I’ve been very impressed with this Cuisinart Chef’s Classic 10-piece stainless steel cookware set. The pots and pans heat evenly, cook food consistently, and clean up much easier than I expected. The stainless steel construction feels sturdy, durable, and well made, making it seem like a set that will last for years. The handles stay comfortable to grip, and the lids fit securely to help lock in heat and moisture. It works great for everything from boiling pasta to searing meat and making sauces. Overall, this cookware offers excellent quality, performance, and value. I highly recommend it to anyone everyday.

I bought this for a new Turkey recipe last Thanksgiving and used for another for Turkey gumbo. It works great and cleans easily . The idea behind the roast Turkey is to dry heat the pan to near 500 degrees placed on a pizza stone. Remove the pan, add a few Tabs of oil, add the preped bird covered with foil @ 425 for 45 minutes & lower to 325 with foil off till done. The result is both the white & dark meat are perfection at the same time and no sticking. This pan easily did a 22 pounder. If you’re concerned about coated pans, this is a great alternative.

This pan is amazing! one of several Cuisinart Stainless steel cookware pieces I have from Cuisinart. Be sure to never cook over medium heat ( absolutely no need to ) and wash with a gentle sponge. You can fill your pan with Dawn and water and put on low simmer on your stove top for approximately 5 minutes. Then just gently scrub out. Afterwards, I use a squirt of lemon juice with a soft cloth for a beautiful shine. So easy to maintain!!

Great cookware set for the price

This is a nice, solid cookware set. The non-stick surface is wonderful and the finish appears to be very durable. On a glass cook-top, do as the manufacturers suggest and DO NOT DRAG POTS AND PANS ON THEM. I have a glass cook-top and have had no issues while cooking as my mother taught me as a child.\n\nI really like this set of pans and treat them well, as I treat all of my possessions. Cleaning these is a breeze with their non-stick surface.

Learning curve but recommend
Reviewed on www.target.com·Happymama
The stainless steel bottoms are think and heavy and the sides are thinner. They take time to get uses to if you are uses to non-stick pots and pans. It seems hard not to get food to stick to the bottom of the pan. I wash the pans per instructions but it seems the sides are hard not to stain. The bottom cleans easier to remove stains. Overall, I like the stainless steel because it does not have the chemicals used to make food not stick.

Great
Reviewed on www.bestbuy.com·James
I married recently and bought my wife what I thought were good pots and pans. After less than a years use, we noticed the teflon (non-stick) was flaking off. That's when I did some research and settled on stainless steel as the best option for us. We love this set, but would have liked some vents in the lids. Stainless steel also takes some getting used to in order to avoid food sticking, but its worth taking the time to learn.

I\u2019ve been a fan of Cuisinart products for many years, and this is the 5th set of their hard anodized cookware I\u2019ve purchased for use. The affordability, great performance, and consistent quality of the product are what keep me coming back to this specific brand. The measuring information on the inside of the saucepans is a great addition to an already great product!

I thought it was a little pricey at first, but now that I have been using my new pan I highly recommend the purchase! it's large enough for roasting anything I want and the tray makes it easy to manage. Easily cut the meat right in the pan. or lift out of the pan neatly to transfer into the serving platter. And clean up is effortless.\nI'm happy with my new pan!

I borrowed this roaster from my mom when we hosted thanksgiving last year and I loved it so much I bought one for myself for this year! The roaster is big we cooked a 22lb turkey in it. Its very good quality stainless steel it cleans up very nice in our dishwasher and doesnt rust at all. My mom loves hers too and its still in perfect shape after years of use.

Really love the pan and rack and works great for our weekly roast chicken. However it's not easy to clean off the baked on grease from the pan. Even though I line the pan with aluminum foil and clean with hot soapy water and Barkeepers Friend, it's not enough to fully remove all the grease spots on the sides and edges so this will be an ongoing battle to keep the pan shiny.

I like that it is light weight, so easy to lift and pour from. It heats up fast. Being stackable is a real plus. I would like to see a lid for the 10 inch skillet. I would also like to see a stream insert for the medium sized pot. Without that I have to keep an old stainless pot to steam my vegetables to avoid risking damage to your pots with my steam insert

Great large roasting pan. Looks great. Cleans up easily.\r\nThe handles are large and sturdy but our only complaint is that the handles stay very hot for a long time and because they stick up we have burnt our fingers and arms on them when stirring or transferring meat. It would be nice if they came with some silicone sleeves to avoid the burns.

Really like the weight and performance of the roasting pan. I had college friends over and made Greek lemon chicken and potatoes. Turned out excellent and clean up was easy. Even roasting. This was a great buy and I could have bought one for three times more but decided to go with this one based on reviews. Glad I did!

Great Roasting Pan
Reviewed on www.walmart.com·Rlbene
I used it the first time to toast a 16 pound turkey on Thanksgiving and the pan worked beautifully. No more using disposable double aluminum roasting pans. The pan was sturdy and cleaned beautifully. I did not put it in the dishwasher and I did coat the inside before putting the turkey in which made clean up easier.

I am very pleased with this roasting pan. Stainless steel is so much easier to clean than other materials. The stainless steel rack is great. The rack is sturdy and I like the curved design. I do wish that there was a stainless steel high-domed cover for the roaster, that would have made it perfect.

The pots and pans feel good quality, it is taking us a little while to learn how to cook on Stainless Steel pans as they are different than regular pans. They get discolored and lose their shine as soon as you heat/use them. Also the handles on the lids get pretty hot while cooking but they seem to be good quality.
