Love it, and it's the talk of the town! I got it for a tiny powder room under my stairs and so far so good. It's a great value too.
we added an outlet above the water outlet on the side wall (stacked), and the plumber said it was pretty easy to install. It's a 12" [US] standard 4in flange rough-in. The spec says the unit is about 19.5" deep but it also needs about 2" behind (not called out in specs) for the toilet seat to lift up, so the total depth is really closer to 21.5in from wall to front edge. This is already taken into consideration for the 12" rough working perfectly. Also, for spec hounds like me, the installed seat height at the middle of slope front to back is about 17.5in - comfortable.
also, the back slopes in so there's plenty of room for base molding and the cord and waterline behind the unit.
I love the automatically instant heated seat, bidet features, and the auto-flush sensor.

The plumber who installed it loved it . But at first I was a bit intimidated by my new toilet ! Using all the information provided I embarked on my learning curve and discovered instructions and operation were not too complicated at all. My expectations were all met in terms of efficiency , aesthetics and function. I love it ! It is as advertised and has had no difficulties in installation or disappointments in use . I would love recommendations from your staff on the products they feel are best for cleaning the bowl and cover so I can treat this new beauty as well as it is treating me !
