I’ve had mine for almost 2 years, no problems. I bought mine elsewhere, but thought a review here might be helpful. I’ve been very pleased with the way this fits into my small kitchen space. With one inch behind it, It only stands out 3 inches from my 25 inch counter - this is the thickness of the doors. I have 1 inch of space between the counter and the fridge which is more than enough to fully open the door. A half sheet pan (13x18) will fit. I did not connect the ice maker. I did not connect it to WiFi.\nMine has no handles, but has recesses in the doors instead. One improvement would be to alter these pockets so that they are easier to clean, since the one at the top of the freezer collects crumbs and stuff that is hard to get out of the corners without a q-tip. I use water and a microfiber cloth to clean it regularly. Never have used any special cleaner. The crisper drawer on the left side will open with only the left door open. Both doors must be open to access the right crisper drawer. Only the lowest shelf in the fridge can be adjusted. Mine is in the top position and the height of the space below it is 9.5 inches, which looks like enough to fit a large-ish turkey. Milk cartons and wine go in the door shelves. This is taller than most refrigerators. I am 5’ 5” and have no difficulty seeing and accessing items on the top shelf.\nThe bottom freezer is ok, with 2 drawers at the top and a large bin below the drawers. Since I did not connect the ice maker that space is used for storage, which helps a lot. The lower bin is spacious, but if it is full you will be digging through stuff. This is standard for bottom freezers, but the payoff is that all your refrigerator space is at eye level. Works for our family of two, and I cook every day. It stays well stocked with veggies, leftovers, and all the usual staples and condiments. I also have a full sized upright freezer so this works for us. Temperature control is excellent. Looks nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Smart 3-Door Refrigerator is smooth, modern appliance. The stainless steel look compliments my white cabinet kitchen perfectly. I love the no handle look. It looks like it belongs in the Space Shuttle. It has plenty of space on the door handles and interior. The freezer is deep and easy to reach both levels. With both doors open you can easily find anything with the bright interior. Power cool and power freeze options allow you to adjust the temperature at your choice. One of my favorite features is the connection to the Samsung Smart Things app. I get an alert if the door is left open too long by a notification and audible bell. The digital controls for temperature, ice maker and peak demand are an added bonus. There are two things I do not like. The shelves are not exactly positioned for larger items. We have 3 kids and go through 2-3 gallons of mile per week. This refrigerator only allows two gallon jugs on each bottom drawer. You can force another on the main level but it touches the shelf. Another issue is finger prints. Since there are no handles the tendency is to grab the doors. It will leave fingerprints which is annoying but not a big deal. There's no in door ice, and no water at all but that isn't a big issue either. Overall this a is great refrigerator.

The ice maker is great. Wish it had water too. I'm very impressed with the refrigerator when it came I thought it was going to be to small. Love all the draws. French door are great. The flat door easy to open handles are great the app on your smartphone to control the temperature anywhere is perfect. Energy STAR certified is great to save money on your electric. There is a LED bright light when you open up the refrigerator and freezer which is perfect cuz you could see everything. There is also an alarm for when the kids or husband decide to leave it open too long. The features are great on this refrigerator I am actually enjoying it the freezer is just a little too small for me but everything else is wonderful it's also fingerproof resistant which has been working out well

We like the finish, the large units on the doors and the reduced depth on the shelves which means items don't get buried in the back. The refrigerator is much quieter than the Fridge faire it replaced. The one thing I would redesign is the bottom section of the freezer. The freezer is two levels with a sliding unit on top of a deep pit. The bottom deeper part is basically a pit. You have to dig through layers a frozen goods to get to those on the bottom, which is inconvenient. The sliding section on top needs to be deeper, which would make the pit shallower and less of a graveyard for frozen food.

Is pretty quiet and does what it’s supposed to. Wish it had a deli/cheese drawer, but it only has the two crispers. Would also be nice if it had door handles. Stainless steel is supposed to be fingerprint resistant, but that’s not accurate, especially since it doesn’t have door handles. It’s a little resistant, but not fully. I also don’t like that the doors don’t automatically shut and the left side door you really have to force push close. Thankfully I don’t have younger children in the house or that would be problematic.

We bought this fridge approximately two weeks ago . It has many many features I love the turbo cool for the fridge and the turbo freeze it freezes freezes really fast and popsicles if you make them at home. I love the twin cooling I love how they how big it is As well It's very efficient The temperature stays perfect and I do have noticed that my produce is lasting longer than normally . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a counter depth fridge that was no more than 32” wide. And an ice maker was a must have. This fit the bill. I have a couple issues. No where close to enough light inside the refrigerator. The shelves are not set up for enough flexibility for taller items. The ice maker produces ice well, it just makes the freezer section very cold while on and icing things in the freezer. If you need a refrigerator for a tight space, this is a good purchase.

The location for my fridge has very specific dimensions. I'm so happy that i was able to get a French door/bottom freezer design to fit the space. Pros: Lots of storage. Quiet. Separate temperature & light for the fridge and freezer sections. Door alarm. I am able to fit a cookie sheet in the lower freezer section when I'm flash freezing fruit. Cons: connecting to in internet is problematic. \r\nMust open both doors to open the crisper drawer on the right. Minimal main shelf adjustment options.

It’s cooling is absolutely perfect and I love that it connects to our utility company to maximize cooling while ramping up on off hours where kWh is lower :)\r\n\r\nMy only issue is that beers and bottled sodas only fit in the side doors, not on any of the 3 levels in the actual fridge. So far this refrigerator has been performing well. I upgraded my appliances from black to stainless steel and think this refrigerator looks really sheek for my small kitchen. This isn't a family refrigerator, but better suit for a single person or a couple with no kids. From reading the comments, people has stated that it stops cooling, but I do not have my refrigerator set on "peak demand" all the time, so hopefully I will not have the same issue others have stated. Otherwise, I like it!

We bought this refrigerator 11 months ago. This summer, we had same problem as others report, with temperature going haywire, needing to unplug and plug in again to reset it. So, we bought a little surge protector, connected it between the wall outlet and the refrigerator's power cord. So far, so good. My theory is: summer thunderstorms somehow freaked out the electronics behind the temperature control. I hope this works. We like the look of the fridge and all other features.

Would recommend a model with handles though, it took a while to get used to grabbing the hidden handles and the stainless steel get smudged if I’m not careful. I have been using this 33” Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator with Twin Cooling Plus for a few months now, and it is just an average appliance. It successfully keeps my food cold and frozen. The Twin Cooling Plus feature does seem to keep the humidity levels balanced. However, the overall user experience and features could be much better for this price point.My biggest complaint is with the design of the doors. They are poorly balanced and do not automatically pull themselves shut. If you give them a gentle push, they frequently bounce right back open instead of sealing. You have to physically push them firmly until they close every single time. Furthermore, the door seals and magnet feel cheap and could provide a tighter vacuum. It gets the basic job done, but it lacks the refined build quality you expect from modern counter-depth models.
