The product itself is good and easy to cut and really goes well with the matching Lifeproof floor. I usually use a miter box from Home Depot to cut these to the correct length. Up until my last order a week ago, I've been pretty happy with shipping speed and pieces being intact. My last shipment was a joke. I've ordered these for delivery at least four times, and while sometimes you'll get a snap in the middle, or a damaged end, my latest shipment was almost worthless. Somehow the box got bent and folded in three spots, and I didn't even get 2 full pieces of quarter round (At best it was one and a half after I put all the ends together). Not sure if somehow this got jacked up in my shipment, or if it was returned to manufacturer, and they shipped it out knowing. I will say that this box, and any of the other boxes I've ordered in the past, don't have a "do not bend" sticker anywhere, so kind of hard to fault anyone I suppose. Not sure if shipping to store is any better. I was able to salvage some to finish one wall, but I recommend ordering a few more pieces if you are trying to finish a project.
