These are very nice chairs. They were a bit pricey so I would expect them to be of a higher quality. There was some assembly required as should be expected since they were shipped FedEx. So to that I would say someone should do a quality check to make sure all the hardware needed for such assembly is included, it was missing some bolts so off to the hardware store I go. Bolts acquired and back to assembly. 1st two were fine but the 3rd and 4th were a challenge. For whatever reason the holes did not line up properly so back to the hardware store to purchase a reaming bit for my neighbors drill. Yes I had to borrow a drill for this assembly. A few minutes enlarging the holes and the assembly was back underway. So if you are fortunate as I was with the first two you can get by with the tools listed to do the assembly but if parts are missing and holes do not align it turns a 15 minute per chair job into hours unless you have the available drill, reamer and extra hardware needed to complete the job. Bottom line is we are headed to a society that no longer has stores locally that stock quality items and we are being forced to buy from remote locations sometimes states away and with that some assembly required. I have no doubt if I had called Walmart they would have said bring them back or order replacement parts but that would have been more inconvenient and lost time than just fixing the issues. I always prefer to buy locally and support the local merchants but it is becoming more difficult all the time.
