the load started and choosing my cycle. There are seven general cycles, plus a self clean cycle that I have plans to run once a month. I tend to stick with “normal” or “delicates,” for the loads that have a lot of workout clothes that I don't want jostled more than normal. Additionally, you have four temp settings, and four water level settings. Simple buttons for Power and Start/Pause allow you to get started easily, and the size of the inside is pretty amazing. I like the soft close top on the washer and how easily I can get clothes out after the spin cycle. This is a very easy washing machine to use and I can picture this lasting a long time in my house.

It has a great large capacity, very straightforward buttons and options, and is soooo quiet. Our old washer was probably on its last leg and that washer was so noisy especially when even just a little bit off balance. I LOVE that this washer self balances and adjusts for any weight imbalance automatically so you never have to worry about all that loud shaking and rattling that could wake up the whole neighborhood. And what's even better is this washer uses so little water, but even on our most used normal cycle with warm water and medium soiled setting, all the clothes come out clean clean clean. I also do love that there are so many different wash cycle options as well as the auto water sensing level option so I can conserve more water.. Seriously one of my best purchases this year so far and I couldn't be happier!

It uses less water than our previous washer. It has a view window (which the kids love). It can determine the amount inside which makes it more efficient. A very nice machine.\nI have used the many different cycles from heavy to light to spin and rinse. All of them are great!. \nThe washing machine holds two full laundry baskets, it is really massive. \nWhen thinking about my old washer, I can not believe we used such a model. This is far superior in capacity, sound, cleaning , and water usage. \nBy far the best feature is that it can sense how large of a load is in the machine. I use it every single time.\nIt makes washing clothes easier. It is nice to see through the top to see how things are going as well.

From the huge barrel where I can fit double the amount I could fit into my older model. To the different cycles of normal to quick wash and heavy. It will do the right job for any type of stains and odors. My favorite feature as a parent of a toddler is the child lock. This allows me to have peace of mind that my toddler will not try to put extra stuff in like his markers :/\nThe soft close lid will not startle anyone off their seats . And the twist (pun intended) is the super quite agitator. Even from close range is very gentle but effective. It swishes like a river flowing through mountains (visualize that). Bonus: the super cute melody when the cycle is over makes me wanna hug my washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washing machine. It is very easy to use and does the job of getting your clothes clean. I like that it has many options for all your washing needs. I also like that it sings a little song which is helpful to know when the load is done. There are a few things that I don’t like as well. For one, I am 5 foot and I cannot reach the bottom of the washer to get the clothes out. I use a pair of tongs to reach what I can’t, which is usually socks and under garments at the bottom of the washer, on the other hand, I do like the large capacity, so overall it’s worth it. I have also noticed that on occasion it turns to self clean automatically after a wash, and I can’t seem to figure it out. Overall this is a good quality washer and I would definitely recommend it.

If I could rate this washer (I bought the set and the dryer was equally as bad) I would give it a million negative stars. I don't know where to start or end so I will try and sum it up, short and sweet as possible. Purchased the set in May of 2025. Unfortunately, I did not get the warranty. However, I knew I was covered by the factory warranty through Samsung for one year - well, was supposed to be...Samsung uses a company in my area called "Service Quick," which is by far the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. These people are NOT engineers or even slightly professional - they are clowns and belong in a circus. "Service Quick" came out once for five minutes telling me "this set isn't built for higher functioning laundry needs, no denims or frequent washing, etc," and I was simply speechless. Even though still covered on factory warranty, "Service Quick" refused to come out again unless I gave them $140 JUST to book the appointment; additional fees for diagnostics/repairs!! Samsung did absolutely NOTHING to intervene and back their one year warranty, much less what I used to think - their good name. I hadn't even had the set for a week and they were failing. Gets stuck on the spin cycle often repeating cycles yet no matter what never drains properly, Makes horrible noises. Constant error codes. Detergent residue always on clothes upon completion of cycle. Much more.This is regardless of all possible settings, temperatures, load size, etc.. Dryer is just as bad, various issues. Filter (see photos) has been broken/defective from day one. Lint sticks to it like super glue although I clean after each and every use - even using the hose on my vacuum to clean out additional lint that the filter never catches deep in the machine. clothes are never fully dry, needing to run the dryer seemingly forever. The flap comes off of it and it nothing but a hassle to get it back on aligned correctly. The drying sensor does not sense anything correctly. And so it goes on and on. I have already gotten rid of the set and it isn't even one year yet! Samsung may be great for electronics, but NOT appliances. After my horrific nightmare of an experience, the name, "Samsung," is tarnished. Should have went with GE.

I also washed my large comforter and it got cleaned nicely in the washer. Secondly, it comes with 8 preset washing cycles. I only have to select the cycle and it adjusts water level and temperature according to that. This saves time and makes laundry process convenient. Once the lid is closed, it locks unless the machine is off or paused. This is a nice safety feature. \nI like the ease of selecting water level, for clothes that need thorough cleaning. Once the cycle is over, their is a tune that signifies for the completion. I am really happy with the performance of my new washer.

I was going from a very old 2000 basic washer and appreciate all the option on this washer. My clothes get washed thoroughly even in big loads. I don't have any problems with wrinkles. I even have washed large bedding in it and it does a fantastic job! One thing I wish I had as an option was to get water from the washer. I'm used to a washing machine filling with the lid up… and of course this one the lid closes and locks and then the water starts. So if you want to dilute the bleach or anything you can't from the washer. \nBut besides that one technicality, the washing machine is amazing and does everything it claims to do!

Great Performance, VRT Plus is a Great Feature, had other brands and they shook all over the floor.\nPut this one in a ‘washing machine pan’ , and really no problems. I’m ready to purchase a new Samsung, will be my third. They last 5-7 Years that’s it. This one heavy rust around the soap tray. Hope Samsung remedy this issue, maybe with Polymers or SS above the Tray. Getting a new Samsung Dryer too. There the same Good performance,\n (Very Dusty), but does the job.\nChanged a pump on the washer, easy fix, part was available. If it wasn’t for the rust I would keep it.

Especially appreciate the large tub with impeller that easily handles our large comforters with ease! And the coolest thing? A little happy tune ("Die Forelle" by Schubert, a real classical song) that plays once the wash cycle completes. It livens up my mood, making wash day happier, and more pleasant than standard harsh buzzers. Even our Airedale Terrier enjoys its melody! I've read where tune can be turned off, but why would you? I also own matching dryer with same perks and cute little tune. Kudos, Samsung.
