We've now had this cooker for a week. It's the first time that I've had to own an oven with an electric hob, as we moved to a new property with no gas line (and it's not worth $4k to install one!).\n\nIt's very sleek, the oven itself is not super fast to heat up, but the hob gets hot rapidly. As you can imagine it takes a bit to get used to the hob settings, but keeping a simmer and rolling boil is great and I'm getting used to frying and sauteeing - as an avid cook I was really worried, but I'm getting used to it and beginning to enjoy this cooker.\n\nThe negatives, it does take a while for the oven to heat up. The NOISES - swear down they are irritating (!) you get an annoying jingle when it is hot, or if the timer ends - sadly no way to change it to a simple beep. Also, it has 'wifi functionality' which is pointless, supposedly you're able to control it with the app, however you can only send requests if you've turned it on yourself. So no luck sending a command to get the oven heated up in time for you getting home! :(\n\nOverall, it's more a 3.5 than a 4 star... It looks nice, it's easy to clean, and it does cook well. It's functions just aren't that great, and it's pretty irritating! Considering we are only staying in this property for 3-4 years, it's ok. But I wouldn't buy this oven if I was planning to keep it for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first ever sleek, futuristic if you will, range that we got and we are in love with it. Our previous oven that we had was an electric stove with the coils the thing was ugly as sin compared to this beauty. The smooth stainless steel finish with the black glass top is very pleasing to look at as well as the beautiful spacious dark blue inside of the oven. The control display is very easy to use with the light blue LEDs and the buttons are easy to use, and the knobs make it easy to set the intensity of the burners as well as allowing to turn on the inside burner ring as well as the outside ring for the main 2 front burners. My wife was really amazed that the rapid boil feature, which by far is our favorite feature of the range, worked just as advertised and boiled water very quickly. We haven't had a chance to use self clean or steam clean feature yet since the range is still new and shiny. My wife also loves the fact that it has 2 big main burners for cooking since our last one only had one big one. We also haven't had the chance to try the WiFi connectivity feature to control the range when not at home but are excited to try it out soon. All in all this range is amazing, we love using it everyday since cooking with the preset buttons is a breeze and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an electric range.

Food I've been afraid to make for years such as my puff pastries and crème brûlée And quiche comes out absolutely perfect!! Let not forget the homemade lasagna that usually the hardest thing for me to cook evenly and let's not forget about the mess it makes while cooking!! But that's what's amazing about this range Is no matter how big or small the mess the steam clean feature makes it a breeze to clean and no harsh chemicals to worry about your kids or animals being subjected to!! I love the 2 self cleaning options, both steam and standard cleaning works for whatever messes you might have. I like the warming burner which comes in handy when cooking multiple dishes. Like the option to do standard baking or convection baking. I've tried both and both options cook just as well with convection requiring less heat and time for what dishes i tried. The only thing i don't like is that the left small burner doesn't seem to get very hot. i almost always have to cook on hi on that burner while on the right side even lowest setting can get really hot. I know this has a lot to do with the pans I use because if i use the induction cookware it's easier to control the heat. But when i use thinner pans like the standard name brand skillet then they tend to get to hot to quick. Overall I do love my new range. Wouldn't buy any other brand.

I've only used them for two months and am still learning about them. The problem is that I've recently been notified that they are soon to go out of warranty despite the fact that I've only been in my new place for two months. That hardly seems fair since I've hardly used them; apparently the warranty starts upon delivery even though no one is living in the home until closing.

The glass top is a nice change from those other stoves with the plate and wire burners. You have to be careful what you keep on the glass when you are turning it on, something got burned into the glass, and was not able to get it out. Definitely like the keep warm burner, nice innovation. Overall good item.

We replaced a 13 year old version of this range with this one today. Overall, it is great, BUT for some reason the time clock will not display consistently. The whole display goes blank when not in use. You have to physically touch the clock icon on the control panel to see the time. This is not mentioned in the manual, but my husband found other people complaining about the same thing. Supposedly, it's some kind of energy saver. Ha! I did a lot of research before buying this stove, I really like it and had a hard time adjusting to a stove that actually worked. My issue is it's impossible to keep the black top looking clean. I do use a cleaner just for these types of stove tops, but ours looks constantly dirty, smudged, etc… it's really annoying as it also takes a real scrubbing just to get boiled water off of it. \nI'd love some help in whatever anyone else is using besides, Weiman stove top spray and fell.

Love the new oven. I will say it is very hard to integrate into your Google and/ or Alexa. I do own a Samsung phone, so I am able to control from my phone; but unfortunately I cannot tell Google or Alexa to control the oven.
Now the oven itself is great. The few complaints I have is the drawer underneath is much smaller than normal, it also is not fingerproof, and again I'm still trying to figure out how to integrate this oven with my smart things!

Great in store purchase and awesome delivery. Simple installation, could've done it myself but free so why not... wifi capable and fairly easy to set up on my phone. The next higher model has an additional heating burner would've liked to have but over 100 more and no wifi. Wife has heated up soup and said it was very fast. Tomorrow will be true test when we cook for our farmer's market food tent. So far so good!

Once you figure out that you need to connect to Wi-Fi, then the clock gets set. This stove should come with a manual for the setup be made easier.

We’ve had it about a month now and I am very happy with it so far. The stove top is smooth and doesn’t have a texture like some stoves, so it is easy to clean. The air fry feature works really well to crisp up fries and nuggets in less time than my actual air fryer. I do wish the steam clean did a little more but it would probably work better if you steamed it right after something dripped on the bottom. I do love that there is no coil visible on the bottom. Both of the front cook spots on the top of stove are quite large and that makes it much easier to cook meals that require 2 large burners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this electric within a month ago and I am a daily user of the oven and stovetop features from baking lasagna, roasted potatoes or boiling some quick pasta. One appreciation I have is how fast the stovetop boils and I notice the heat is even with whichever pot you use. It's awesome, I give this stove high marks for quality, sleek design, the the automated and Bluetooth capabilities are neat. The only advisement is watching out for hot boiling oil jumping out and hitting part of the stainless steel handle, it stained mine and would require immediate cleaning products to avoid the permanent stain.

We just purchased this stove January 4th 2024 after our 18 year old Hot Point blew the bottom oven element for the second time in less then a year. The Samsung 6.3 is a beautiful stove, but hard to figure out when there is no book that comes with it except for a book about warranty and what dangers to watch out for. I found my old stove, when in working condition, baked my recipes in less time. It is time consuming to try and figure out the electronics. I wish I had a book...in my hands. Finding one on line has been a pain in the keester because the printing on the phone or pad is to small. It would be nice to have a book to refer back to.
