I'm just starting out with this but will be finishing the first bottle and grabbing my second. This was purchased because Ashwagandha helps to lower Cortisol levels. I do feel like it's already helping because it feels like I'm starting to even sleep better. It doesn't have an aftertaste which I was worried about. Although you can easily open capsules and dissolve into a drink or combine with food if absolutely necessary. Always check with your doctors first for safety precautions with any other supplements/medications that's best for you.

I got medicated for ADHD so I don't use it anymore but with the right mindset, it worked great as a cheaper alternative. It helped with my ability to wake up in the morning which made for a better day overall and helped me focus like I needed to. I found this for much cheaper and am so so happy I did, feeling much more cheerful and looking forward to each day. They work pretty good for me I feel more mellow, less anxious and it's helped with my seasonal depression and pms symptoms. I take half the dosage and I take it at night. Two pills gave me headaches and made me feel really tired all the time. One pill at night helped me sleep better and I didnt feel as tired and out of it the next I also didnt get headaches. But it did affect my motivation. I have to push myself to get things done now because I'm feeling so chill and laid back about things and not stressing/worrying as much. So there are pros but also some cons. But everyone will react differently so I would say just try it out and see how you feel. For me the pros have outweighed the cons. I've enjoyed not feeling as anxious, stressed and depressed and the good sleep has been the cherry on top. I don't wake up as much during the night as I used to in the past.
