Fridge is good so far, but there are definitely some QC issues. The stainless-steel finish is wavy in some parts and the ice-maker did not fit as the instructions indicated.\n\nFirst of all, the IM4D ice-maker does not fit as plug and play. The instructions tell you to use the support bracket on the top left to hold and align the ice-maker, but it will not fit. The fill cup will press against the back vents and the fill hose will not reach the cup. After hours of tinkering I removed the support bracket and mounted the ice-maker using those existing holes. That worked to get the alignment needed. You will need to replace the fill hose in order to reach your ice-maker fill cup. Again, the instructions will mention none of this. I called support through Haier and Bodwell, but go nowhere - they sent some links to youtube that were not relevant and offered no guidance. They told me to use my old ice-maker fill cup even though this was a new fridge. Either way, this process that could've taken 20 mins but took over 3 hours. If Haier is going to recommend an ice-maker, they should provide some accurate instruction or guidance on how to install. Again, the instructions are not accurate.

we bought a home that needed to be renovated which meant new appliances for me, yayyy!!!!I knew I wanted counter depth and couldn't afford the standard lines so I was so pleased to find this one. it is a little smaller than the others but it is so nice. it looks sleek and sexy. it is quiet when it runs. it cools down quickly. everything is spaced right for us, the shelves, doors, drawers. it comes equipped for an ice maker. at first I was sad not to have an in door water and ice maker but now that I know sometimes our well water likes to come out with iron in it even though we have a large filtration system outside. it worked out for the better so I don't have to cycle clean water through from time to time and throw out pinkish ice. so for us that ended up working out great since I've never been on well water I didn't know any of this when looking. and the fridge even came with an oce tray and egg holders which I thought was a pleasant surprise and adorable. I couldn't be any happier with this fridge. this was an amazing choice for what I wanted and I would honestly choose it again. all of our appliances were delayed a month, making it a 2 months total wait to be delivered but all ended up working out great.

I purchased this to fit into a smaller space in a smaller kitchen and it's really quite nice! Has loads of space in the freezer with a nice drawer arrangement. And on top, there is actually quite a bit of space, movable shelves and the French door feature is great! There is no ice maker (I couldn't care less!) and no water dispenser on the door- no biggie for me as the sink faucet is\r\nfive steps away! There is no light in the freezer which may be an issue for some but since I have lights in my kitchen I am fine with it! The price was right- about half of what most other fridges cost - and it's counter depth- a great\r\npurchase!

This seemingly compact refrigerator/freezer hits all the buttons, it's offers an upper fridge with french doors, opera/progressive lighting and so much storage space! The lower freezer is also French door so you only need to open the side you need, which saves on recoup and energy. It's quiet and fingerprints are easily wiped clean with a slightly damp towel or sponge. On dimensions it competes well with full sized appliances and looks smart as it's nearly counter depth. The shelves are adjustable and the compressor cools quickly, offering a “quick” setting for both the freezer and the fridge.

I've only had this fridge for about a month so my relationship with it is new. It's the perfect size for my space...wide and shallow. I like that everything in the fridge is visible and reachable and great lighting. The freezer is spacious and holds a lot. We had a power outage after a bad storm and the power was out for 26 hours. The only thing I lost was some ice cream. It did a good job of keeping everything cold. So far, so good. I would recommend this fridge.

I thought it might be too small - surprise, it has plenty of room inside, both freezer and refrigerator. The shelves are well designed, adjustable, and with the lighting, items are easy to find. But the best surprise was the freezer. I wanted a unit with a bottom freezer drawer. This unit has two doors with pull out drawers. I love it. So much more convenient than the drawer. Items are easier to find, no more rummaging around in a deep drawer to find what I need. I'm very happy with this unit.

This fridge is excellent. It’s a good width and truly counter depth (others claim but aren’t). Easy to see everything inside. No more ducking down to open the fridge. No more differences in food temperature with cavernous fridge spaces. \r\n\r\nThe optional ice maker is a waste of space. You can use ice trays and save the freezer space. The four doors make little compartments that act like bins for your frozen goods. \r\n\r\nYes, don’t overload the top shelves; they are plastic and a bit flimsy.

I love the layout of this refrigerator! I like that it’s more shallow from front to back, so things don’t get lost on the back of a shelf. I like the drawers in the freezer that make it easy to find stuff. I kinda wish they had a small shelf in the freezer that was wide enough for a pizza, but I can live without it. I like the little shelves on the doors in the fridge that have excellent capacity. It’s also good looking! And the cooling has been perfection. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this online because it seemed like the best fit for the space it needed to go in and still have 3 inches behind it. It is so wonderful that it fits so well. The door shelves aren't deep enough for a gallon of milk or a 64 oz bottle of V8 ~ but it's worth that slight inconvenience for the way it fits and the fact that we are able to fully open the doors. (we weren't able to do that with our old fridge) I am very pleased with this Haier refrigerator! I like it a lot!

I have had the refrigerator a year now. I wanted to wait to write a review to see how it preformed. I am happy to say I love it! I went from a oversized Samsung that was not dependable. After the warranty had expired I spent 2 years of repairs. I used to lose food in the larger refrigerator. Almost everything is visible in my new refrigerator and rarely lose anything. Did I say I love it.

We've purchased this model three times for consecutive homes! It suits us (there are two of us) but you might be challenged with the capacity for a larger family. It must be a popular item since the first one we purchased waz Probably about 8 years ago! They have made some improvements, one of which is a light in the freezer. The door trays are a bit small they do not fit a normal gal jug of milk. Other than that no issues. I did remove 2 of the freezer drawers to make more room. Love the double open doors so it can fit in a galley style kitchen. The freezer also has 2 doors but they are insulated in the middle so you do need to only open 1 side at a time.

Although I do like the capacity of this refrigerator, but it is a hassle adjusting the temperature meaning the top refrigerator, refrigeration, and bottom freezer. Also door does not close properly. Have to make sure shut or it will stay open and lose Coolidge. I don’t know if there’s an issue with the door itself or you have to make sure you close shut tight and you definitely have to buy the proper shining cloth for the material or you will have fingerprints every time you touch the door. Also, I bought a Britta filter picture large 10 cup and it did not fit so now I have to return it and get a smaller picture because the shelves are too short for the lodge and the picture cannot fit on the door odd for such a big fridge.

We needed the same dimensions of the Haier refrigerator that we bought in 2017. Luckily you still make it. We like the upgrades including lighting in the freezer sections. We were surprised that our 2017 model failed to keep cool in so few years though. The appliance repair person said the condenser wasn't working on our original model. We hope this new refrigerator lasts longer.

Certainly like the look and how it blends into the counter space and the double doors on both the refrigerator and freezer. My old frig was bigger and deeper, but I was constantly moving things around to reach something in the back. With this design, I can see and get to everything much easier, and it holds a lot more than I expected, maximizing every inch of storage space.

Looks nice and works well…but it's not very spacious and I can't fit my water pitcher in there without forcing it and making the shelves shove upward. There are two levels that can be utilized to adjust the middle shelf…but, bless my heart, they are completely useless because it makes no improvement.

We've had this refrigerator since Thanksgiving. We bought it at the scratch and dent store with a few minor scratches. I love having the different doors to open separately. It works great and since I have a smaller back door it fit coming in our house perfectly. But fingerprints to go on the doors but I have no problem with cleaning it with a soft cloth. Love it.

Bought this fridge to replace our fisher paykel fridge that lasted us 14 years and finally gave out , the fridge is for our second home in the Georgia mountains and fits into our small kitchen perfectly, so far it runs silently and is cooling down quickly. The capacity is good for our getaway trips up to our cabin and the shelves are sufficient for our needs.

I love this new refrigerator! It is very quiet, and keeps everything nice and cold. I love having drawers in my freezer so that I can easily see what is in there. If I had one thing to change, it would be to match the size of the produce drawers to the refrigerator doors. I have to open both doors in order to pull out the produce drawers.

It's good looking, quiet, and fits a small space. It is a true counter depth fridge that is really hard to find. It's just been plugged in so it's too soon to tell how it will work over time. The glass shelves are easy to adjust. The plastic bins and drawers are solid and the drawers stay aligned when opened and closed.

I was pretty anxious about purchasing something like this on wayfair but I’m glad I did because in comparison I got the same quality but better price than what I could find in department stores in my area. We are liking the four doors. It\u2019s not as deep as our former fridge\u2026which is a good thing! Leftovers don\u2019t get pushed back and forgotten. I like the freezer drawers. I love this fridge. It's the second one I bought because I sold my home with the first one and bought the second one to replace what was here. It's the perfect size and layout for me. I really like it, my only issue is they would not haul away my old Samson and I had to pay 125. to a hauling co. \nIf you need to have old appliance hauled away find another dealer. I give a five star rating on the product but not \nthe delivery. The men did a good job with delivery but said they could not haul.

Both upper doors make lots of noise only two months after purchase. Does the basics so far. Not enough freezer space for larger items such as pizzas. Shelfing in upper chamber can use some more flexibility to allow for taller drinks.
