I really suffer joint pain and am glad I got to try Osteo Bi-flex for joint health that contains turmeric. First off I have to say the pill is huge maybe an inch or more in size. I was able to swallow it ok but some others might not but you can probably cut in half to take and they are coated so that makes it a little easier to swallow. There is no after taste nor any flavor while you take it. There is 80 coated pills in the container and you have to take it twice a day. I have noticed that it has been easier to move and have not had a lot of pain after using it for a week. This is great especially with all this cold weather my joints etc usually are very achy and stiff. You can support your joint and cartilage health with glucosamine and turmeric, which help maintain healthy, flexible cartilage for comfortable, easy joint movement. Turmeric is an antioxidant that has been is safe and effective to use. This is great for joints and mobility especially when you are getting older , the more pain and stiffness you will notice. This works great for that.

I suffer from arthralgia as a side effect from a medication I take, it can be debilitating, annoying, inconvenient and depressing, but it's a fair trade off for the condition I am being treated for. The location changes from day to day, but the symptom is pretty consistent. I also will have several joints continue to hurt throughout the day. Exercise and stretching helps.\r\n\r\nAfter about a week of taking this supplement, I was shocked to realize that I woke up with minimal pain. Most mornings I have fewer and less sore joints. My pain during the day is also greatly reduced. I'm hopeful that this will continue. \r\n\r\nThe only downside is the gigantic size of these pills. They are among the largest tablets I have ever taken.

I'm in my late 50s and have continuous pain from degenerated back discs and in my right knee while climbing stairs. This is the 2nd glucosamine supplement I'm trying. \r\nI love the pop top on the bottle- very convenient!\r\nThe pills are gigantic. I can feel the bulk of one pill going down my esophagus and dosage is 2 per day with meals. I minimize the bulk by taking one after breakfast and one after dinner instead of together. I've tried other joint support supplements that require 3 per day, so this dosage is an improvement. These don't upset my stomach which is good. \r\nI am also happy to see that these only have 20mg sodium per serving compared to 245mg in the other I tried.\r\nThe claim is improved joint comfort within 7 days. My back feels a bit better. My knee doesn't feel any better so far, but I have only been taking for a week and sometimes miss dosages, so I am hopeful. \r\nI like the ingredients, fewer pills per day and pop top bottle, so I will stick with these!

I have seen the commercial and thought it would be good to try considering the knee joint pains; however, I had not considered the ingredients. The tablets were not a bother, at 40 tablets, two (2) times per day that was 20 days to see if there was any improvement. About a week and a half in I noticed I was shedding hair. At this point I reviewed the ingredients and realized the Glucosamine and Chondriotin showed that hair thinning and fall occurred. The other ingredients were regular vitamins and which I take in other forms - smoothies and daily vitamins. To ensure that this was really the issue, I stopped taking the Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength, and noticed that the hair fall/shedding ceased. \r\n\r\nThere is no doubt that Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strengthu00A0with Glucosamine Chondroitin, 40 Coated Tablets works and does improve joint health; however, the ingredients created other issues. I took my first dose of this supplement, and within two hours, my knee pain was completely gone. Honestly, I'm in shock. I've been experiencing pain in my left knee, especially when I squat or get up. It's been slightly painful, so I've had to lean on my right leg for lifting. Because of the pain, I've also been hesitant to do some of my exercises. Additionally, when I sit down, I often sit on one of my feet, which puts pressure on my knee and worsens the pain. I have been using this for years. At first I took the recommended dosage but later found more relief with 3 caps 2xs a day. If I forget it usually takes 2 days to remind me. I appreciate this formula the triple strength without extra calcium or anything else. If I need more Boswellia, I take it separately etc. My only complaint is it has increased significantly in price and one can no longer buy it as inexpensively as before at Walmart. Osteo Bi-Flex has been my go to for years. Any joint pain or stiffness this will help, and it gives a 7 day reassurance that it will ease the joint discomfort. i have bad knees and shoulder pain and inflammation and this ease it. it doesn't take away all the symptoms but helps so you can function and not take to many pain medications that can be bad on the stomach. Caplets size is tolerable and they are coated so can swallow with liquids. I am happy that I found these and my knees and shoulder are better because I take these. These actually smell nice and not mediciny, bottle was easy to open and has flip top lid to dispense daily dosage. Says two pills per day and at 80ct that's over a months supply. I'm hoping it helps the bursitis in my shoulder, the directions say it may take up to seven days to start feeling the effects. Capsules were easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Package arrived undamaged and totally intact. Happy with this selection as I'm looking forward to relief within the next few days. Would recommend to anyone with joint pain as it's easier to do preventative maintenance on ourselves than the other more costly alternative.

I've used Osteo Bi-Flex for several months and really have noticed a huge difference in the flexibility and range of motion in both, my knees and my hips. My husband and I have used triple strength Osteo Bi-Flex for 10 years. We both feel it has maintained or improved our joints since we began taking it in our sixties. Recently we tried this type with the added Turmeric, hoping to reduce or prevent inflammation. It's only been 3 months, but we haven't noticed any difference in health benefits from the regular Bi-Flex. We will continue for another 3 months to give it a fair trial. One advantage we do like is the fact that the tablet is easier to swallow.

There's no taste. It really works. I started using this as directed as soon as I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knee. The pain was bad and I needed to wear a knee brace. My doctor said this was good for me to take. A couple of weeks later I was pain free! I still wear my knee brace but only when I'm walking a lot or doing Zumba excersize. It's been over a year and recently I did Zumba with no knee brace but, I won't push it😀😉. Read the label, if you have an allergy to shell fish don't use it.

I suffered a rather sudden immobility in my left knee.
