The materials are par the cost of the product..."You get what you pay for"... Longevity is another concern... 5 days in and the set up... pretty much easy set for the mechanical person... instructions are vague in the electrical zone! The chair is semi-comfortable for the average weight person... the electronics: vibrating is a plus... heat is a plus... I burned my back on to high of a temp, not serious but fell asleep with it on high, woke up with that sub burn sensation, but that dissipated with time and no redness to speak of... As fare the lift feature... I'm a heavy weight 10 pounds under the recommended weigh for this chair. the lift is slow and the recline has some gearing issues when it comes to stability of holding it's place when you turn of the recline... push back and it still keeps going till it stops. Good or bad will tell after a lot of use. I have to have coronary heart surgery and I will have to sleep in this chair for 6 weeks... and it will not be as comfortable as I like... I'm on a fixed income and this is all I could afford... I'm sure there is another chair that Wayfair sells would be more comfortable for me... most people can get by with this! The fabric color was prefect for the room we have it in... The materials??? I question that they will not last that long for this chair, So far so good and the features are great with the message and the controls. Otherwise the Jury is out for a while in my opinion... I got the extended warrantee just in case... hopefully that will thwart and misgivings that turn out in the negative... if I had the money, I would have upgraded knowing what I see now with this chair... nevertheless it has to do me for heart and hip surgery for the next year... "I'll be back" when I know more about the longevity of this chair! Namaste ... let the buyer beware the quality of any product... for the most part I think I got more than what I paid for in the short term... a good buy under my circumstances... GCX-MAN ā

Bought this for my disabled mother and she loves it. First time she's had a chair that will stand her up since the accident in 1982. I was happy to make the purchase for her and was delighted to hear how comfortable and nice the chair turned out to be. I wasn't happy hear that the chair was dropped in the middle of the driveway by FedEx. Mom had someone who was willing to move it from the porch into the house but not from the driveway. So I've dropped a star off my review "in the middle of the driveway." It might seem harsh, but how the delivery companies do their job is a reflection on the company who hires them just as client satisfaction reflects on any company selling anything.

I love this chair I saw a lot of bad reviews but I have had no problems at all. It came two weeks early its in perfect working order. I am 71 and it only took me 5 minutes to put together its an extremely comfortable chair. Great lift chair for the money! For those of you that were unhappy with your chair you might want to go out and spend a couple thousand dollars for the lift recliner you were expecting! Thank you so much Wayfair

This is a pretty comfy chair and helped when I had surgery and my boyfriend broke his back and couldn't really get out of a chair (it will help you get to a standing position). I can't give it five stars because the massager didn't work and the bottom for the legs and feet is just a little too short (I'm 5'5" and my feet were hanging off the end). Overall, great chair for the price and easy to assemble!

So far my dad loves the chair UPDATE 12/06/2022 My dad has had this chair for 2 years and the material is peeling off and the seams of the chair are riping out. I can no longer give this a good review, due to it won't hold up to an elderly man sitting in it. I purchased the warranty, and they are refusing to repair or replace this chair.

I truly love this chair. This chair is very comfortable and fit for the entire family. Yes! Its quiet when using the massage or to recline. It also has the option to add heat to your massage. The faux leather is well made not cheap and feels real good against your body. This chair is everything and you can even fall asleep in it comfortably. Very easy to assemble than relax your day away. Only thing is that a real tall person over 6 feet will have to stay slightly reclined to feel the beauty of this chair but everyone else gets all the positions from standing, to sitting straight up to just recline mode. People I can go on and on about how great this chair is and the gray color is just right for any room. Honestly this chair will go great in any room you choose I truly recommend this chair because its amazing and so so comfortable but dont just take my word and go grab yourself one today. I promise you will be happy

Itās a super comfortable chair. The massaging is more like vibrations but itās still really relaxing and the heat function is good. This lays all the way flat and lifts all the way to standing position which really helps with mobility.

For someone that is in need of a Lift recliner chair this will help! There are something's in my eyes you will need to know...Putting the recliner together is easy if you can follow Instructions it will be easy (4 out of 5) please do not pay for a professional it took me 1 hr from unpacking it to putting it together and that's by doing it in my wheelchair but you will need help bringing it in the house because it's a balky package. As far as the comfort level it's a (3 out of 5). For the reclining part it's on the slow side and laying down to taking a nap it will not lay you down flat (3 out of 5) For the Massage and Heat part of the Recliner it's good (4 out of 5) So yes their are things that are Ok and things that will be to your liking and also I'm really Good with what I purchased the Recliner for.

I had to get this chair after I developed plantar fasciitis of the feet after I had, my baby. I cannot carry my newborn because my feet hurt so bad so getting up out of the chair felt like I was standing on sharp knives. This chair raised me to the standing position safely, giving me time to adjust myself before putting the weight on my feet and it made me feel that much more secure when getting up with my baby. It was a lifesaver not to mention the reclining position goes back far enough that I could sleep there when I could not make it to my bed and the heat and vibration with a nice blanket. Great price for a chair with these features. For this price I would say this is a power recliner which include massage and heat. The message is more of a vibration or tapping. It is not like the rolling action of the higher priced ($2K+) massage chairs. The leatherette is soft and comfortable. The assembly was easy for two people about 20 minutes. I have used it for about one week with no problems. Only issue was the delivery. I was not going to be home and had requested three times (Wayfair and FedEx) not to deliver on the day indicated on the order. It was delivered on that day by one female who dropped, dragged and pushed the box to my door. See picture of box. I can not believe the chair was not damaged when the box was opened.
