We bought this couch online without ever seeing it in person because we don't have a store nearby. It came in a lot of pieces, but we had no problem getting everything put together and set up. \nFor the most part, we are very happy with it. However, there are a couple of things we wish were better.\n1) The seat cushions are really comfy and pretty much perfect, but the back cushions are much thinner and less supportive than I expected. It's a shame to spend almost three thousand dollars on a new couch and then feel like I need to turn around and invest in supportive back pillows to make it comfortable.\n2) I appreciate the nature of the removable and washable slip covers and most of them fit well. However, the way the slip cover for the chaise seat cushion is designed makes it impossible to get a snug fit, so it always looks a bit loose and wrinkly.\n\nAgain, we're mostly happy with our couch but I wanted to share the negative for anyone else considering it.

We initially considered buying Finnala customized sectional for our new home when we tried the sectional in one of the stores. We like the firmness of the seats and we ordered our own customized 6 seat sectional. It did take us lot of time to install and hook all of the pieces together. We are 2 people who did it. Once you figure out everything, you start to go with the flow. The instructions were super easy. IKEA customer care is exemplary and when we mentioned that we didn’t get 3 article numbers during first delivery, they did send out missing pieces immediately. No questions asked. Finnala has 10 year limited warranty. I would recommend this to anyone who are even considering. It will be a part of your family for many years to come.

We bought this couch two years ago, and it’s held up beautifully. It has a nice, modern, neutral color that complements any decor. We’ve received lots of compliments—many people think it’s from a high-end store like Crate \u0026 Barrel or West Elm. It’s on the firmer side, which we don’t mind since it seems like it will last longer, but it’s still very comfortable. Guests often end up falling asleep on it! We chose the Gunnared beige, which has a subtle touch of blue thread that we weren’t expecting but really like. With occasional fabric shaving and cover washing, it still looks brand new. Any spots are easy to clean with a carpet or spot removal product.

The couch is perfect, firmer cushions for lots of daily use. The fabric is soft and seems durable; howeveeerrrr if you have a Labrador, plan to be scraping the hair off with a metal tool every day or so. We don’t allow him on the couch but just by him leaning or his fur being on our clothes our couch is covered. We tried tape and varying suction settings on our two vacuums. Nothing works. We have to use a pretty rough metal scraper to get the fur off and it’s ripping the fibers of the fabric.

Perfect size for smaller living rooms. Love the clean lines and simple design. It was very easy to assemble. The back cushions took a while to puff up, definitely let them go the full 72 hours. I hope they don’t get flat quickly but time will tell. It’s a little firm and “crunchy?” at first but I think it’ll soften up. I wish it was more of a true beige, there are lots of gray threads running through it.

We've had it for two years now and it has held up amazingly. It's very firm but that's what I wanted. I regularly fall asleep on it when I'm watching a show. Our previous couch was a ten year old Ektorp sectional, and it had lost all it's firmness and sucked to sit on. Love this couch! Also, our living room is small, and this was a perfect fit. We wanted something we could both lay on at the same time, and this does the trick!

We bought this sofa 11/2022 \u0026 are very disappointed in how it's held up in comparison to the IKEA Karlstad we had before it. The arm frames of the sofa are completely crushed in; both are broken, look awful \u0026 feel awful. Other parts of the frame have also cracked, but the arms are the most noticeable.
