We have Henckels - ZWILLING Spirit 3-ply Ceramic Nonstick cookware already and needed to change out an old saucepan from a different maker...We choose to replace with Henckels - ZWILLING Spirit 3-ply Ceramic. Like many consumers we have tried numerous other brands and have found Henckels - ZWILLING Spirit 3-ply Ceramic to hold up well in daily use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted to get a stainless steel pot, and I got one as a gift from my mother-in-law for early Christmas gift. I wasn't sure which size to get, but it turned out 3-qt is a perfect size for a 2 person household. I just made some Korean dish early today, and it turned out great! I worried about cooking Kimchi (Acidic and salty food) in the pot, but stainless steel is not reactive, so there was no problem. I would like to get other stainless steel products from Zwilling in the future. :)

This pan has everything I had been looking for in a larger pot. Heat distribution is excellent and there are no hot spots when sautéing in the pan. It works great on my induction cooktop. A see-through top is so handy to actually view the pan contents. I’m also happy with 2 other Zwilling 3-plies that I own - an 8-inch frypan and 4-quart pot. It’s great that the top from the 3-quart pan fits perfectly on the frypan. These are all very fairly priced in my opinion.

Absolutely love this 1 quart pan. It’s the right size to make a can of soup for the wife and I. The pan is much heavier than I expected but that’s a good thing. I ran it through the dishwasher and it came out looking great. Some people may think that it’s too expensive but I think that it’s worth the money because I’m sure that it will last a long time.\nI use it to make soup and other sauce type things. I think that in the future I might also get the 2quart pan.

Available in 4 sizes, these sauce pans are as good for a chocolate sauce as they are for a can of soup, it's so well made. It heats quickly, holds the heat and cooks evenly. It can take high heat for rapid boiling, or low heat for gentle simmering. It has 3 layers of clad metal - a thick interior layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 steel. Because it cooks so evenly - no burn spots and clean-up is easy. It is dishwasher safe, but if you can, hand wash. It will look like new for years and years and years to come.

I was looking for a good one quart sauce pan. Plenty to choose from, but most are inexpensive, and poorly made. Decided on the Spirit one quart because it is small but mighty. Three ply construction, stainless steel. Heats fast, and evenly, and works with my induction cooktop. Love the stay cool handle and the dripless sides. Spent a little more, but got a lot more.

Perfect sauce pan that that does not scorch the sauce within it. Love the thick, heavy bottom. The handle has a right length and grip and it feels great using this pan anytime. Perfect size to boil/warming a small amount of liquid, or toast nuts.
