4 stars, too picky? I will say that this is VERY easy to assemble, 10 minutes or so. It shipped FAST! Received in 2 DAYS! Packed very well, no shipping damage what-so-ever. So why 4 stars? The veneer/stain on the drawer has a manufacturing flaw, it appears it missed the stain process (probably masked off too far) . I'm not too worried about it, but I did want you to know so you don't expect perfection if perhaps you find a flaw as well. That said, it is sturdy and very well designed. Oh, and like other reviews mentioned, the stain is darker than appears in the photographs (not espresso, more like a light walnut or dark oak) on but it still works for what I needed.

I am very pleased with this end table. It is very sturdy/well made just right size between sofa and recliner chair. I like the deep drawer, can fit 5 x 6 note pads, lots of pens, things I couldn't fit in the other one, drawer very narrow/not very deep. My husband put together in probably 1/2 hour or less. And the almost black color is perfect match to rest of my furniture. The only con to me is the slide out shelf, worthless, it has to be removed to get to stuff in drawer as does not slide to back far enough, so I don't even use. Otherwise very nice table. I plan to buy another in near future for the other side of sofa.

Our two end tables came packaged extremely well! There was not one bit of damage to our tables because of the extreme care the packaging team used! We put them together with much ease! They both match exactly!! The wood and stain are superior and there are no flaws at all!! They are very heavy and not cheaply made. We cannot say enough how happy that we are with our two end tables!! Getting the added discount was a super bonus also!! I know that we will enjoy these end tables for many years!!

I bought this to replace a larger side table in the living room and it's just perfect! I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and well made it is. I liked it so much I ordered a second one to use as a night stand in the guest room. We recently moved to a condo and needed a small end table next to our couch in the living room. We saw this online and thought it would work. We are so glad we bought it! It is solid and sturdy with nice grain in the wood. We like the drawer, to hide remotes and small items. It was well packaged, arrived within a week, and was very easy to assemble. Overall, this is a great value for the price and a nice looking addition to our living room.

I was looking for quality end tables mostly just to hold beverages while relaxing on the couch and these seemed to check all the boxes. They were exactly what I was hoping for. I never review anything and these are so nice it compelled me to jump on to say how much I like them. They seem well made and solid. Assembly was very easy as they go together with only 8 bolts and you don't even need to look at the instructions.

I bought this for my wife, who is in Assisted Living. It was better than I even imagined. It is beautifully designed and very easy to assemble. (Directions say to use two persons for assembly, but I had no trouble at all doing it by myself.) Made of quality material, it both looks good and just feels substantial. Finish is truly beautiful and would like good in any decor. Couldn’t be happier.

This table is stunning. Assembly was fairly easy. The size is perfect for holding a standard lamp. The drawer is a good size for laying easy to grab items. It even holds a cube tissue box. The color works well with other furniture pieces that range from walnut to cherry. The color is brown with a hint of red tone. The inlay is beautiful and makes the table look expensive.

I bought this table for my Mom who is going to be 99 this year. She is in a nursing home and this went perfect next to her chair. She can store her makeup, comb, brush in the drawer and she is able to reach down and get the small basket I put there with her other necessities. These are nice tables “for my needs”. I have new furniture in my living room and needed end tables that were on the narrow side but not that narrow. I was very surprised with the finish on this end table. It has the look of a high end piece of furniture but it is totally affordable! It matches a tv stand I already have. This is a nice piece of furniture. It is made quite sturdy and solid. The pieces all fit together perfectly and I only had to turn 8 screws to assemble. The packaging was designed well for shipping. It arrived in perfect condition. The wood finish is pretty and pretty close to the on-line photo.

Cute Mission style end table that I’m using as a night stand in a small space in guest bedroom. Easy to assemble, look for directions in bottom of box. We found them AFTER we put it together. There was a small area in the back that was marked/unfinished but we could hid that area. The shelf in the drawer is removable and clever to sit drinks on to save the table top. Good sale price, would recommend.
