I did not use this in a marine application. I purchase this for my 2016 jeep wrangler recovery system. It worked great for this application,I did not want power to my winch at all times . It is made of high-quality heavy-duty plastic very easy to use and install I would certainly recommend this to anyone for the ease of installation and use . Shipping was fast ,very happy!

Easy to mount. The required hole size for panel mounting is a standard hole saw size. Plenty of space on the back for the ring terminals, and a combination wrench to tighten them. Would like to see 5/16" terminals, rather than 3/8".
