I have the larger Breville air fryer/toaster oven at my main home and this Cuisinart in a small apartment I am renting to be closer to my new grandson, and the Cuisinart outperforms the Breville on air frying and toasting, perhaps because of the smaller volume and closer proximity to the heating elements. Oddly, the Cuisinart produces less of a mess, too, whereas there's a 10 minute cleaning routine I have to go through with the Breville. I do love the Breville for even baking, so don't get me wrong - that is a great appliance, too. But, the Cuisinart's great air fryer/toasting/warming performance was unexpected. (I also got the new Cuisinart multifunctional food processor with blender and juicer attachments after loving my Classic Pro processor to death for 30 years. Multifunctionality is necessary with a small kitchen. So far, so good, on that purchase, too.) One quibble - I understand this oven used to have a timer. Cuisinart - please bring this back!!! Perhaps you removed it to encourage people who wanted the bells and whistles to scale up to a more expensive appliance, but many of us need these smaller units due to space constraints. A timer is a safety feature, so that a hot appliance doesn't end up running for many, many hours on a countertop. Given the heat this appliance can put out, a timer is imperative!!

This is my first air fryer. I needed a small sized one to fit a specific small countertop, so this one is compact and fits perfectly! I’ve used it about 5-6 times now. It works pretty well and is relatively quiet. A few negatives though…\nThere is only 1 slot for 1 rack at a time. Can’t move the height or have a 2nd layer. \nThe baking pan in the product image was flat. The one I received is raised in the center and angles down to the corners. So food can’t lay flat - for baking cookies - they bake on a slant :(\nThere’s no light inside. \nThere’s no timer or automatic shut off for baking or air frying. \nThe tray sits so close to the bottom it’s almost impossible to pull the hot tray out with oven mitts. I think I need to find super thin silicone ones. (With toaster ovens I’ve had in the past, when you open the door, the tray slides out a bit. This one does not. So it’s hard to even grasp the tray to get it out. And once you do, it just falls forward. \nThe food I’ve cooked tends to get a little burnt on the edges and still soft/undercooked inside even though I followed the temperature and minutes noted on the pamphlet that comes with this appliance. I think it’s wild that air fryers aren’t calibrated to be the same temperature as an oven or adjusted to be correct temps. 350 degrees in here is like 400+ in an oven and this cooks SO much faster which is great, but you really have to guess until you get it right. \nOverall it works, fits my small space and looks nice so that’s what I needed.

My old Cuisinart toaster oven had stopped working a couple years ago, and I was hesitant to replace it because of the price and bulkiness of the product as I am now in a smaller space. I had mentioned it to a friend of mine that air fryers make me nervous because there is so much plastic involved and they actually recommended this exact air fryer toaster oven as they have it themselves. Price and the compact size are a huge plus. This thing cooks from frozen in like eight minutes For fries and chicken nuggets, and A lot of other food. I've even baked cookies in it. The only downside is that the fryer basket is a little harder to keep clean because it's a lot of small cracks and crevices but if you keep up with it and just use a spray bottle of water to wipe it down in between uses, that makes it a lot easier to keep clean. I used a bamboo bristle dish brush to clean the wire basket and that worked really well. Highly recommend!!

I love the compactness of this machine. We are tight on counter space and this fits in perfectly in a limited space without ambient heat when using it being an overt factor. The pre heat is quick and doesn't set me back on time in instances that it's required. I've checked the internal temp with a heat gun and seems to be with in acceptable tolerances. I am not a fan of air fryers overall but this little powerhouse has changed my mind on that. It literally does everything i need from warming and holding temp, to air fry, toasting or a quick bake. We did away with our microwave over 4 years ago and while there no regrets over that choice, this little powerhouse is a welcome addition to the simplicity of "quick and thoughtful" cooking. It works great as a toaster, broiler, air fryer, and as an oven for warming and baking. In fact, I made some baked potatoes that came out better than when I bake them in my natural gas oven. I also like how small its is--about 2/3 the size of my microwave. I haven't tried making pizzas yet, but based on how well it's working now I expect they'll come out great.\nThe only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that I wish it had a light so I could see how well things are cooking. However, everything else is great about it so I highly recommend it.

Food taste great when cooked in it. I did read the manual which was was very helpful. The toasting feature works great. I toast anything from bagels, toast and good ole english muffins. The size is compact therefore a bagel unless small has to be toasted indivually. Make sure you closely watch so it is not overdone. When done using I will clean with a damp cloth. Great size for 2-3 people. Super Easy!

I really love the size and design of my new Toaster oven. I really though have to reduce temp and time that I Bake/roast in it, with the convection style cooking, food gets done quicker.\nI miss not having a timer for that. The toasting feature nice as it does shut off auto.\nStill learning to adjust cooking. This morning it did 2 mile high self split frozen biscuits perfectly on 300° in less time of conventional cooking. I love Cuisinart. Great design with quality manufacturing. I have a Cuisinart coffee pot that has served me well for 14 years now.

I have never used an air fryer so am getting used to it. it. I needed a new toaster so thought I would look for a combination toaster oven and air fryer. Upon doing research this seemed to check all the boxes in my price range.. I made bone in chicken thighs that came out beautifully browned and moist. I have also reheated foods which came out great. I bought this cute little oven mostly because of the air-fryer but have to say, ..it is perfect for a 1 o 2 person household for warming up ,baking and airflying without loosing much time preheating like in my big gass oven...i would have given it 5 stars if I could find replacement baking sheets in that small size, which would help for preparation when one has guest and wants to serve small portions hot and crispy without the hustle of reloading cleaning and burning your fingers...lol

I burn things in this very easily even when I use a timer to get to the items and check them in a timely fashion so the heat setting is off. It dries toast out a lot so I can't use it as a toaster. I hate that I can't set a time and it will turn the heat off at that time. But, as an old fashion "toaster oven" it is great and uses less electricity than my big oven. I don't use a microwave so this helps with things but I still need a better air fryer for air fryer things.

I love that it's compact and doesn't take much counter space. The only thing I'm not so thrilled about is that the stainless steel basket and grease tray are so hard to clean. The grease tends to stick on them and doesn't come off no matter how much scrubbing I did and I even wash them after use.

I love my new toaster oven/air fryer from cuisine art. I purchased the compact version of this appliance and it is very stylish. However I wish the air fryer basket and tray underneath were dishwasher safe which would make cleaning them so much easier. Also crumbs have a tendency to fall between the glass door and the crumb tray which makes cleaning it a little more difficult. So far I like the unit very much and use it almost every day. The air fryer basket is difficult to clean, and rather flimsy. All in all this is a useful appliance and a good value for the price.

I was not wrong. I love this appliance. Takes minimal space on the counter and operates exactly as the larger version does. If you are looking for an air fryer, look no further. This has everything. It bakes, broils, air fries and toasts. Perhaps the biggest bonus is that it cleans up so easily and you don't have to deal with a 'basket.' Plus it looks smart and attractive.

Fantastic air fryer that is so easy to use. Capacity is great and it's far superior to the basket air fryer that I previously owned. It heats up very quickly, in about 90 seconds, and cooks food extremely quickly probably about 10mins quicker than a conventional oven. Some reviewers said the dials are hard to read but I didn't find that to be a problem. Very easy to keep clean, just a quick wipe over with a soapy cloth and job done. I am delighted that it was such a bargain in the sale. I'm thrilled with it and have already used it a lot. Many thanks!

This is a replacement for another air fryer oven (same oven, just an older version no longer made) and I do miss a couple of things that this new oven does not have. It no longer has a built in timer or “bake” feature. I use my over for many things, and appreciated the timer and “bake” features. I still like this oven (enough to buy it again to replace the one that broke) but I do miss these two features.

Our only complaint is that it's definitely needs a timer with an auto shut off for all settings. The toast setting is the only one that has an auto shut off. However, since moving into an efficiency apartment that has no oven and no counter space, I needed something small that I could also store away when not using. This fits perfectly in my minuscule kitchen. Easy to use once you get the knack. Am new to air frying and love love love it. My toaster gave up the ghost and I said why not for the tad more counter space that my toaster used. I’m learning to use it to warm up food in leu of my 20” stove (yes they do come that small!) which has all manner of pans stored within. Versatile and small size make for a great little appliance. I'm still getting used to the convection oven aspect, which should be spelled out in detail. Maybe I missed it, but I learned elsewhere that these are 25 degrees hotter and cook 25% faster, so you need to adjust temps and cooking times accordingly. The air fryer is really easy to use, although cleaning the basket can be a bit of a pain. All in all, I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.

I couldn't be happier with this product. I've been in the market for an air fryer toaster. Tried other brands. This specific model works great for me. I toast bread about 3 times a day and use air fryer almost everyday. The bake capability of this is also hands down. Faster than regular oven. The size is exactly what im looking for, I dont like oven toaster that use alot of space. The stainless steel quality is great and looks chic!

I just bought my second air fryer! The first one I had for about six years and I used it all the time until one day it just recently died. So I bought another one and I’m so glad that I did. I love that it is light weight and compact, as I do not have a lot of counter space and this is easy to store in my kitchen cabinets. I never had any problems using this product. I think it just ran its course for its lifespan.
